I decided to do a very special thing today for our first Energy Top Up of our month long theme of Living Liquids: I decided to bring you to ‘La Parroquia’ in San Miguel de Allende. It’s very special place, as in this city, named by UNESCO as a World Heritage city.
The energy that makes this area so powerful is actually related to huge crystals under the earth – supposedly there is a triangulation of 3 crystals that are the size of 2 to 3 story buildings under the earth here.
The amount of interesting synchronistic stuff that happens here is out of this world. It’s just a joke at this point for anyone that’s lived here long enough. Just go outside and let’s what kind of magic feels like happening today! 😊
Anyway. I had an appointment at a dentist and I decided I would bring you all with me, leave 2 hours earlier than my appointment, and go sit in the parc in front of La Parroquia. I walked around feeling into the best place to sit for our Energy Top Up.
As soon as I felt the spot, I barely had time to sit down and I could already feel it starting! My hands glued onto the container, good luck taking them off of there! I felt a strong connection to my Sacred Heart Space.
I could also feel a dense energy, like a horizontal bar, in the lower throat, I had had a feeling, on the way out, that the Aqua Aura Glow stone would play with us so I picked it up right before leaving the house and am I ever glad I did!
As soon as I put it in, within about 3 minutes the flow got much better. I sang the Eckasha mantra 3 times and let its energy rain down on all of us in the container. I started feeling a super strong clockwise spin of the energy in the container.
My intuitive hit was: forward momentum. Then I heard: time to let go of the past. I kept inviting all of you to let go of whatever no longer serves you, to stand in the present and look toward the future from the Here and Now and no longer from the past.
I looked at my clock, we were 11 minutes in. All of a sudden I became so solid, the container became so still… and I opened my eyes and looked at La Parroquia, a huge cathedral made of pink stone, and it was like that’s how solid we were.
I don’t normally go in this kind of direction, but I blurted ou: the Christic frequency flows through me into this Vessel (the container) and felt so much freedom and flow, and then out of nowhere, at the 15 mark, the cathedral bells start ringing.
EXACTLY 12 TIMES! And wow could I feel that vibration going through my body, out of my hands and into the container. And I was only halfway through out top up… WOW!!!
OK funny part here… I started singing the song ‘ Solid…… Solid as a rock’ but doing it with ‘Solid… Solid as La Parroquia’! lol
I went even deeper after that. It wasn’t just an invitation to release the past, release old energies you’ve held onto longer than you needed, etc. All of sudden it switched into: let’s release all the crap energies others dumped into us! So many times we have been used as a big old trash can for other people’s karmic issues, unprocessed emotions and unhealed energies, all things that are theirs, and only theirs, to hold and heal.
Holy F*** that go crazy intense!!!!! I worked with Scepters from there on. I did a huge clear up one shot with the Shiny Black Scepter (I very rarely use that one but wow does it ever do the job!)
I looked at the time again, we were now 22 minutes into the top up.
I worked with a combo of the 333-666-888-999 Scepters, and did 3 blasts in a row with them as one unit. Each time with about 2 minutes pause between the blasts. Then I finished with 222-333-555 the last couple of minutes.
As I felt the end approaching and the Scepters slowly unwinding, the cathedral bells started again. I let the vibration of them go deep into the container. I figured it was over and then… holy!!!! A much louder bell started, and it did exactly 12 rings again!
I’m definitely bringing us back to San Miguel! At least 1x a week for the last month I am here.
Really enjoyed listening to Saturday’s recording on Sunday. My body and energy were going where you were saying the energy was going a few moments before you said the words. I’m so peaceful inside even with mind chatter. It has taken me about 4 days to ground myself though 🤣🤷♀️. Thank Julie. I enjoyed the top up on Tuesday and look forward to tonight’s one if my body will let me as I keep floating up and not fully embodying it and anchoring it and myself into Gaia.
First off, I want you to have this information so you can navigate the waves coming in as best as possible, because it’s coming in HARD. A couple of days before our Energy Tune Up, some major solar flares happened and we were ‘hit’ with the geomagnetic storm during the weekend. It’s still very, very, strong and it has a bit of a ‘violence’ energy to it.
My feeling about this – and I will dive deeper into it (energetically) for the next 48 hours or so for full confirmation (so I might not be available to answer emails until Saturday) – is that the frequency blasts being sent now as we near the 2027 mark are getting so strong that whatever structures cannot handle them… are freaking out!
I heard a great analogy the other day (don’t remember where) that helps to understand this. Let’s say a big flood happens in a city like New York. All the crap living in the underground where it’s dark and it can remain unseen has to come up to surface, or else it will drown. Now let’s compound that with it being not only a liquid, but also a super High Frequency Light full of Ascension Particles.
Anything calibrating below a certain frequency band feels that energy as a vibration that will rip it apart. When I say anything, I don’t just mean Beings like Fallen Angels and other ones trying to wiggle their way out of the permanent consequences of their negative intent. We’re also talking about our own thoughts, emotions, habits, defense structures, protective mechanisms…
All of these have a life of their own as in they are in an ‘automatic momentum’, and they are all enmeshed into our seemingly solid egoic structure that is like a 24/7 guard that keeps them in their roles and patterns. The only way this merry go round stops is by you telling it to, in your full-on Sovereign Self. Remember that quote I read to you in our live call: Who gave your ego a right to speak and comment with no end as the little annoying child it actually is?
Man oh man it would be so easy to decide such a statement is mean – no child is annoying! Whatever! We’re not talking about a child. We’re talking about a childish way of behaving, with full access to the strength and abilities of an adult body. We’re talking a fear structure that wants to survive and is aware there is something looming… a vibration it can’t handle.
Don’t turn away internally from this reality. It’s happening. More importantly, you came here to contribute to this Great Awakening and collapse of the False Light Matrix/Dark Flower Affliction. The contribution you came here to do is to be a Pillar, a Vessel that has come back into its own Self as a Being of Love and Light.
I’m not saying go fight… please don’t do that! I’m saying go deep inside and find the LOVE and the JOY that are so vast, everything melts in them. Whatever is afraid of dying can’t survive what’s coming because fear is what is being eradicated. Please remember that and REFUSE to let fear invade you, no matter how weird shit gets out there.
We are soooooooo lucky we’re in a Living Container and we’ve got a ‘Being Buffer’ going on strong!!!
Remember the 3 flavors of awakening I mentioned in the call? The head flavor is so well represented by the quote I read. Honestly, it’s VERY powerful and might be one of THE most important allies in the work of awakening.
To have pure peace in the mind, no voice-s, no commentator endlessly ‘bla bla bla-ing’ it’s way into falsely believing it is real and entitled to do and get whatever the f’ it wants when it wants it, is a hell of a weapon to wield as insanity kicks up in the inner and outer worlds!
Of course whatever is drowning is going to thrash around and do whatever it can to survive, grab onto anything it can to push itself out of the water (and drown the other!). Don’t let it. Don’t react. Not even to the stuff in you!
Keep your nervous system calm, your body super hydrated with electrolytes, eat well, rest as much as you can. Stay in your Heart, aware that JOY is your God-Given Birthright and it’s up to you, and only you, to choose it on the daily.
To any of you that have loved ones struggling through these ‘Ascension Waves’, all I can do is send you a big hug and remind you that you are held, you’re not alone, and you are loved.
Once again, just need to express my gratitude and my deep contentment that we are in a Living Container together, and we’ve got that ‘Being Buffer’ going on strong!!!
ENERGY TOP UP 2
I’m sure you’ve all noticed these last days have been on the ‘heavy’ side, like everything has slowed down drastically. I feel a deepening of the Zero Point Access in all your bodies (the AzurA point in the upper chest area, right under the collarbones). This is very very good as the Zero Point field is a
great place of Peace to hang out in!
I can feel how we are all ‘slow’ after Saturday’s call, which was so deep and requiring rest to integrate (keep re-doing this call, the work on the lymphatic system was deep and remember, this is the Living Liquid that moves the slowest, so help it out!). I decided to start the Energy Top Up with movement.
I held you in my arms and danced for the first 5 minutes, moving us around 😊
Then I once again felt a strong urge to do the Kathara Shield (same process I did in our call Saturday, and have been doing regularly in our Living Container). I stayed in the Heart Space with the Eckasha Symbol until I felt it clear out energies.
At the 12 minutes mark, I knew the Aqua Green Cintamani stone wanted to come play, with its bubbly effervescent feel. I thought I would aim its yummy frequency to our lymphatic system but that’s not what came. It was all about the Heart and the Blood. I followed the ‘blood trail’ (lol) out of the arteries, down into the extremities, then back up via the veins.
I hung out in the Heart and kept thanking it for pumping and moving 7500 liters of blood a day!
At the 26 minutes mark, I took the Cintamani stone out and got very still. The feeling was of ‘integration’ and ‘zero point’ kind of stillness.
Today’s energy top up was so soft… I swear I felt enveloped in the fuzziest most comfortable fluffy blanket made of stars and ribbons of pastels colors. It felt like it was dedicated to our nervous systems, to that ‘flavor’ of awakening in the guts that translates to the physical body feeling so safe and light and aware that we are held, we are supported, we are life unfolding and we are on the most beautiful journey back into the true 12D fold of our Eternal Being that knows what it is and why it’s here.
Have you noticed a lifting of the heaviness in the last 2 days? I sure have. Makes me giddy as f*** when I can feel it deep in my bones. We’re waking up, some faster than others, but there’s no doubt big changes are happening in the collective consciousness and our quantum fields are re-organizing themselves based on this steady and speeding up expansion of awareness of our multidimensionality.
So beautiful. I want a blanket like the one we were all wrapped in today! 🙂
I once again brought us to La Parroquia in San Miguel de Allende and sat at the same spot as I did last Tuesday.
It’s like that bench now has my energy frequency attached to it, I swear. There’s over 20 benches in that beautiful space in front of the cathedral, all have people sitting on them – except that one!
I started 10 minutes late as the walk was a bit longer than I thought it would be from where I got dropped off.
So at the 11 minutes mark I locked in, Living Container on my lap, and started feeling all the beautiful energy of that location start pouring in, from my Crown into my Sacred Heart, down my arms and out of my hands, into us.
I worked on our Kathara shield, inside and all around our Living Container. I’ll be showing you a really cool way to supercharge your personal Kathara Grid soon, involving flowing energy up from your Kathara shield (12 inches under your feet) into specific points in your physical body that you massage to wake up your 12D Grid.
Before we get to that though, I need all of you able to feel that shield well and make it a habit to activate it regularly (daily ideal!) . 🙂
After Kathara Shield work I felt a clear clockwise current of energy building up in our container. I kept getting the image of our thymus (master gland of your lymphatic system) as the center of the 12D Lotus of Life and all the slow moving lymph liquid finding its way back to the center, to flow out once again into the extremities…
I got a clear signal to do a magnet therapy session specifically related to helping the lymphatic system flush itself out. I’ll do it on myself with the container over the big magnet I’ll put on my thymus, as I lay down with 12 big magnets placed over each area with lots of lymph nodes.
That will be Thursday’s top up, which will most likely 45 minutes, not 30, so the magnets have a chance to get our Lymphatic Living Liquid moving!
We had the massive bells of the cathedral ringing right through the container. My god it’s quite an experience to literally FEEL the frequency of these bells… Wow!
I kept going til 41 minutes past the hour, just swirling with the movement and inviting you all to absorb even more than you presently are.
Remember: there is much less limit than we think in terms of absorbing energy and integrating higher frequencies… So… Lean in all the way!

Hiya Julie. Is the Kathara grid, do I move the same one around or do I leave it in place and transfer a fractal of it to each of the places?
My nervous system keeps throwing up trust issues with what we are doing 🤷♀️. But my dowsing of my body says keep going. It’s such a weird sensation.
That is a very interesting sensation indeed! Our nervous systems are so used to being on guard (in fight/flight/freeze/fawn), anything that can alter or mess with that chronic state is often perceived as an ‘enemy’. It reminds me of one of the first times I experienced a deeper relaxation than I was used to, after a Yoga session I did at home (I was just starting to explore spirituality, still full on University mode but forced to slow down via a big burn out). My nervous system had never felt that level of entering ‘rest and digest’ mode (vagus nerve) before. I had a huge reaction and literally bolted up from the ground with a deep feeling of ‘it’s not safe’ (to…. let go, relax, surrender, etc).
Our nervous system is right to have that reaction, it’s just not having it toward the proper ‘enemy’, which is anything trying to use you and your energy for it’s own ends. Considering we’ve been in a closed system for a really long time, bringing in ‘outside’ energies will trigger a feeling of ‘not safe’.
But… Man oh man! When we start realizing, full on body-mind-soul, that these ‘outer’ energies are actually us in our most luminous forms… Honestly I just can’t even fully wrap my mind around the celebration and waves of Love that will pulverize so much shit outta here so much quicker than possible to imagine.
I feel so deeply that big shifts are coming. Yes of course in the world… Potential cataclysms, war, bla bla bla… All these outer signs show how big this is, but please understand truly important changes happening right now are located inside of us, in our biological makeup and genetic structure. My service to this world for the next 2 or 3 years is fully focused on this process, that I’ve named ’12D Biology Activation’.
If I use Kathara language (practical cause visual), we’re on the verge of entering the 2nd ‘level’ of the 12D Grid, the SOUL level (4th, 5th and 6th dimensions). If I use Mystical Alchemy language, we are in ‘The Great Work’: the healing and harmonization of the 5 Alchemical Bodies, which starts with healing the Shiny Black Body (dimension 1-2-3) and from that foundation start activating our Shiny White Body (dimension 4-5-6). If I use the ‘Law of One’ language, we are in the developmental transition from a 3rd Density (carbon-based) Being to a 4th Density one (silica-based).
What’s very useful about the Eckasha symbol is it’s cohesion and breadth. It’s a collective creation from the 12 original tribes and dimensional levels of our Universe (the dimensions above that don’t involve forms with arms and legs and stuff, seeing it as our own Core Star level would be very accurate). It holds a harmonized frequency that reflects into us our Kathara Grid (12D grid), which automatically creates an awareness of the ‘spots’ missing in the 10D Grid closed system we’re in.
Jeez, that’s a long intro before answering the question! lol
I like the word fractal… and yes, you’re moving it through these spots (activating it by spinning it and ideally singing it’s sound) and then leaving a ‘copy’ of it in each one as you move onto the next one. You end with just seeing it all around you, like a big bubble around you. Of course, only if you want to! You all get to decide what you take in, trust your own internal selection system.
And that internal system is your BODY, as you’re seeing clearly from the difference between our nervous system’s trauma-based reaction (programmed from childhood) and what our body let’s us know when we ask it directly (dowsing) VS through the mind (survival system, emotional reactions to thoughts).
That’s very interesting and does help me comprehend why my body is reacting. Delightful vagus nerve. I’ll have to re-read one of my course notes from years ago.
I have also noted that I am reacting differently to people and situations and in a more positive way than I have ever done. Thank you 🤗🥰
I did not have much to write about the Energy Top Up 5, which was a Magnet Therapy Session I did on myself while holding our Living Container and consciously sending the frequency of the work through my hands into the physical container, and through my field from inside the container.
Magnet Therapy is very widespread here in Mexico, and I’ve really enjoyed discovering and apprenticing with it for the last 6 years. It is now part of my tool set when I work on someone in my in-person events. I have visions of being able to smoothly extract dense layers of energy off a person’s Auric Field with a 12000gauss magnet, and all the colors brighten drastically. It’s quite exciting to get a sneak peak of the future! I also see Bacalar being involved, which is one of the 3 only places I offer my private retreats (a 9 day deep dive with me, involving 33 hours of direct hands-on healing work and daily integration in the plasma-rich waters of the Bacalar Lagoon).
The Magnet Therapy Session was focused on the Lymphatic system. I use strong magnets (4000gauss) and place them on specific areas of the body. The positive polarity is placed over the Thymus gland, and the negative polarity over each of the lymph node dense areas of the body (behind the knees, inside the groin, sides of stomach area, inside the armpits and inner elbows, top of the chest and back of the head/ sides of neck). It creates a slow and steady pull effect toward the positive polarity, which helps to move our lymph’s Living Liquid.
It was a nice session. As I said, not many words to describe, but one that comes now is the whole proprioception movement I was telling you about in the call. Feels like that’s the natural speed of the lymph flow and probably the natural speed of the ‘swirl rate’ of our Galaxy if we we’re feeling it inside us at the same time as looking at it from a far away perspective. I don’t know how to explain it differently than that 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP 6
Fun fun fun, I brought you to San Miguel de Allende again! This time not at La Parroquia (the pink stone cathedral here), rather, in this cute little secluded spot where I sat alone and had breakfast, with you on the table (see picture in the email copy of this message).
On the top of the hour I was done eating and was slowly sipping a coconut milk Moccachino, until my hands didn’t lift off the container anymore. They really get glued on there, it’s very surprising how strong it is! I know some of you are honing in, I feel you!
It really amplifies the work I do in there, so THANK YOU! 🙂
My goal was to keep it simple today. Back to the basics. Core Star Activation. Sacred Heart Flow. Soft energy, soft flow as we work on the movement of the lymph’s Living Liquid. Respecting the pace of this moving liquid, and all the other ones, all as a symphony, is my core intention and priority. 🙂
At the 8 minutes mark my Core Star activated at a whole other level. So yummy!!! I waited to see what was going to happen after that, and I started seeing the movement of energy forming in the container, like a whirl wind swirl going right to left in the top part, and left to right in the lower part. I knew a Scepter was kicking into high gear – forming in front of my ‘eyes’. It was a HUGE 111 Scepter!
So much light blue energy flowing out of it into all of us… FYI in Mystical Alchemy light pale blue is the color of the Absolute, ie of our Eternal Body. At around the 22 mark I started laughing out loud cause my legs, feeling like tree roots, were as glued to the ground as my hands were glued on the container in my lap.
I became even more present, slowing down to feel and welcome the natural rhythm of the lymph’s Living Liquid even more. The image of that entire galaxy flowing around a main core came in again, and I hung out in the Thymus gland feeling the slow and steady flow back to it, like the Thymus is the White Core at the center of an open system, Divine Matrix Galaxy.
Beautiful Energy!!! The Tune Up finished exactly at the 30 minutes mark, when the bells of La Parroquia started ringing off in the distance. 🙂
How interesting that this time again, I was 7 minutes late! Energy Top Up 7 therefore started 7 minutes into the hour. The Aqua Green Cintamani stone was our Ally today. I’m still working on increasing, naturally and softly, the flow of liquid in your Lymphatic System. I will continue working on this again on Thursday, before moving onto the cerebro-spinal liquid, which will be my focus for the last 3 Energy top Ups before we go into the DNA DEEP DIVE theme in 2 Saturdays from now.
So here we go, quick sumary:
-at the 7 minute mark I started, holding the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in my hand to consciously connect to it and thank it in advance for it’s work with us today. It’s such a bubbly flowy feel working with this one!
-at the11 minutes mark it went in the container and woohoo that was a strong effect! I just held a stable ground as it’s energies flowed through all of us in the container. It was very strong and stable, not much information or visuals.
-at the 22 minutes mark there was a serius shift in energy. It got wayyyyyyy deeper. Once again that feeling of being a tree and my legs are deep roots and even if I wanted to lift them up I couldn’t, pretty much as it is when my hands lock into the container!
That feeling didn’t let go and I just kept going until it finally got calmer and less ‘magnetic’. That ended up being at the 52 minutes mark. My feeling right now for our last Energy Top Up related to the Lymphatic System is I’ll be doing the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in the container AND another Magnet Therapy session on myself with the container next to me.
Hope you are all well. So much is happening so quickly in the field right now. Please focus on what you want to see emerge in the world. Don’t bother looking at what needs to die/be destroyed, it’s already underway. The most important contribution you can offer to Ascension right now is to be centered in your Sacred Heart Space, connected to your Core Star, envisioning a world where everyone is free and fully reconnected to their Eternal Being!
Your Energy Top Ups are wonderful. With you describing them I am able to create a colorful visual which becomes anchored in my mind.
Your description of Tuesday’s Energy Top Up was very healing, grounding, and strong yet soft. The stone sounded so beautiful.
And for when you are working with the magnets your description gives me a sense of a powerful force or I should say, a feeling of an energy pulling towards me as though something can’t resist coming to me. It feels as though I have this magnetism within me.

That was a very strong magnet therapy session, wow!!! I could feel the ‘pull’ of all this stagnant energy in the far extremities of our lymphatic system. It was almost instantaneous the second I put the final magnet on the thymus (positive side) after placing the other ones on the key areas (negative side). I also held both the Cintamani stones – Aqua Green in my right hand, Dark Blue in my left one. I closed my eyes and just stayed super present to feeling the slow flow of that liquid.
It was really deep. I did not move once during the entire 30 minutes. At a point I know I know I was close to 30 minutes and was going to tap on my phone screen to see the time, but instead I just felt a surge of energy that lasted about 3 seconds, and then it felt complete.
I tapped on my screen – it was 31 minutes past the hour. 🙂
Oh my… Here we go, into the Cerebro-Spinal Flow!!!
I decided the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone would be perfect for today’s first remote healing session focused on this third Living Liquid that surrounds your spinal cord and brain. After holding the container peacefully, I put the stone in at the 9 minute mark, and within a couple of minutes I felt its deep energy and slow flow kick in.
How I love that stone and how it can so easily reconnect us to a deep presence and feeling of royalty!
I spent the next 20 minutes just pumping energy into our container and following the flow of my cerebro-spinal liquid. It was very quiet and fun to just BE in there. Strange to say maybe, but it’s so quiet in there…
I don’t have much more to say about today’s Energy Top Up, other than I had a beautiful idea to gift you the second to last call of my Mentorship Program last year, before I closed it down to fully focus on the major upgrades I was experiencing that got kicked into high gear after a traumatic experience. It’s not available anywhere for purchase, and is a very valuable call. I do a deep, hour long Guided Meditation focused solely in the cerebro-spinal fluid. In the Presentation part of the call, I talk about the ‘Christ Oil’, the secretion from the Pineal gland that flows in the cerebro-spinal fluid. It’s a fascinating subject and I’m sure you would have really enjoyed the Guided Meditation. 🙂
But unfortunately, after looking for it (that’s why this info is coming to you so late in the afternoon), I’ve come to the conclusion that I unfortunately and not on purpose do not have any of the recordings of the last calls of my program that ended in 2025…)

Generally speaking during these top ups I’m usually busy working or on Saturdays running errands. Yesterday morning was the first top-up day I had nothing to do. I got up at 5, did your back to the energy body basics module 1, download meditation (such a good one btw!!) and then just lazed away hanging out with my cats and watching Sean Carroll talk about quantum mechanics.
10 am rolled around (my time zone start time for your top-ups), and I felt an inexplicable need to get up and put away my laundry! I couldn’t figure it out. One side of me was so excited I’d finally be able to tune-in and then my mind/body made me go do something!! I just thought this was so random and the need to share lol
Thank you for your detailed description of all of these top-ups! I have loved reading and re-reading them and hearing about all the wonderful places you have taken us in the container! 🩷 This program has been amazing and my body truly feels like it’s functioning much more optionally.

I don’t know if you remember but on the first group call, that same thing happened to another person: an uncontrollable impulse to get up and clean once the energy work started.
It would be so easy to say that’s just us resisting, but that’s not necessarily what’s happening. Sometimes being in movement helps the body be able to absorb and work with the frequencies. It’s tricky because it could also be a flight reaction. At the end of the day, we need to become that ‘centered in the I’ consciousness that observes all this. Observe and playfully decide how to respond. By the way I do some of the most intense energy work on myself while I’m dancing, and cleaning has always been a favorite of mine to process and re-organise energies in me 🙂
One thing coming in for me as I write is part of your system has equated these energy blasts with you also being in movement (work, errands, movement of a physical and mental nature). Then you’re like: ohhh I’m gonna do it totally different today! It’s fun to change it up for the expanding playful part of us, but not necessarily felt the same for other parts…
I’m very happy to hear you feel the depth of this work. This is a whole new level of embodiment for me and it will continue to expand rapidly. This will most likely be my only offering for the next couple of years, 3 maybe, during ‘the time crunch’ we’re in.
After that it feels like the more Advanced Alchemy work will kick into a whole new level as many will start awakening rapidly and will need some pointers from those who have already gone through it. I’ve had visions as I mentioned of ‘knocking off’ entire energetic structures off a person’s field and watch them take what seems like their first breath of fresh air after decades – millennia! – in a dank musty dungeon.
The Living Container I’ve created allows me to share the rapid shifts I’m undergoing as I awaken and ascend. I’m in this work 24/7 and have a purity of intent that nothing can knock off course, only deviate temporarily and often, for reasons unknown at the time, actually ended up serving the next step in my awakening process (which equates to peeling off the false self we wear as a layered garment held together via emotional energy and mental identity (below the 300s in the Hawkins scale, but fear of no self keeps showing up all the way up to the 850 level of the scale).

When I want to go DEEP into something I’ll sit down and put on my eye mask. When I do that I sometimes see very beautiful shapes and symbols in very hard to describe colors. Especially after all the 6th dimensional/Orion particles we’ve been feeding the multidimensional chakra.
I recognize your purity of intent in every message you write us and totally feel the “copy and paste” into the Living Container. I’m not at all surprised temporary deviations have served as next steps in your awakening process — I feel the same way with my own process and am enjoying the ride!

The video you shared with Adamus St. Germain was so educational and it truly lifted my consciousness, especially with the description of what the AI is. I had a complete turnaround for the better. I saw AI as it coming into our space. Now I see it as us going into its space, its field, as it was described.
Coming into a new reality with having us be a new human was so soothing and relaxing to hear especially the information on being a sentient being.
The interview connected some dots about what I am seeing with some of my interactions with people. I must remember that a circumstance which any of us are in is what we choose. What I formulated in my head after hearing about this is, I would do harm for myself and for the other person if I would interfere. The harm I felt I would do for the other person felt like I would create a block in their life’s path. The harm which it would create for myself would be contaminating my energy field. It would be as though I stepped into their world to help them, thereby I would pick up their energy not just from their present state but from their lifetime.
This interview was very valuable to me. I know with having these new insights it will bring me towards a different and higher stream of consciousness. This would expand my field thereby attracting superior intelligent cosmic answers to questions which I don’t even know I have.

I have found every interview in the last year that I’ve watched with Adamus to be a huge boost and always so cutting-edge… Honestly the last interview I saw of Kryeon on Just Tap In was very powerful too. My other favorite person to listen to his wisdom is Richard Rudd (Gene Keys). His latest interview just came out on Amrit Sandhu’s podcast and I can’t wait to watch it. It’s a very big year we are in right now, he calls it ‘The Year of the Closing’ cause it is, we’re closing down the bind we’ve been looping in and the quantum leap into our the new human i starting.
About AI, honestly, without having heard Adamus’ perspective on AI, I would still be in my zone of ‘get that away from me’. Well… I still am to a certain extent, but in interviews he gave earlier this year I understood one of the biggest potential of AI for us: to create a solid discernment within ourselves between our mind and our consciousness. Also, as an artist, I really do love to do my own things, write my own texts, draw my own drawings… I’m in my last life here, I’ve known that since I was a child, and my goal is to bring all my creations back into my Core Star, which literally creates more light and seriously speeds up Individuation.
There is sooooo much happening right now I just wish I could infuse to everyone the realization of how f’n awesome it is to be here, right now, as we find the way to harmony and end a battle that’s been going on for way too long (longer than we can wrap our heads around, involving hundreds of millions of years)!!!

Wow! That was unexpected but soooooo much fun! I fell in love with a song yesterday, a little gem hidden in a mix, and must have looped it at least 30 times, dancing and laughing and skipping around the house… I swear a stranger looking into my life, unless they’re waking up, would think I’m a crazy little child! Hahahahahaha!!!!
So, I decided to dance with you all and share all the bubbly HIGH JOY that courses through my body when I dance to music that lights me up! I put the song on twice in a row during the first 11 minutes of this second to last Energy Top Up of our Living Liquids theme of the month, focused on the cerebro-spinal fluid and it’s flow.
I had so much fun dancing with you all, shacking you around a bit, holding you up, spinning you around, holding you against my Solar Plexus as I laughed and played with the music (ie danced lol). And then, a natural movement started happening – interestingly enough, the same movement of the Eternal Lotus of Life (The big symbol on the bottom of our container).
Our true Eternal Biology is one where we constantly loop back into our Source, then circle out, and loop back in, for as long as we choose to wear a body and experience all its glory (ranging from the depths of hell to the heights of heaven – this is a place of learning in contrasts after all, like that beautiful song I sang about how our Pain and our Joy are one).
In our body that center point of our ‘eternal loop’ pretty much corresponds to the Sacred Heart Space with full Core Star Essence flowing into it. There’s also a loop that goes from the Heart up passed the head, then circles down and comes back into the central line (it’s called the Torroidal field – we have one and our beautiful Earth has one too). But the loop I was experiencing as a conscious movement was horizontal.
It’s like I was traveling on the violet lines of the Lotus of Life we have in the container, while also remaining in its center. It was a beautiful experience. Very somatic. I (my ego) didn’t choose to start moving like that, I got out of the way and my consciousness moved my body.
Then, at the 11 minutes mark, it was time to sit down and bring in the Royal Blue Cintamani stone into the container.
After moving us and swirling us around the Lotus of Life, it was time to infuse all the cerebro-spinal liquid with that deep frequency and re-membering of our Royal Origins (as Divine Beings, all of us have Royal Origins, this is not some ego bullshit that others should bow).
And so, I sat and got very calm, very centered. Feeling into the Dark Royal Blue stone and amping it up in the container, I started following the flow of my cerebro-spinal liquid. Such a fun thing to do, as I’ve often enjoyed doing – yet this time is was way stronger.
The first 9 minutes were soft and then WOAH! I started slowing it down even more so I could go through the plexuses’ in the front of the spine (once the fluid loops at the Sacrum and flows up).
If you watch videos about the Christ Oil/Sacred Secretion you’ll understand what I’m talking about.
We tend to lose all the sacred charge of the Christ Oil (secretion from the Pineal gland) at the Solar Plexus. Most people waste it there.
Anyways, I decided to get super present as the cerebro-spinal starts its ascent up the front of the spine. Very slowly just entering these (nerve) plexuses with lots of Presence, I stayed put in each of them until I felt all denser energies obstructing flow dissolved.
I am sooooo curious if anyone felt that part strongly. It was very very specific locations and I stayed in each a good 2 minutes before moving to the next one : Sacral Plexus, Solar Plexus, Heart Plexus and Throat Plexus, then entered the brain cavity and inhaled the ‘charged oil’ in my Pineal gland.
Woohoo!!!!!! One more Energy Top Up and then we meet up on Saturday! Yay!!!
I am in a liver flush process since last night, so it was a very soft Energy Top Up. I held you on my heart laying down, breathing and being. I wonder how that felt for you? It was very lovely for me!
ENERGY TOP UP 1 of 11
I decided to do a very special thing today for our first Energy Top Up of our month long theme of Living Liquids: I decided to bring you to ‘La Parroquia’ in San Miguel de Allende. It’s very special place, as in this city, named by UNESCO as a World Heritage city.
The energy that makes this area so powerful is actually related to huge crystals under the earth – supposedly there is a triangulation of 3 crystals that are the size of 2 to 3 story buildings under the earth here.
The amount of interesting synchronistic stuff that happens here is out of this world. It’s just a joke at this point for anyone that’s lived here long enough. Just go outside and let’s what kind of magic feels like happening today! 😊
Anyway. I had an appointment at a dentist and I decided I would bring you all with me, leave 2 hours earlier than my appointment, and go sit in the parc in front of La Parroquia. I walked around feeling into the best place to sit for our Energy Top Up.
As soon as I felt the spot, I barely had time to sit down and I could already feel it starting! My hands glued onto the container, good luck taking them off of there! I felt a strong connection to my Sacred Heart Space.
I could also feel a dense energy, like a horizontal bar, in the lower throat, I had had a feeling, on the way out, that the Aqua Aura Glow stone would play with us so I picked it up right before leaving the house and am I ever glad I did!
As soon as I put it in, within about 3 minutes the flow got much better. I sang the Eckasha mantra 3 times and let its energy rain down on all of us in the container. I started feeling a super strong clockwise spin of the energy in the container.
My intuitive hit was: forward momentum. Then I heard: time to let go of the past. I kept inviting all of you to let go of whatever no longer serves you, to stand in the present and look toward the future from the Here and Now and no longer from the past.
I looked at my clock, we were 11 minutes in. All of a sudden I became so solid, the container became so still… and I opened my eyes and looked at La Parroquia, a huge cathedral made of pink stone, and it was like that’s how solid we were.
I don’t normally go in this kind of direction, but I blurted ou: the Christic frequency flows through me into this Vessel (the container) and felt so much freedom and flow, and then out of nowhere, at the 15 mark, the cathedral bells start ringing.
EXACTLY 12 TIMES! And wow could I feel that vibration going through my body, out of my hands and into the container. And I was only halfway through out top up… WOW!!!
OK funny part here… I started singing the song ‘ Solid…… Solid as a rock’ but doing it with ‘Solid… Solid as La Parroquia’! lol
I went even deeper after that. It wasn’t just an invitation to release the past, release old energies you’ve held onto longer than you needed, etc. All of sudden it switched into: let’s release all the crap energies others dumped into us! So many times we have been used as a big old trash can for other people’s karmic issues, unprocessed emotions and unhealed energies, all things that are theirs, and only theirs, to hold and heal.
Holy F*** that go crazy intense!!!!! I worked with Scepters from there on. I did a huge clear up one shot with the Shiny Black Scepter (I very rarely use that one but wow does it ever do the job!)
I looked at the time again, we were now 22 minutes into the top up.
I worked with a combo of the 333-666-888-999 Scepters, and did 3 blasts in a row with them as one unit. Each time with about 2 minutes pause between the blasts. Then I finished with 222-333-555 the last couple of minutes.
As I felt the end approaching and the Scepters slowly unwinding, the cathedral bells started again. I let the vibration of them go deep into the container. I figured it was over and then… holy!!!! A much louder bell started, and it did exactly 12 rings again!
I’m definitely bringing us back to San Miguel! At least 1x a week for the last month I am here.

Really enjoyed listening to Saturday’s recording on Sunday. My body and energy were going where you were saying the energy was going a few moments before you said the words. I’m so peaceful inside even with mind chatter. It has taken me about 4 days to ground myself though 🤣🤷♀️. Thank Julie. I enjoyed the top up on Tuesday and look forward to tonight’s one if my body will let me as I keep floating up and not fully embodying it and anchoring it and myself into Gaia.
First off, I want you to have this information so you can navigate the waves coming in as best as possible, because it’s coming in HARD. A couple of days before our Energy Tune Up, some major solar flares happened and we were ‘hit’ with the geomagnetic storm during the weekend. It’s still very, very, strong and it has a bit of a ‘violence’ energy to it.
My feeling about this – and I will dive deeper into it (energetically) for the next 48 hours or so for full confirmation (so I might not be available to answer emails until Saturday) – is that the frequency blasts being sent now as we near the 2027 mark are getting so strong that whatever structures cannot handle them… are freaking out!
I heard a great analogy the other day (don’t remember where) that helps to understand this. Let’s say a big flood happens in a city like New York. All the crap living in the underground where it’s dark and it can remain unseen has to come up to surface, or else it will drown. Now let’s compound that with it being not only a liquid, but also a super High Frequency Light full of Ascension Particles.
Anything calibrating below a certain frequency band feels that energy as a vibration that will rip it apart. When I say anything, I don’t just mean Beings like Fallen Angels and other ones trying to wiggle their way out of the permanent consequences of their negative intent. We’re also talking about our own thoughts, emotions, habits, defense structures, protective mechanisms…
All of these have a life of their own as in they are in an ‘automatic momentum’, and they are all enmeshed into our seemingly solid egoic structure that is like a 24/7 guard that keeps them in their roles and patterns. The only way this merry go round stops is by you telling it to, in your full-on Sovereign Self. Remember that quote I read to you in our live call: Who gave your ego a right to speak and comment with no end as the little annoying child it actually is?
Man oh man it would be so easy to decide such a statement is mean – no child is annoying! Whatever! We’re not talking about a child. We’re talking about a childish way of behaving, with full access to the strength and abilities of an adult body. We’re talking a fear structure that wants to survive and is aware there is something looming… a vibration it can’t handle.
Don’t turn away internally from this reality. It’s happening. More importantly, you came here to contribute to this Great Awakening and collapse of the False Light Matrix/Dark Flower Affliction. The contribution you came here to do is to be a Pillar, a Vessel that has come back into its own Self as a Being of Love and Light.
I’m not saying go fight… please don’t do that! I’m saying go deep inside and find the LOVE and the JOY that are so vast, everything melts in them. Whatever is afraid of dying can’t survive what’s coming because fear is what is being eradicated. Please remember that and REFUSE to let fear invade you, no matter how weird shit gets out there.
We are soooooooo lucky we’re in a Living Container and we’ve got a ‘Being Buffer’ going on strong!!!
Remember the 3 flavors of awakening I mentioned in the call? The head flavor is so well represented by the quote I read. Honestly, it’s VERY powerful and might be one of THE most important allies in the work of awakening.
To have pure peace in the mind, no voice-s, no commentator endlessly ‘bla bla bla-ing’ it’s way into falsely believing it is real and entitled to do and get whatever the f’ it wants when it wants it, is a hell of a weapon to wield as insanity kicks up in the inner and outer worlds!
Of course whatever is drowning is going to thrash around and do whatever it can to survive, grab onto anything it can to push itself out of the water (and drown the other!). Don’t let it. Don’t react. Not even to the stuff in you!
Keep your nervous system calm, your body super hydrated with electrolytes, eat well, rest as much as you can. Stay in your Heart, aware that JOY is your God-Given Birthright and it’s up to you, and only you, to choose it on the daily.
To any of you that have loved ones struggling through these ‘Ascension Waves’, all I can do is send you a big hug and remind you that you are held, you’re not alone, and you are loved.
Once again, just need to express my gratitude and my deep contentment that we are in a Living Container together, and we’ve got that ‘Being Buffer’ going on strong!!!
ENERGY TOP UP 2
I’m sure you’ve all noticed these last days have been on the ‘heavy’ side, like everything has slowed down drastically. I feel a deepening of the Zero Point Access in all your bodies (the AzurA point in the upper chest area, right under the collarbones). This is very very good as the Zero Point field is a
great place of Peace to hang out in!
I can feel how we are all ‘slow’ after Saturday’s call, which was so deep and requiring rest to integrate (keep re-doing this call, the work on the lymphatic system was deep and remember, this is the Living Liquid that moves the slowest, so help it out!). I decided to start the Energy Top Up with movement.
I held you in my arms and danced for the first 5 minutes, moving us around 😊
Then I once again felt a strong urge to do the Kathara Shield (same process I did in our call Saturday, and have been doing regularly in our Living Container). I stayed in the Heart Space with the Eckasha Symbol until I felt it clear out energies.
At the 12 minutes mark, I knew the Aqua Green Cintamani stone wanted to come play, with its bubbly effervescent feel. I thought I would aim its yummy frequency to our lymphatic system but that’s not what came. It was all about the Heart and the Blood. I followed the ‘blood trail’ (lol) out of the arteries, down into the extremities, then back up via the veins.
I hung out in the Heart and kept thanking it for pumping and moving 7500 liters of blood a day!
At the 26 minutes mark, I took the Cintamani stone out and got very still. The feeling was of ‘integration’ and ‘zero point’ kind of stillness.
Core Star, Sacred Heart, Assembly Point…
It stopped on its own at the 33 minutes mark.
ENERGY TOP UP 3
Today’s energy top up was so soft… I swear I felt enveloped in the fuzziest most comfortable fluffy blanket made of stars and ribbons of pastels colors. It felt like it was dedicated to our nervous systems, to that ‘flavor’ of awakening in the guts that translates to the physical body feeling so safe and light and aware that we are held, we are supported, we are life unfolding and we are on the most beautiful journey back into the true 12D fold of our Eternal Being that knows what it is and why it’s here.
Have you noticed a lifting of the heaviness in the last 2 days? I sure have. Makes me giddy as f*** when I can feel it deep in my bones. We’re waking up, some faster than others, but there’s no doubt big changes are happening in the collective consciousness and our quantum fields are re-organizing themselves based on this steady and speeding up expansion of awareness of our multidimensionality.
So beautiful. I want a blanket like the one we were all wrapped in today! 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP 4
I once again brought us to La Parroquia in San Miguel de Allende and sat at the same spot as I did last Tuesday.
It’s like that bench now has my energy frequency attached to it, I swear. There’s over 20 benches in that beautiful space in front of the cathedral, all have people sitting on them – except that one!
I started 10 minutes late as the walk was a bit longer than I thought it would be from where I got dropped off.
So at the 11 minutes mark I locked in, Living Container on my lap, and started feeling all the beautiful energy of that location start pouring in, from my Crown into my Sacred Heart, down my arms and out of my hands, into us.
I worked on our Kathara shield, inside and all around our Living Container. I’ll be showing you a really cool way to supercharge your personal Kathara Grid soon, involving flowing energy up from your Kathara shield (12 inches under your feet) into specific points in your physical body that you massage to wake up your 12D Grid.
Before we get to that though, I need all of you able to feel that shield well and make it a habit to activate it regularly (daily ideal!) . 🙂
After Kathara Shield work I felt a clear clockwise current of energy building up in our container. I kept getting the image of our thymus (master gland of your lymphatic system) as the center of the 12D Lotus of Life and all the slow moving lymph liquid finding its way back to the center, to flow out once again into the extremities…
I got a clear signal to do a magnet therapy session specifically related to helping the lymphatic system flush itself out. I’ll do it on myself with the container over the big magnet I’ll put on my thymus, as I lay down with 12 big magnets placed over each area with lots of lymph nodes.
That will be Thursday’s top up, which will most likely 45 minutes, not 30, so the magnets have a chance to get our Lymphatic Living Liquid moving!
We had the massive bells of the cathedral ringing right through the container. My god it’s quite an experience to literally FEEL the frequency of these bells… Wow!
I kept going til 41 minutes past the hour, just swirling with the movement and inviting you all to absorb even more than you presently are.
Remember: there is much less limit than we think in terms of absorbing energy and integrating higher frequencies… So… Lean in all the way!

That is a very interesting sensation indeed! Our nervous systems are so used to being on guard (in fight/flight/freeze/fawn), anything that can alter or mess with that chronic state is often perceived as an ‘enemy’. It reminds me of one of the first times I experienced a deeper relaxation than I was used to, after a Yoga session I did at home (I was just starting to explore spirituality, still full on University mode but forced to slow down via a big burn out). My nervous system had never felt that level of entering ‘rest and digest’ mode (vagus nerve) before. I had a huge reaction and literally bolted up from the ground with a deep feeling of ‘it’s not safe’ (to…. let go, relax, surrender, etc).
Our nervous system is right to have that reaction, it’s just not having it toward the proper ‘enemy’, which is anything trying to use you and your energy for it’s own ends. Considering we’ve been in a closed system for a really long time, bringing in ‘outside’ energies will trigger a feeling of ‘not safe’.
But… Man oh man! When we start realizing, full on body-mind-soul, that these ‘outer’ energies are actually us in our most luminous forms… Honestly I just can’t even fully wrap my mind around the celebration and waves of Love that will pulverize so much shit outta here so much quicker than possible to imagine.
I feel so deeply that big shifts are coming. Yes of course in the world… Potential cataclysms, war, bla bla bla… All these outer signs show how big this is, but please understand truly important changes happening right now are located inside of us, in our biological makeup and genetic structure. My service to this world for the next 2 or 3 years is fully focused on this process, that I’ve named ’12D Biology Activation’.
If I use Kathara language (practical cause visual), we’re on the verge of entering the 2nd ‘level’ of the 12D Grid, the SOUL level (4th, 5th and 6th dimensions). If I use Mystical Alchemy language, we are in ‘The Great Work’: the healing and harmonization of the 5 Alchemical Bodies, which starts with healing the Shiny Black Body (dimension 1-2-3) and from that foundation start activating our Shiny White Body (dimension 4-5-6). If I use the ‘Law of One’ language, we are in the developmental transition from a 3rd Density (carbon-based) Being to a 4th Density one (silica-based).
What’s very useful about the Eckasha symbol is it’s cohesion and breadth. It’s a collective creation from the 12 original tribes and dimensional levels of our Universe (the dimensions above that don’t involve forms with arms and legs and stuff, seeing it as our own Core Star level would be very accurate). It holds a harmonized frequency that reflects into us our Kathara Grid (12D grid), which automatically creates an awareness of the ‘spots’ missing in the 10D Grid closed system we’re in.
Jeez, that’s a long intro before answering the question! lol
I like the word fractal… and yes, you’re moving it through these spots (activating it by spinning it and ideally singing it’s sound) and then leaving a ‘copy’ of it in each one as you move onto the next one. You end with just seeing it all around you, like a big bubble around you. Of course, only if you want to! You all get to decide what you take in, trust your own internal selection system.
And that internal system is your BODY, as you’re seeing clearly from the difference between our nervous system’s trauma-based reaction (programmed from childhood) and what our body let’s us know when we ask it directly (dowsing) VS through the mind (survival system, emotional reactions to thoughts).

ENERGY TOP UP 5 + 6
I did not have much to write about the Energy Top Up 5, which was a Magnet Therapy Session I did on myself while holding our Living Container and consciously sending the frequency of the work through my hands into the physical container, and through my field from inside the container.
Magnet Therapy is very widespread here in Mexico, and I’ve really enjoyed discovering and apprenticing with it for the last 6 years. It is now part of my tool set when I work on someone in my in-person events. I have visions of being able to smoothly extract dense layers of energy off a person’s Auric Field with a 12000gauss magnet, and all the colors brighten drastically. It’s quite exciting to get a sneak peak of the future! I also see Bacalar being involved, which is one of the 3 only places I offer my private retreats (a 9 day deep dive with me, involving 33 hours of direct hands-on healing work and daily integration in the plasma-rich waters of the Bacalar Lagoon).
The Magnet Therapy Session was focused on the Lymphatic system. I use strong magnets (4000gauss) and place them on specific areas of the body. The positive polarity is placed over the Thymus gland, and the negative polarity over each of the lymph node dense areas of the body (behind the knees, inside the groin, sides of stomach area, inside the armpits and inner elbows, top of the chest and back of the head/ sides of neck). It creates a slow and steady pull effect toward the positive polarity, which helps to move our lymph’s Living Liquid.
It was a nice session. As I said, not many words to describe, but one that comes now is the whole proprioception movement I was telling you about in the call. Feels like that’s the natural speed of the lymph flow and probably the natural speed of the ‘swirl rate’ of our Galaxy if we we’re feeling it inside us at the same time as looking at it from a far away perspective. I don’t know how to explain it differently than that 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP 6
Fun fun fun, I brought you to San Miguel de Allende again! This time not at La Parroquia (the pink stone cathedral here), rather, in this cute little secluded spot where I sat alone and had breakfast, with you on the table (see picture in the email copy of this message).
On the top of the hour I was done eating and was slowly sipping a coconut milk Moccachino, until my hands didn’t lift off the container anymore. They really get glued on there, it’s very surprising how strong it is! I know some of you are honing in, I feel you!
It really amplifies the work I do in there, so THANK YOU! 🙂
My goal was to keep it simple today. Back to the basics. Core Star Activation. Sacred Heart Flow. Soft energy, soft flow as we work on the movement of the lymph’s Living Liquid. Respecting the pace of this moving liquid, and all the other ones, all as a symphony, is my core intention and priority. 🙂
At the 8 minutes mark my Core Star activated at a whole other level. So yummy!!! I waited to see what was going to happen after that, and I started seeing the movement of energy forming in the container, like a whirl wind swirl going right to left in the top part, and left to right in the lower part. I knew a Scepter was kicking into high gear – forming in front of my ‘eyes’. It was a HUGE 111 Scepter!
So much light blue energy flowing out of it into all of us… FYI in Mystical Alchemy light pale blue is the color of the Absolute, ie of our Eternal Body. At around the 22 mark I started laughing out loud cause my legs, feeling like tree roots, were as glued to the ground as my hands were glued on the container in my lap.
I became even more present, slowing down to feel and welcome the natural rhythm of the lymph’s Living Liquid even more. The image of that entire galaxy flowing around a main core came in again, and I hung out in the Thymus gland feeling the slow and steady flow back to it, like the Thymus is the White Core at the center of an open system, Divine Matrix Galaxy.
Beautiful Energy!!! The Tune Up finished exactly at the 30 minutes mark, when the bells of La Parroquia started ringing off in the distance. 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP 7
How interesting that this time again, I was 7 minutes late! Energy Top Up 7 therefore started 7 minutes into the hour. The Aqua Green Cintamani stone was our Ally today. I’m still working on increasing, naturally and softly, the flow of liquid in your Lymphatic System. I will continue working on this again on Thursday, before moving onto the cerebro-spinal liquid, which will be my focus for the last 3 Energy top Ups before we go into the DNA DEEP DIVE theme in 2 Saturdays from now.
So here we go, quick sumary:
-at the 7 minute mark I started, holding the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in my hand to consciously connect to it and thank it in advance for it’s work with us today. It’s such a bubbly flowy feel working with this one!
-at the11 minutes mark it went in the container and woohoo that was a strong effect! I just held a stable ground as it’s energies flowed through all of us in the container. It was very strong and stable, not much information or visuals.
-at the 22 minutes mark there was a serius shift in energy. It got wayyyyyyy deeper. Once again that feeling of being a tree and my legs are deep roots and even if I wanted to lift them up I couldn’t, pretty much as it is when my hands lock into the container!
That feeling didn’t let go and I just kept going until it finally got calmer and less ‘magnetic’. That ended up being at the 52 minutes mark. My feeling right now for our last Energy Top Up related to the Lymphatic System is I’ll be doing the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in the container AND another Magnet Therapy session on myself with the container next to me.
Hope you are all well. So much is happening so quickly in the field right now. Please focus on what you want to see emerge in the world. Don’t bother looking at what needs to die/be destroyed, it’s already underway. The most important contribution you can offer to Ascension right now is to be centered in your Sacred Heart Space, connected to your Core Star, envisioning a world where everyone is free and fully reconnected to their Eternal Being!

That was a very strong magnet therapy session, wow!!! I could feel the ‘pull’ of all this stagnant energy in the far extremities of our lymphatic system. It was almost instantaneous the second I put the final magnet on the thymus (positive side) after placing the other ones on the key areas (negative side). I also held both the Cintamani stones – Aqua Green in my right hand, Dark Blue in my left one. I closed my eyes and just stayed super present to feeling the slow flow of that liquid.
It was really deep. I did not move once during the entire 30 minutes. At a point I know I know I was close to 30 minutes and was going to tap on my phone screen to see the time, but instead I just felt a surge of energy that lasted about 3 seconds, and then it felt complete.
I tapped on my screen – it was 31 minutes past the hour. 🙂

Oh my… Here we go, into the Cerebro-Spinal Flow!!!
I decided the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone would be perfect for today’s first remote healing session focused on this third Living Liquid that surrounds your spinal cord and brain. After holding the container peacefully, I put the stone in at the 9 minute mark, and within a couple of minutes I felt its deep energy and slow flow kick in.
How I love that stone and how it can so easily reconnect us to a deep presence and feeling of royalty!
I spent the next 20 minutes just pumping energy into our container and following the flow of my cerebro-spinal liquid. It was very quiet and fun to just BE in there. Strange to say maybe, but it’s so quiet in there…
I don’t have much more to say about today’s Energy Top Up, other than I had a beautiful idea to gift you the second to last call of my Mentorship Program last year, before I closed it down to fully focus on the major upgrades I was experiencing that got kicked into high gear after a traumatic experience. It’s not available anywhere for purchase, and is a very valuable call. I do a deep, hour long Guided Meditation focused solely in the cerebro-spinal fluid. In the Presentation part of the call, I talk about the ‘Christ Oil’, the secretion from the Pineal gland that flows in the cerebro-spinal fluid. It’s a fascinating subject and I’m sure you would have really enjoyed the Guided Meditation. 🙂
But unfortunately, after looking for it (that’s why this info is coming to you so late in the afternoon), I’ve come to the conclusion that I unfortunately and not on purpose do not have any of the recordings of the last calls of my program that ended in 2025…)

Generally speaking during these top ups I’m usually busy working or on Saturdays running errands. Yesterday morning was the first top-up day I had nothing to do. I got up at 5, did your back to the energy body basics module 1, download meditation (such a good one btw!!) and then just lazed away hanging out with my cats and watching Sean Carroll talk about quantum mechanics.
10 am rolled around (my time zone start time for your top-ups), and I felt an inexplicable need to get up and put away my laundry! I couldn’t figure it out. One side of me was so excited I’d finally be able to tune-in and then my mind/body made me go do something!! I just thought this was so random and the need to share lol

I don’t know if you remember but on the first group call, that same thing happened to another person: an uncontrollable impulse to get up and clean once the energy work started.
It would be so easy to say that’s just us resisting, but that’s not necessarily what’s happening. Sometimes being in movement helps the body be able to absorb and work with the frequencies. It’s tricky because it could also be a flight reaction. At the end of the day, we need to become that ‘centered in the I’ consciousness that observes all this. Observe and playfully decide how to respond. By the way I do some of the most intense energy work on myself while I’m dancing, and cleaning has always been a favorite of mine to process and re-organise energies in me 🙂
One thing coming in for me as I write is part of your system has equated these energy blasts with you also being in movement (work, errands, movement of a physical and mental nature). Then you’re like: ohhh I’m gonna do it totally different today! It’s fun to change it up for the expanding playful part of us, but not necessarily felt the same for other parts…
I’m very happy to hear you feel the depth of this work. This is a whole new level of embodiment for me and it will continue to expand rapidly. This will most likely be my only offering for the next couple of years, 3 maybe, during ‘the time crunch’ we’re in.
After that it feels like the more Advanced Alchemy work will kick into a whole new level as many will start awakening rapidly and will need some pointers from those who have already gone through it. I’ve had visions as I mentioned of ‘knocking off’ entire energetic structures off a person’s field and watch them take what seems like their first breath of fresh air after decades – millennia! – in a dank musty dungeon.
The Living Container I’ve created allows me to share the rapid shifts I’m undergoing as I awaken and ascend. I’m in this work 24/7 and have a purity of intent that nothing can knock off course, only deviate temporarily and often, for reasons unknown at the time, actually ended up serving the next step in my awakening process (which equates to peeling off the false self we wear as a layered garment held together via emotional energy and mental identity (below the 300s in the Hawkins scale, but fear of no self keeps showing up all the way up to the 850 level of the scale).

I do remember the “I need to clean” thing happening for another on the first call! 😄 What you wrote makes a ton of sense as far as why it happened for me, too. If I’m being honest, I do a lot of energy work while I’m out walking or hiking. I just gots to move! 😆
When I want to go DEEP into something I’ll sit down and put on my eye mask. When I do that I sometimes see very beautiful shapes and symbols in very hard to describe colors. Especially after all the 6th dimensional/Orion particles we’ve been feeding the multidimensional chakra.
I recognize your purity of intent in every message you write us and totally feel the “copy and paste” into the Living Container. I’m not at all surprised temporary deviations have served as next steps in your awakening process — I feel the same way with my own process and am enjoying the ride!

The video you shared with Adamus St. Germain was so educational and it truly lifted my consciousness, especially with the description of what the AI is. I had a complete turnaround for the better. I saw AI as it coming into our space. Now I see it as us going into its space, its field, as it was described.
Coming into a new reality with having us be a new human was so soothing and relaxing to hear especially the information on being a sentient being.
The interview connected some dots about what I am seeing with some of my interactions with people. I must remember that a circumstance which any of us are in is what we choose. What I formulated in my head after hearing about this is, I would do harm for myself and for the other person if I would interfere. The harm I felt I would do for the other person felt like I would create a block in their life’s path. The harm which it would create for myself would be contaminating my energy field. It would be as though I stepped into their world to help them, thereby I would pick up their energy not just from their present state but from their lifetime.
This interview was very valuable to me. I know with having these new insights it will bring me towards a different and higher stream of consciousness. This would expand my field thereby attracting superior intelligent cosmic answers to questions which I don’t even know I have.

I have found every interview in the last year that I’ve watched with Adamus to be a huge boost and always so cutting-edge… Honestly the last interview I saw of Kryeon on Just Tap In was very powerful too. My other favorite person to listen to his wisdom is Richard Rudd (Gene Keys). His latest interview just came out on Amrit Sandhu’s podcast and I can’t wait to watch it. It’s a very big year we are in right now, he calls it ‘The Year of the Closing’ cause it is, we’re closing down the bind we’ve been looping in and the quantum leap into our the new human i starting.
About AI, honestly, without having heard Adamus’ perspective on AI, I would still be in my zone of ‘get that away from me’. Well… I still am to a certain extent, but in interviews he gave earlier this year I understood one of the biggest potential of AI for us: to create a solid discernment within ourselves between our mind and our consciousness. Also, as an artist, I really do love to do my own things, write my own texts, draw my own drawings… I’m in my last life here, I’ve known that since I was a child, and my goal is to bring all my creations back into my Core Star, which literally creates more light and seriously speeds up Individuation.
There is sooooo much happening right now I just wish I could infuse to everyone the realization of how f’n awesome it is to be here, right now, as we find the way to harmony and end a battle that’s been going on for way too long (longer than we can wrap our heads around, involving hundreds of millions of years)!!!

ENERGY TOP UP 10
Wow! That was unexpected but soooooo much fun! I fell in love with a song yesterday, a little gem hidden in a mix, and must have looped it at least 30 times, dancing and laughing and skipping around the house… I swear a stranger looking into my life, unless they’re waking up, would think I’m a crazy little child! Hahahahahaha!!!!
So, I decided to dance with you all and share all the bubbly HIGH JOY that courses through my body when I dance to music that lights me up! I put the song on twice in a row during the first 11 minutes of this second to last Energy Top Up of our Living Liquids theme of the month, focused on the cerebro-spinal fluid and it’s flow.
I had so much fun dancing with you all, shacking you around a bit, holding you up, spinning you around, holding you against my Solar Plexus as I laughed and played with the music (ie danced lol). And then, a natural movement started happening – interestingly enough, the same movement of the Eternal Lotus of Life (The big symbol on the bottom of our container).
Our true Eternal Biology is one where we constantly loop back into our Source, then circle out, and loop back in, for as long as we choose to wear a body and experience all its glory (ranging from the depths of hell to the heights of heaven – this is a place of learning in contrasts after all, like that beautiful song I sang about how our Pain and our Joy are one).
In our body that center point of our ‘eternal loop’ pretty much corresponds to the Sacred Heart Space with full Core Star Essence flowing into it. There’s also a loop that goes from the Heart up passed the head, then circles down and comes back into the central line (it’s called the Torroidal field – we have one and our beautiful Earth has one too). But the loop I was experiencing as a conscious movement was horizontal.
It’s like I was traveling on the violet lines of the Lotus of Life we have in the container, while also remaining in its center. It was a beautiful experience. Very somatic. I (my ego) didn’t choose to start moving like that, I got out of the way and my consciousness moved my body.
Then, at the 11 minutes mark, it was time to sit down and bring in the Royal Blue Cintamani stone into the container.
After moving us and swirling us around the Lotus of Life, it was time to infuse all the cerebro-spinal liquid with that deep frequency and re-membering of our Royal Origins (as Divine Beings, all of us have Royal Origins, this is not some ego bullshit that others should bow).
And so, I sat and got very calm, very centered. Feeling into the Dark Royal Blue stone and amping it up in the container, I started following the flow of my cerebro-spinal liquid. Such a fun thing to do, as I’ve often enjoyed doing – yet this time is was way stronger.
The first 9 minutes were soft and then WOAH! I started slowing it down even more so I could go through the plexuses’ in the front of the spine (once the fluid loops at the Sacrum and flows up).
If you watch videos about the Christ Oil/Sacred Secretion you’ll understand what I’m talking about.
We tend to lose all the sacred charge of the Christ Oil (secretion from the Pineal gland) at the Solar Plexus. Most people waste it there.
Anyways, I decided to get super present as the cerebro-spinal starts its ascent up the front of the spine. Very slowly just entering these (nerve) plexuses with lots of Presence, I stayed put in each of them until I felt all denser energies obstructing flow dissolved.
I am sooooo curious if anyone felt that part strongly. It was very very specific locations and I stayed in each a good 2 minutes before moving to the next one : Sacral Plexus, Solar Plexus, Heart Plexus and Throat Plexus, then entered the brain cavity and inhaled the ‘charged oil’ in my Pineal gland.
Woohoo!!!!!! One more Energy Top Up and then we meet up on Saturday! Yay!!!

I am in a liver flush process since last night, so it was a very soft Energy Top Up. I held you on my heart laying down, breathing and being. I wonder how that felt for you? It was very lovely for me!
