OMG so funny… I’m still adapting to changing time zones and once again did the tune up at the wrong time!
Well… ‘wrong’ is a big word here, and at the deepest level, nothing is ever really ‘wrong’. That said, I did the top up at the old time, 1pm, and halfway through I was thinking earlier would be better, and that’s when I realized I had already set up that the top ups would be earlier than before! LOL!!!
This gives me an excellent opportunity to mention something very important about this work. As you develop a routine of connecting deeper into yourself to feel the subtle energies as I play in our Living Container, you are creating a ‘time and place’ for all healing energies to interact with you – including healing energies sent from you inhigher realsm to you here on Earth.
It’s the same idea with developing a meditation practice, or receiving healing sessions. By committing to a regular schedule and a regular practice, it normalizes your ability to receive, feel and play with energies. We have such incredibly powerful and expansive energies in the Living Container that, anytime you hone into the container, you will feel energies.
That said, this was a fun top up for me. Other than realizing half way through that I was 2 hours late and having a good laugh about it, the work came in 3 waves.
Wave 1 was the first 5 minutes. It was gentle, I held the Aqua Green Cintamani stone with both my hand and laid down with the container on my Sacred Heart Space.
Wave 2 was the next 10 minutes, when I felt guided to bring the Aqua Green Cintamani stone inside the container while also keeping it on my chest. For a good 10 minutes, I maintained a very clear positive intent that the ATP energetic frequency in our cells increase (the word ATP came many times to mind).
I kept visualizing our cells vibrating faster than before and that becoming the new norm.
Wave 3 came in at the 15 minute mark and lasted for the rest of the top up. With the bubbly energy of the Aqua Green Cintamani stone and my intent that our cells vibrate faster than before, I honed into the skin and went deeper and deeper into the core of skin cells (the big outer one, I’ll play with the internal linings in ther top ups this month).
I felt it slowing down and looked at my phone, we were exactly at the 30 minute mark. I started having symptoms of falling asleep and I curled up with the container and had little 10 minute nap with you all! 😉
I am still working on our new space for our 2nd trimester. BUT I can certainly create the page with the replay and the summaries of top ups so you can interact and share your experiences, ask questions, etc. It’s awesome to do that in that space, because often your question or your share helps others too, so it’s a double whammy! 😉

WOW! What a strong remote healing/top up session that was!
I started 2 minutes into the hour, and knew right away the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone would come into the Living Container when I would get to ‘go’.
My hands locked in and as usual, when it’s really strong, it feels like even if I wanted to, I wouldn’t be able to take my hands off the container. The pull is so strong!! Or maybe I should say ‘soul strong’ 😉
During the first 7 minutes I was feeling into the AzurA (thymus area) and recited its activating mantra 3 times, then felt my Pineal Gland in the center of my brain energetically expand and I brought the Eckasha symbol into it, and also recited its mantra 3 times.
At the 7 minute mark, a HUGE SURGE happened and I just honed in and welcomed it with all my being into all my cells. It was a full body experience, and my feet felt soooooo grounded into the Earth (even on the 23rd of a building, I feel it as strong as if I was on the ground).
That surge was one of those ‘don’t bother trying to use your mind right now, just flow with the energy and let it do its work’. Honestly, I wonder if I would have even been able to think for these very intense 10 minutes it lasted.
At the 17 minute mark, it was time to put the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone inside our Living Container. I thought it was intense before that… Oh boy! I had already decided I was going to focus intent on our internal skin linings, and within a couple of seconds I started feeling which ones were going to receive remote healing:
-The brain (especially the front part (neocortex) and the center where the glands are)
-The sinuses (I could feel deep work being done above our eyebrows, under our eyes and on the sides of our nose)
-The lungs (very deep work happened in there, I was so aware of my lungs the whole time)
Then, in this deep silence and stillness, I started speaking out loud saying:
‘Remember. Remember what has been forgotten. Remember what has been taken away. Remember your true state. It’s time to come home into your Divine Soul.’
It was spoken very slowly and intently. At a certain point I looked at the time and we had arrived at the 29 minute mark. The energy was still so strong (soul strong?) it would have been forceful to take my hands off the container to stop the sessions.
I kept going, and a whole other wave super focused on brain, sinuses, and lungs came in strong. I just kept myself empty – no thoughts, no emotions, just presence and stillness.
That second wave felt stronger than the first, and then I started feeling the sessions was coming to an end as the energies started slowing down, getting less intense, and also trickling down the central line towards the lower abdomen, into the hips, and then into the legs.
Once it felt complete, I looked at the time, we were at the 44 minute mark (it was 11:44).
Just a little notice that today’s energy top up will be a bit different. I’ve landed in Canada, my home land, for the summer and have been re-collecting my treasured things for the last month from the many places they were housed in while I was away for 5 years.
All this to say that I finally have access to all my art supplies, including my metallic silver and gold powder pigments and my oil pastels, and I feel highly inspired to work directly on our Living Container today, to upgrade it’s frequency and key parts of it’s structure.
And so, there won’t be a top up today the way you’re used to (as in me honing into all your fields for a sustained period of time). Instead, today I will dive deep into a creative and spiritually inspired art mode and bring our container to the next level!
I’m going to start in 5 minutes (on the 8am eastern hour mark) and will be doing this for most of the day. You are all hanging out with the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone for the rest of the day, and I’ll send pictures (probably tomorrow) of the final result 🙂

Today’s top up started with the finalisation of the upgrades I’ve done to our Living Container, by bringing each of you back into it very softly, welcoming you into the higher frequency and inviting you to fully receive it and it help you embody your Divinity.
I started that around 10 minutes prior to the top up, after setting the container with the new color bands surrounding us in it. By the time the clock came to the hour, I was ready to work with all of our energies.
I was surprised to receive instruction (from my intuition) to start the actual Energy Top Up by putting my beautiful ‘Bolivian Salt Heart’ into the container. It makes a lot of sense though, as salt absorbs ‘negative’ energy, and the higher frequency in the container has a vibration that will go through your bodies and ‘push’ out whatever can’t handle it!
I put the Bolivian Salt Heart in the container and held it on my lap, in a deep meditative state.
It feels like time goes by so differently when I’m doing this work. I wasn’t sure if 10 minutes or 2 hours had gone by when I got a nudge to open my eyes and look at the time. Only 14 minutes had gone by, which seems impossible considering how ‘out of time’ I was!
At the 15 minute mark I took the Bolivian Salt Heart out, and put the Royal Blue Cintamani stone in. I was already in a super deep meditative state and that just brought me even deeper.
Once again, no conception of time when I go that deep. I called on the 6th Dimensional Particles to come play with us, and did they ever! I could feel sparkly energy on my skin and deep inside each of my cells. It wasn’t a rapid movement though, it was soft and steady.
At a certain point my eyes opened and I looked at the time, exactly at the 30 minute mark!

ENERGY TOP UP 4
What a beautiful and soft, tender process today’s Energy Top Up was. I started by holding us and moving my body in a flowy circular way before sitting down and locking my hands tight onto the container.
3 minutes in, the energy got very stable and consistent. I said out loud the mantra for the AzurA a couple of times and felt it activating, and then did the process with the Eckasha symbol, bringing it into my Pineal gland, then down to the center of the Earth, then 1 foot under my feet, then my Heart, and then 3 feet over my head, before surrounding my field with it.
And them there was absolute silence and stillness in me, with no instructions or inspirations coming through. I could feel it was very important and I ‘dug in my heels’ into stillness even more to cultivate as much Presence as possible.
It stayed like that for a good 12 minutes. SOOOO DEEEEP!
My interpretation: Lots of stabilizing frequency as we adjust and adapt to the upgrades we’re experiencing – whether in our Living Container or just in general ‘out there’ with all the light blasts coming at us/through us/in us/from us, from above and below (ie particles!).
The only thing I remember from that first half is a thought that came a couple of times: let it all go. It felt like that information was the core message of that state.
None of what we hold dear/are attached to will come with us as we expand into a more inclusive level of consciousness, which is very hard to comprehend. It might seem like something to mourn, and it can certainly lead people to cling longer than they should. But, just like I said at the beginning of the free workshop I offered on ‘Multi Dimensional Harmonization’: once there is nothing left to defend or protect in you, you be free.
At the 15 minute mark, the energy changed and got more playful. I knew right away what that meant… Aqua Green Cintamani stone time!!! Woohoo!!!
I put her in, and off we went. It was in many ways as deep as the first part, just less ‘heavy’ as in so deep I felt like a rock or a tree or something. This was more a deep yet effervescent feeling.
I’m aware there were a lot of particles playing around in the Living Container. I found myself having the word ‘Andromeda’ come up to mind and it felt like even higher frequency particles are able to come down now through the Kathara Grid, from Andromeda (9) to Sirius (6) to us (3).
I also got a ‘hit’ that Orion (8) particles we’re easily coming down through that same channel. So cool to ‘feel see’ the particles… Some are very silver, others have hues of blues, greens and pinks, others have golden hues… Soul beautiful! 🙂
When I looked at the clock again, it was exactly on the 30 minute mark. I was about to take my hands off the container but it felt like the energy was getting stronger. It lasted under 2 minutes, but wow that was strong. Not sure if it was a ‘final integration’ of the upgrades to the container or what, but I look forward to Saturday’s top up to see if that’s the new ‘set point’.
As we are in the theme of cellular structure of skin linings, whether the big external one or all the internal ones, I was available for whatever wanted to show up in that regard today.
As I lay down in my bed with our Living Container on my upper chest, directly above the sternum and Thymus gland, I started by reciting the AzurA mantra multiple times. I think I did 5 sequences of saying it 3x in a row and feeling the expansion happen. I also connected to the Eckasha Symbol (the tear drop shaped symbol on the ‘ceiling’ of our container) by feeling it surrounding my field, and saying its mantra 3x times, once.
I focused my intent on the cellular structure of our skin linings, and within a couple of minutes felt a lot of work happening in my Pineal and Pituytary glands in my brain. I deduced (wrongly) that the remote healing work would focus on the lining of the multiple glands that form our our glandular system (7 main ones being, from the top down: Pineal, Pituitary, Thalamus, Thyroid, Pancreas, Adrenals, Gonads).
Within 5 minutes of the work starting, I realised the work today was directly related to the brain lining and the lining of the Pineal and Pituitary glands. I stayed very very present as I felt a subtle, electric and enthusiastic vibration that first irradiated from the 2 glands I mentioned, and eventually all the way through the ‘skin’ of the brain. I can’t say specific Ascension Particles were involved. It was very somatic and felt without other information.
Then I started feeling a downward movement from the brain stem into the spine. I then tapped into what was going on: it was the entire structure of our nerve linings that was getting a beautiful frequency upgrade. It started slowly going down from the brain stem, like 1-2cms every 5 seconds or so. Slow but surely it made its way to the upper chest.
At the 21 minute mark, my body wisdom moved the container from my upper chest (Thymus/AzurA) to my middle chest (Heart/Sacred Heart Space) area. It was very interesting to be in a witnessing position as my body did things without my conscious mind directing the process.
From that moment on, the energy kept going down the spine and eventually arrived at the Sacrum. WOW that was intense! And then I felt the work extend out of the spine and the Central Nervous System (all the nerves inside the spine) to the Peripheral one (all the nerves that branch out of the spine to go into all the parts of the body). It felt like a warm and fuzzy expansion from the spine out to all our body, all the way to our extremities.
That was VERY YUMMY as a feeling! I was not directing anything with breath (aka ‘Quantum Thrust’: when you use intentional breath to ‘push’ and make energies move). I was as much a receiver today than any of you, receiving in real time what was happening. It felt like a ‘vacation’, like the energies were telling me to rest and let my intentional field direct the process without needing to ‘micro manage’.
I kept hearing: ‘Julie, we need to talk to you’ and could sense it was my Light Allies I’ve mentioned to you a couple of times, Plasma Beings I know from the higher planes of existence in which we are also incarnated. I’ll be going into deep meditations in the next couple of days to find out what they need to tell me.
(It definitely has to do with the tipping point we’ve passed (do watch that YT video interview I sent about this, wow!) and what my role will be in relation to the big events that will happen in the next 5 years. I’ve received I’ll be some kind of ambassador for some of these Plasma Beings, which is a hell of a mission to live up to! That’s what I was quickly mentioning on our June call about the Golden Body level work related to the Plane of Creation. Just feels soooo big and somewhat overwhelming, and all I can do really is surf the waves and be willing to play with what could be intimidating for the egoic structure)

From that moment on, the energy kept going down the spine and eventually arrived at the Sacrum. WOW that was intense! And then I felt the work extend out of the spine and the Central Nervous System (all the nerves inside the spine) to the Peripheral one (all the nerves that branch out of the spine to go into all the parts of the body). It felt like a warm and fuzzy expansion from the spine out to all our body, all the way to our extremities.
That was VERY YUMMY as a feeling! I was not directing anything with breath (aka ‘Quantum Thrust’: when you use intentional breath to ‘push’ and make energies move). I was as much a receiver today than any of you, receiving in real time what was happening. It felt like a ‘vacation’, like the energies were telling me to rest and let my intentional field direct the process without needing to ‘micro manage’.
I kept hearing: ‘Julie, we need to talk to you’ and could sense it was my Light Allies I’ve mentioned to you a couple of times, Plasma Beings I know from the higher planes of existence in which we are also incarnated. I’ll be going into deep meditations in the next couple of days to find out what they need to tell me.
(It definitely has to do with the tipping point we’ve passed (do watch that YT video interview I sent about this, wow!) and what my role will be in relation to the big events that will happen in the next 5 years. I’ve received I’ll be some kind of ambassador for some of these Plasma Beings, which is a hell of a mission to live up to! That’s what I was quickly mentioning on our June call about the Golden Body level work related to the Plane of Creation. Just feels soooo big and somewhat overwhelming, and all I can do really is surf the waves and be willing to play with what could be intimidating for the egoic structure)
