Julie, your teachings for this month is EXACTLY what I needed to hear! I’ve relistened quite a few times now! 😄 Ever since you first presented this idea of a third, spiritual strand of DNA that’s like “what are we doing here” I’ve found myself asking this question a lot – in my day-to-day life when I’m wasting my time scrolling, during work meetings that become circular, gazing at society, etc. I feel myself waking up more and more each day.
I totally needed to hear “Everything we do to complexity our lives is a way to avoid being in the simplicity”!! Oh my have I complexified a lot of my life! I schedule time to meditate and workout but truly looking at my life – which I did a lot in these last two weeks I took off from work – I don’t leave much if any time for simply being and enjoying. Now I’m thinking about the ways I spend my time and if there is anything I can do to make my life simpler so I can BE present and actually experience my life instead of “someday” in the abstract future.
Also, I just love, love, loooove the core star mantra “it is my God given right to be free and shine bright”! 🌟When I say this phrase, I see my entire body (core star connected to all cell nuclei) shinning bright like a star. Like I’m not even a body…I’m a bright star! So cool!
Question – is there anything different we should be doing in our day-to-day in light of what you shared about the false light matrix collapsing?
Awe Krista! I LOVE how deeply the teachings are percolating in you! Do let them keep on percolating!!! Using that mantra and honing into your Core Star and the little mini ones in the nuclei of each cell as you say it – and feel it! – is Soul wonderful!
Complexification is the way our ego stays in the driver’s seat. It keeps us very mind focused and, as I’m sure you’re all realizing at a deeper and deeper level, keeps us running around like chickens without heads, trying to ‘catch up’ (to what? their head that got chopped off?)
The power of a FORCED STOP is incredible here… Whatever you’re doing in the moment, you STOP and just become aware. It’s like the most basic mindfulness technique you could apply. Mindfulness is all about becoming aware to what extent we are in a mindless state, letting the mind run around all over the place frantically, while we – the Presence – are nowhere to be found!
Something I did many years ago (now it’s just natural) was to create 3 hour chunks in my calendar, at least 2x a week, of UNSTRUCTURED TIME.
This means time spent with yourself, with no agenda, no shit to get done, nothing to DO, all to BE. It’s very hard at first because you will see sooooo clearly how your mind will want to intervene and start structuring and organising and bla bla bla…
Remember, our psyche is afraid of silence and stillness. It’s running survival programs and taking a couple of hours to gaze at a flower for example, for your survival brain that is a great way… to get killed by a wild animal! So it’s a training. We’re training ourselves to remember and directly experience that when we are doing ‘nothing, we are actually doing what most matters: filling our cup and Being with Source.
Asking the question ‘how can I make my life simpler’ is probably the most important question for all humans to answer right now. Love is simple. Caring for life is simple. Gazing at beauty is simple. Cuddling an animal is simple. Doodling flowers on a piece of paper… ooohhhh yeeahhhhhhh 😉
To answer your question (in a simpler fashion than everything above): SEE, FEEL, TOUCH, KNOW the New World is coming. What does it look like for you? How does it feel to be in a world where all sentient beings are free? What kind of buildings will we create that celebrate this return to our true Prime Reality? Seriously, have fun with this!
I had a huge cry yesterday and it was soul beautiful. Feeling the birth of a world where all sentient beings are loved, are safe to explore, are happy to play, are curious of the new relationships we will develop… Whenever I have a little moment of ‘forgetting’ how beautiful the process we’re in is, I go watch a video from the cutie guy from France who plays guitar and sings and animals come to enjoy it. Makes me cry every single time, of such joy and release of my own grief of never having felt safe as a child. I love it! I love seeing the animals come to him, intuitively knowing they’re safe with him. ♥
I wasn’t quite sure how this top up would unfold. Considering how deep I’ve been going into stillness, sometimes I’m surprised when content pops up into my mind. Maybe even a bit startled, like: ‘wtf is that?’Â
That said, it did start very deep and still. As soon as I laid my hands on our container, my hands and feet got super tingly, and the energy flow locked into place. I love how that happens, cause as soon as the feet really get grounded, the Soul comes in more.
I feel there is definitely more Soul embodiment in the lower part of the body for everyone here. I feel it strong when I hone into the container as a whole (ie all of us!).Â
That is SOOOOOOOOUUUUUUL cool!!!!
I’ve been enjoying reading Gene Keys, which I do on and off on a regular basis and have been for over a decade, and the depth of wisdom in there brings tears to my eyes almost every time.Â
These tears are not of sadness, but of recognition (re-cognition). Tears of knowing, when reading, that what is being communicated not only sounds true. It IS Truth. And, the Truth in me recognizes the Truth in that.Â
All the cells in my body and my brain start singing, and my fun mind translates that into a cartoon-like Angel Choir with a big White Light shining down… Oh boy! 😉
Why am I saying this? Because at the 14 minute mark, I had a tiny moment of considering how, for me, Richard Rudd (founder of the Gene Keys), as well as Geoffrey Hoppe (who channels Adamus St-Germain) are the healthy loving father figures I never had in my life.Â
That created a flood of sadness and tears streaming down my face that was way beyond the scope of that thought (ie how it applied to ‘me’). There was sooooo much of it too, to the point that my shirt is still wet now as I write this summary…Â Â
This is the sadness we carry in relation to the Authority Figures in our world that have mostly served the dark agenda of power, masquerading as decent people…Â
This is the sadness of how our innocence and heart-openness has been manipulated so that we would allow a lot of life destructive bullshit to transpire…
This is the sadness of a child that comes to terms with the harsh reality that it is essential to adapt to the wants of egos instead of the true longings of their Soul…
My GOD how can I ever express how happy I am to see this fake world finally becoming exposed more and more. Not only do we have to wake up from the dream we’re trying to make real (A Course in Miracles), but on top of that, we need to first wake up from the freaking nightmare overlay that got put over the dream…Â Â
I’ve been aware of this reality since I was a teenager (blame it on being Aquarius or taking a lot of acid, you choose lol). Now it’s becoming a lot more obvious to everyone else that this is BS! That makes me want to have a huge party that lasts for eternity!!!
Oh I digress…Â Â
Ok so at the 14 minute mark, the sadness we all carry came through.Â
At the 17 minute mark, the ‘water release’ had calmed down and I knew I was bringing in our wonderful Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone inside the container for the rest of the top up. To feel and release so much sadness leaves all this room to then remember the Divine.
I was just enjoying the flow of that yummy stone with no concept of time when all of a sudden a surge started. I barely had time to click on the phone to see the time (cause my hand was not meant to stop holding the container at that time).
At the 25 minute mark the surge started, the energy got super intense and remained so until I felt it calm down. I looked at the time, it was 11:33.
I love doing these top ups and writing to you about them right after. It’s so fun!!!
I am in awe at how fast some shifts are happening in the ethers…Â wow!
All I can say is ‘Hold on!’ and keep ‘digging your heels’ into a deeper Soul embodiment. You’re in a container that has been created for this, so lean in all the way!
PS. I just finished revising every page of my ‘Healing the Split’ program and updating the layout. The audio of each call is now a sound bar directly under each video, and all the formatting issues (that happened when I deleted the WordPress Theme I’d been using for years) are now repaired. I’ll tell you, revisiting the content of that program, I am still so impressed by the level of quality and depth I went into that year. If you have not yet added this to your ‘Julie’ library, I really recommend you do!  Â
I’m a bit under the weather right now so am staying very calm (soul hard for me to do as I’m exploding with High joy most of the time lol). Rest rest rest and, to my delight, resting also means lots of time to do deep meditation and contemplation.
I woke up this morning aware it was TODAY that our Golden Bodies get drawn on our Golden Kathara Grid. How interesting this came in so strong, on the same day that there’s an Eclipse in Pisces, all about letting go of the past and, as far as I’m concerned, fully entering the Aquarius Age.
I do wonder how much stuff will come to Light in the collective… all the s*** people need to SEE to stop keeping their heads buried in the sand of their little comfortable lives and refusal to step up and courageously take the leap required to embody a higher frequency.
At the same time, I’m soul detached from the human drama… There’s such an awesome world being birthed right now, and more and more of us can feel that somewhere deep in our Sacred Hearts. Like a longing sure, but more importantly, a Knowing that it’s coming…
As soon as I put the container on my lap my feet, once again, grounded soooooooul deeply! I would describe it as a ‘hold on!’ energy, like a tree digging its roots deep in the earth and standing in its embodied Presence as a shit storm hits the fan lol
I’m not necessarily saying shit storm in the world… But man oh man, in the invisible world there is so much happening right not, it IS a shit storm lol. How can we really truly wrap our little heads around the scope of what’s involved as the Dark Flower Affliction ends?
The top up was very ‘neutral’. No big surges, just constance, The Aqua Green Cintamani stone was in there from the start, and will remain in there until I finish tracing the Alchemical Bodies on our papers. I’m with all of you for the rest of the day doing this.
I have had the most interesting experience as the energies rev up and this eclipse in Pisces energy of ‘let everything go that doesn’t align with your full expression’ reaches its peak energy.
Just want to share with you what transpired, as it’s such a good example of where we’re going and how fast the relay between thought and physical manifestation will become as we embody higher and higher frequencies.
In a nutshell, yesterday after the top up, I left us with the Aqua Green Cintamani stone out in the sun for a good sunbath of all the yummy particles in the atmosphere. I left for a short period of time to get GoldenSeal tincture to help my body with a little cold I have.
I left my son’s apartment for an hour. The sky was blue with no signs of rain coming. Then it’s like time sped up and next thing I know I’m in a full blow storm almost looking like a mini hurricane! I had a blast walking in the rain, completely soaked by the time I got home.
I’ve been having a little nudge for about 2 weeks now, that it’s time to move on from the Eckasha symbol in the ceiling of our Living Container. I was wondering what would replace it… A Lotus of Life on top as below? A big Core Star? Or maybe the Silver Star (also known as ‘The Hierophant’) that has been how I do my Kathara Shield for many years.
Little ideas were coming here and there but nothing decisive. I could clearly feel though that there was something shifting. The Ascension Path was becoming clearer, stronger, with less clutter and interfering energies.
Thing is, when things aren’t clear, we tend to stick to what we have, even if we feel that it needs to change/shift. I’ll tell you something very important I discovered yesterday: the translation from inner hunch to physical manifestation is gonne speed up more and more.
This speeding up can be felt like ‘things not going your way’ (ie the ego’s way), or that even if you have a good intention shit happens (ie ego’s bs juice of ‘you’re being punished’ so you hold onto guilt).
I’m sure our ingenious egos have a bunch of other stories they spin that we could get a really good laugh sharing all the variations our egos have come up with, using specific details of our lives and acting like what it thinks is true because it can be felt.
Ok so here I go, to the point now: I get home from my walk, soaking wet, and my son tells me I forgot to close the window in my room (which I had no plan to close in the first place anyways, the sky was blue when I left!).
I enter the room and see the top lid of our container beside the open window. The Eckasha symbol is soaked (yet the container is perfectly fine) and most of the symbols on it are now all distorted from the water drops that fell on them.
Side note: I’m also working on sanding down 2 wood chairs I kept from my old furniture (that I gave away when I left Canada 6 years ago – these are the only 2 ‘things’ I kept). They had been stored at a friend’s house that lives out in the country, and she left them outside in a covered area, but being outside 6 years damaged some of the water-based varnish I had put on them when I restored them a decade ago. I’ve been sanding down the varnish so I can start over. There was one piece of the chair I decided I would keep as is as there wasn’t too much damage to it. I get home from the big storm and the piece of the chair in question is soaked and all the water-based varnish is lifting off of it. SOOOO FUNNNYYY!!!! here I was about to get stingy on the whole process of sanding down the chairs completely, and the 1 piece I was going to keep as is clearly lets me know ‘we’re not doing that – its allllll gonna be a new job).
And so… I get home to discover Life’s answer to the 2 things I was considering leaving as is – even though the hunch was there to go all the way and follow the intuition to change them from their present state. WOW!!!
I sat outside for a while contemplating all this situation, having a really good belly laugh about it, and moving forward. I sanded down the part of the chair I was gonna leave ‘as is’. All the water-based varnish is now completely gone, and the chairs are ready for a good old oil based toxic varnish that can handle water and seals wood properly.
Then I went into deep meditation about the top of our Living Container. The words ‘Ascension Mechanics’ kept coming in, and I know what that means… We have a vehicle by which we travel and move around in the time space continuum. It’s a LIGHT VEHICLE and you might have heard its name before: MER KA BA.
Well, most people’s Merkaba has been distorted by the Dark Flower Affliction that’s now falling apart, and what a great idea to put the Mer Ka Ba symbol above us in the container! I was like: ‘ok, but how do I 100% ensure it’s not the distorted one?’
(remember that everything in the closed 10D system we’ve been in for a long time looks 90% like the ‘real deal’, so the distortion is just a little 10% thing, not always easy to see through!)
The answer came through body movement. I’ve been having that happen more and more, it’s very interesting. The first time it was super strong is when I left Costa Rica in March 2025: my body started packing my things before my mind caught up to the fact that we were leaving! lol
So there I am, sitting in meditation. I grab my laptop (not usual during meditation lol) and go straight into a folder in which I have all the ‘Freedom Teachings’ and click on this one document I have in there that shows many symbols Ashayana received and drew (including the Kathara Grid).
I start scrolling the document and boom!, all of a sudden, even though my finger is still pressing on the down arrow, the screen stops moving and I’m ‘stuck’ on page 27 (2+7=9) and receive the full activation of the symbol on that page.
Guess what it is! Of course it’s the Mer Ka Ba structure, but which one? The 12D one!!!
It’s got quite the name (as does everything in the Freedom Teachings):
PCM Universe Single Bi-Veca D-12 Christiac/Kristos Merkaba Field
It’s a 3 dimensional 6 pointed star (tetra star) with the top 3 sided triangle spinning clockwise and the bottom one counter-clockwise (you already know this movement, it’s the same as the Scepters). Our Kathara Grid fits perfectly in its center.
I just LOVE how life does that!!! So that was a second huge belly laugh yesterday.
And so, I’m fully focused on drawing our Golden Bodies AND instating the new ‘ceiling’ in our Living Container in the next 24 hours, riding the eclipse energy and inviting you all to shed all the f’n shit off you that you don’t want to bring into your future!
I’ll let you know when I officially put in the new ceiling. My goal is to do it during the top up tomorrow. Stay tuned and stay aware inside your field. There might be a ‘jump’ or a ‘jolt’ as the 12D Kristiac Merkaba structure joins the party in our Living Container!

Wow!!! I’m deeeeeep into this upgrading our container process…
As new energies are coming into – and up and out and through (lo) – this matrix we are presently incarnated on, these little ‘body suits’ we’re wearing are undergoing major re-calibrations.
These new calibrations are phasing into our fields more and more, to sustain our progressive realignment with our true Eternal Biology, our Multidimensional Anatomy, our full reinstatement inside our Kathara Grid and its Zero Point Field (the center of it, the AzurA).
This is soooooouuuuull exciting for me. I’ve been on the cusp of this process for over 30 years now, having received my first full on activation back in the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 (about 1 year before I did that piece of work I showed you on our last call).
SO…. the reason I’m writing today is to let you know I am going to dive even deeper into this process and will not be doing a 30 minute top up tomorrow so I can stay very focused on the process I’m in.
Adding the 12D Merkaba to our Living Container is literally inserting into it the memory of our Light Vehicle – ie our Vessel for Multidimensional Travel. Interestingly enough, as I hone into it I automatically feel the bottom part of the container also requires a rebuild.
There’s a very strong pull towards Silver, Gold and Magenta, so I will redraw the 12D Lotus of Life, while also energetically holding the 12D Merkaba image that is now going to be the new ceiling. So we’ll have a new floor and a new ceiling! lol
There’s a LOT happening when I draw, more than I’m even consciously aware of. I draw, I dance, I draw, I meditate, I draw some more. I sleep with it in the bed, receptive to instructions from my Higher Self. I get an a-ha and then I follow its flow…
I can feel I’ll go very deep into this in the next trimester of the 2026 edition of my 12D Biology Activation Container. The most important element we need to restore our natural multidimensionality and ability to be where we choose to be, is our Plasma Body.

My God it’s been a tumultuous week over here for me. Wow!
Between tech issues, no internet out in the woods, my laptop refusing to start… and that was just the tech stuff!
As most of you know, I left Canada 6 years ago and other than a short visit in 2021, I had not set foot on my natal land since 2020. My son invited me to come spend the summer with him, and for us to go visit people, places, friends and family that have not seen us in a long time.
I’ve been here for 3 months now, and only in this last week did some of the major visits take place, all in a row. To see friends and family that miss you, that want you to come back, that feel ‘left behind’, that don’t understand why I did what I did… and darker forms of these types of emotions, like unadmitted resentment, lurking envy and jealousy.
What an energetic ride it’s been! Now I understand why it felt so pressing that I upgrade our container. I was able to surf through the waves and remain neutral, sending love and compassion and deep Presence through many situations that could easily have been ‘heavier’.
One of the members of our container (an advanced student that’s been doing Alchemy work for many years) sent me a message saying he’s noticed it’s feeling more and more stable energetically, regardless of what’s happening around him and in the world at large.
I wonder if you are also aware of this ‘little’ shift in energies? Of course it’s not just the container, it’s all connected. My inspiration and feeling of urgency to upgrade the container is synchronistic with the large energies and frequencies shifting around us now.
I am SUPER DUPER looking forward to the BIG TOP UP TOMORROW (SATURDAY).
Although we are already all in the new container (tomorrow), I will do a deeper process tomorrow that will involve holding each of you, one at a time, as I position your Kathara Grid directly on the Kathara Grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Field.
My goal is to ensure we all transition gracefully and effortlessly into the unfolding expansion of energies underway as the False Light Matrix collapses and we deepen our full re-connection to our Core Star and the Eternal Lotus of Life.

PS. GOOD NEWS!!! Trimester 3 is a GO!!! I’m soul happy I get to introduce you to Plasma Body work. There’s stuff circulating on Internet about Plasma but some of it NOT accurate. I want to make sure you get direct access to the real work this involves, and how to spot it.
Now THAT was a freaking top up! OMG I went from 11:03am all the way to 1:33pm. I thought it would be about 90 minutes, but it ended up going another full hour after the 90 minute mark!
I LOVE this work Soul much that it’s not ‘work’ as much as it’s ‘play’. And if I can wish something valuable for all, it’s that all ‘work’ in your life become ‘play’. Hopefully my Joy and playfulness is just too contagious for you to not let it course through you! 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP POST CONTAINER UPGRADE
We have not had our habitual 3x/week top ups for the last 2 weeks as I was deep into a process of bringing our Living Container ‘up’ to the new frequency levels being embodied on earth right now.
The upgrade is done. We are now working with more and more Silver and Gold energies. Our 12D Lotus of Life on the bottom of the container is now drawn in shiny Silver and Gold inks, and the top of the container has transitioned from the Eckasha symbol to Sacred Geometry of the PCM 12D Merkaba Field (PCM stands for ‘particum’, meaning ‘matter’, ie the physical universe we are exploring ourselves in right now, our finite playground).
My objective with this bigger than usual top up is to help all of us – softly, gently and fully – transition into our true/uncorrupted Spiritual Anatomy. The reinstatement of our 12D Kathara Grid is a central and important ‘piece’ of the ‘ascension puzzle’.
Our 12D Kathara Grids, when fully operational, ARE what generates the Merkaba Field, which is a vehicle/vessel to travel inside the vast multidimensional universe we are in. The Merkaba Field does not exist outside of you. It is generated by you via your intent and proper alignment and full embodiment of your Kathara Grid.
That said, what I did during the top was position each one of you into the center of the Kathara grid that is inside the 12D Merkaba Structure I drew.
Like little Baboushka dolls nestled one into the other, with all your Alchemical Bodies drawn, and a beautiful alignment of your grid with the grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Field, I held my right hand over your Kathara Grid, sending a double positive intention:
1-May your 12D Kathara Grid be fully re-instated
2-May your ability to generate your 12D Merkaba Field be felt and fully remembered
It’s interesting the way the intentions came out. I just flowed with what came and it makes sense that feeling our ability to do it is first, and then all the memory of how to do it can just come back. This is soooo powerful to contemplate. We tend to think along the lines of: once I remember X, then I’ll be able to feel it’. What if it’s the opposite?
I held my right hand over your Kathara Grid aligned with the Kathara grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Field, and stayed present and kept it there as long as I felt a strong energy pull. The process for each of you lasted about 7 minutes.
Once the ‘pull’ subsided, I inhaled the 12D Lotus of Life at the bottom of the container, into my left palm and up my left arm all the way into my heart, and exhaled it down my right arm and out of my right palm directly over you, imagining it activating you even more.
By the time I completed this individual process for each of us, I was already at almost 2 hours, but there was no way I was gonna leave it at that!!! Little hunches and intuitions would come in as I sat with each of you, so I knew by then what I would do next: magnets!
Not only magnets, but my new ones… the Neodynium ones that have a magnetic force of 12000 gauss, which is incredibly strong. So strong that I have difficulty pulling them apart! Man oh man I am soooooo excited about learning to work with these more and more!
So, what I did was stack all of us together, smack dab in the middle of the 12D Lotus of Life at the bottom of the container, and position a negative polarity magnet on top of us, and the positive polarity below the container.
The magnets are so strong they held all of us together. With our name tags all stacked together we’re talking a full inch of super thick paper + the cardboard base of the container, between the magnets. And yet, I could hold the open container upside down and nothing budged!
The way magnets work is you position them in pairs. The black side of the magnets (negative polarity) is like an ‘anchor point’ and once you position the red side of the magnet somewhere else, it pulls from the anchor points toward itself.
For example, if I want to help my gallbladder empty out the bile it’s storing, I would position the black side on the gallbladder, and the red side on top of the liver. Then whatever is at the black position starts being pulled magnetically toward the red position.
That’s my crash course in magnet therapy lol…
So, with the black on top of us, and the red below the container, we were all being ‘pulled into’ the 12D Lotus of Life. What a beautiful feeling that was! It’s like we were being reminded, magnetically, to come back to our Eternal Source and flowing from there as we go out and come back in, over and over again.
I held the magnets in that position from 1:15 until 1:25, and then got the ‘go’ to put the top of the container back on and let the magnetic pull in the container help bring us into an even deeper alignment with our Kathara grid and our ability to generate our 12D Merkaba.
The work with the magnets was short but very strong and I was clearly instructed to not leave them in there. We now have the Bolivian Salt Heart in the container with us, ready to gently absorb any little energies in us that can’t embody the work we’re doing.
That was Soul Awesome!!! Wow I would love to hear from you how that felt. one person reached out during the top up noticing soft waves lifting them up. We are not being asked to do some super hard grueling work.
It’s so important to remember that! The grueling work is the shit we’ve been in for thousands and thousands of years, trying to remain aware and awake in a super low density False Light Matrix full of beings that don’t want you to wake up to what was happening.
Compared to that, Ascension is easy!
All suffering comes from resistance, and letting go is the opposite of resisting. Imagine you’re holding something in your hand really tightly, wondering ‘how the f am I supposed to be able to let go of this’? The strength holding the hand closed into a fist is all our attachments, desires, wants, cravings, egoic needs, etc etc etc.
When we start relaxing our grip on what we’re overly focused on, there is a natural buoyancy we are all blessed to have. Spirit knows where it’s from, and your natural state is one of joy and playfulness. It literally knows what to do, if you relax your grip it starts naturally happening.
I had a Network Chiropractor that used to make me practice this. She’d ask me to make a fist, and then she’d say: letting go is easy, just open your hand. It sounds so easy and we all know how much the mind wants to complicate the process with shit like: yeah but, you don’t understand what I’ve been through etc etc.
Whatever each of us has been through individually, it doesn’t change the basic truth that letting go is the same for all. Unclench your fist and open your hand. Unclench the grip of Ego on you, and discover that you’re always guided in real time when you’re open.
I feel mountains of LOVE today, and such deep GRATITUDE for our time together! The next 2 weeks will involve our usual tops ups at our usual time. I am slowly but surely preparing our next adventure into a deeper level of our Soul Structure, the Plasma Body.
Thank you Soul much for saying YES to being part of this incredible journey we’re on, as we break apart a false world and finally remember our true Home. Bless you all!

I cannot imagine a better theme for our final trimester of the year than to introduce you to the next level of teachings on our Multidimensional Anatomy, that connect to and complete the vast body of work that came through Ashayana Deane (Freedom Teachings).

The Plasma Body knowledge she was given to share is really beautiful, and the colors and textures involved in activating its layers was, for me, such a beautiful journey into a whole other realm of working with frequencies.

We tend to think that someone in their deep spiritual work would be super healthy and have super awesome lives bla bla bla. That’s a very ego based perspective and is far from the reality of what many mystics have been through as they expanded and awakened.
Not only is it rarely the case that there is a direct relation between the state of your awakening process and your 3D living conditions (in your body, in your environment). Often these 3D conditions are perfect for the Soul’s mission, so who the f are we to judge? 😉
I spent 13 years in University and it’s what made it much easier for me to work with A Course in Miracles and be able to absorb vast amounts of spiritual knowledge and organize it into easy to digest chunks (as easy as possible anyways lol). She dealt with low energy and weak lungs from being a premature baby her whole life, which gave her the perfect conditions to spend decades transcribing information and drawing all the intricaties of 12D Sacred Geometry and Ascension Mechanics.
So…. My dear joyful Soul Expansion Companions, we are getting ready in the Living Container to deepen our re-alignment with our 12D Biology (aka our Multidimensional Anatomy), and start learning to work with our 12D Merkaba Field Light Vehicle. And…. restoring our Plasma Body is a major KEY in facilitating this process.

I spent the entire top up with my hands over all of our name tags, stacked one on top of the other, positioned with precision over the Kathara Grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Structure in our Living Container.
My goal right now is ‘entrainment’, ie getting us all used to what it feels like to:
1-Be nestled into our Kathara grid, fully restored in its 12D symmetry
2-Be in proper vertical alignment (not with the tilt our Earth is positioned in)
3-Feel the top and bottom pyramids of your Merkaba Vessel (which require 1 and 2)
4-Feel the spinning of the top and bottom pyramids, in their proper speed ratios.
I’m going about this slowly and progressively, just getting your field used to the feeling of:
A-being nestled into 2 pyramids going in opposite spins (top one goes clockwise, bottom one counter-clockwise) and
B-the feeling of the 2 different spin ratios that are concurrently happening (top pyramid spins at a 33 1/3 ratio, bottom one at a 11 2/3, and once that gets solidly anchored in placfe there’s another spin ration that comes into play, but one thing at a time!)
Wow… that was VERY deep. I find it sooooo interesting there’s a definite shift in energy going on, especially in the last 2-3 weeks. The ‘content’ is more and more ‘contentless’, yet sooooooo FULL. It’s like any mental bla bla just doesn’t make sense and is felt like static.
Can you imagine an inner state of being so fully Soul Embodied, that any and all low frequency (fear-based) thoughts just sound like some distant background static somewhere in your field? Talk about an awesome way to stop taking them all so f’n personally and letting them take us for rollercoaster rides… that totally suck! lol
The top up started at 11:03. It had already been amping up since 10am, but that’s when it kicked into higher gear. As I said, the first part was all about STABILIZATION, and I switched to EXPANSION at exactly 11:33 (once again, my body sends me a hunch to look at the time and then I just laugh…Â lol)
So…Â Part 1 (first 30 minutes) was a deep grounding process with the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone. My hands we’re glued to the top of the container, beaming energy into it (and with the lid closed, it means I’m beaming the energy right through the 12D Merkaba on our ‘ceiling’, bringing its energetic ‘imprint’ into the container.
This is a very powerful way to increase your ability to feel the flow of a Merkaba field. Such a field has a clockwise and counter clockwise spinning motion PLUS both of these spinning motions are at different speeds. Â
It’s like embodied learning that completely bypasses the mind’s need to grab it and analyze it and all that mental focusing that prevents things from flowing.
Did you know that? When you’re hyper focused in the mind, trying to grasp at things that are way beyond the mind, all it does is create a ‘freeze’, like a ‘still life’. You can’t feel energy with your mind and what a liberation when that becomes embodied truth for you!
As I said at the beginning of the top up: WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!
So… the first 30 minutes went something like this :Â
-First 10 minutes I worked on fully activating my Mahara Shield, using the same silverish 6 pointed star (tetrahedron star) as the Merkaba one. In our program during the first and part of the second semester we were working with the Eckasha symbol, and now we will be gearing toward the ‘6-Pointed Silver Star’ to activate this Mahara Shield (also fully silver in color).
I have a text from Ashayana explaining step by step how to activate your Mahara Shield. I’m happy to share that text in the 3rd trimester since we will use it often as we do the Plasma Body Activation work.Â

-Second 10 minutes I got very intentional about our Kathara Grids, asking Source for full restoration of all its points and currents that connect the lines. I kept feeling mine and following all its lines, and feeling the spots in the body that related to each of the 12 points (Kathara healing sequence, you have access to that PDF in the Member Area).
*You can’t generate a Merkaba Field without a ‘healthy’ Kathara Grid, which is literally at the center and point of origine of your Merkaba Field.Â
-Third 10 minutes I embodied the effect of a fully active Merkaba Field, by playing with spinning my own. As I said, it’s like an embodied teaching without using the mind, just pure feeling. So I’d spin the top part, then the bottom, then both together, then add the spin ratios…Â Then stop, and start again. I did that about 3 times, and each time when it hits its ‘perfect spin’, then I’d ‘push’ that feeling into our container (via my hands on top of it.)Â
I had a little nudge to look at the time but I was having too much fun hanging out in my Merkaba… another one came and I was like: ok fine! I looked at the time. It was 11:33 🙂
The next 30 minutes of the top up were about EXPANSION. As soon as I put the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in I know it was gonna get very yummy in there! I grounded even more than I had before and started expanding my field and amplifying the waves of Ascension Energies coming in (Ascension Particles).
At first it was a bit ‘overwhelming’ (not for me but I could tell it could be felt as overwhelming in the container cause it all rebounds in there and ping pongs around lol…Â Pin Ball metaphor! lol). I asked Source to make it more flowy and breezy, less like waves and more like shimmering cascades.Â
Funny enough, a person in our container reached out about 5 minutes after I ‘softened’ the expansion with a comment about feeling a soft cascading energy… What can I say to that, other than….. did you guess? WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! 🙂
I stayed very present, letting my body absorb and emit the ‘cascading softer waves’ into the container, via my hands on it AND via my presence in the container (my name tag). Yummy yummy yummy!!!Â
Kind of funny how much content I can write about a full hour that felt contentless! 😉
But… translating energetic feeling into words leads to this. I hope you all enjoy reading these summaries. Even if they’re long it’s just info to read and receive. Other than taking time to read it, nothing else is needed. There’s no ‘homework’ or bla bla bs to analyze, just receive.
These soft cascading waves were sooooouuuullll yummy. I don’t really have anything else to say at this point. It was so stable and constant. I could not have taken my hands off the container, even if I wanted to. So locked in… Â
May we receive all the healing and expansive energies coming at us, in us, through us.Â
PS. We have officially past a ‘point of no return’, and collective Ascension (a very rare event) will happen. This is a process that normally takes millions of years of unfolding of spirit in dense matter. Humanity has had 3 major seedings here on earth to accomplish this, the first 2 failed. We are part of the 3rd seeding (of the Angelic Human Blueprint, also sometimes called the ‘Divine Human Blueprint’) and had our Kathara Grids distorted to prevent proper awakening. Now this is all changing… fast!Â
I’ll tell you more about all this in Trimester 3, as we go on an adventure of exploring Ashayana’s most recent body of work that goes way beyond the Keylontic Science she helped birth into our present human consciousness.

Julie, your teachings for this month is EXACTLY what I needed to hear! I’ve relistened quite a few times now! 😄 Ever since you first presented this idea of a third, spiritual strand of DNA that’s like “what are we doing here” I’ve found myself asking this question a lot – in my day-to-day life when I’m wasting my time scrolling, during work meetings that become circular, gazing at society, etc. I feel myself waking up more and more each day.
I totally needed to hear “Everything we do to complexity our lives is a way to avoid being in the simplicity”!! Oh my have I complexified a lot of my life! I schedule time to meditate and workout but truly looking at my life – which I did a lot in these last two weeks I took off from work – I don’t leave much if any time for simply being and enjoying. Now I’m thinking about the ways I spend my time and if there is anything I can do to make my life simpler so I can BE present and actually experience my life instead of “someday” in the abstract future.
Also, I just love, love, loooove the core star mantra “it is my God given right to be free and shine bright”! 🌟When I say this phrase, I see my entire body (core star connected to all cell nuclei) shinning bright like a star. Like I’m not even a body…I’m a bright star! So cool!
Question – is there anything different we should be doing in our day-to-day in light of what you shared about the false light matrix collapsing?
Awe Krista! I LOVE how deeply the teachings are percolating in you! Do let them keep on percolating!!! Using that mantra and honing into your Core Star and the little mini ones in the nuclei of each cell as you say it – and feel it! – is Soul wonderful!
Complexification is the way our ego stays in the driver’s seat. It keeps us very mind focused and, as I’m sure you’re all realizing at a deeper and deeper level, keeps us running around like chickens without heads, trying to ‘catch up’ (to what? their head that got chopped off?)
The power of a FORCED STOP is incredible here… Whatever you’re doing in the moment, you STOP and just become aware. It’s like the most basic mindfulness technique you could apply. Mindfulness is all about becoming aware to what extent we are in a mindless state, letting the mind run around all over the place frantically, while we – the Presence – are nowhere to be found!
Something I did many years ago (now it’s just natural) was to create 3 hour chunks in my calendar, at least 2x a week, of UNSTRUCTURED TIME.
This means time spent with yourself, with no agenda, no shit to get done, nothing to DO, all to BE. It’s very hard at first because you will see sooooo clearly how your mind will want to intervene and start structuring and organising and bla bla bla…
Remember, our psyche is afraid of silence and stillness. It’s running survival programs and taking a couple of hours to gaze at a flower for example, for your survival brain that is a great way… to get killed by a wild animal! So it’s a training. We’re training ourselves to remember and directly experience that when we are doing ‘nothing, we are actually doing what most matters: filling our cup and Being with Source.
Asking the question ‘how can I make my life simpler’ is probably the most important question for all humans to answer right now. Love is simple. Caring for life is simple. Gazing at beauty is simple. Cuddling an animal is simple. Doodling flowers on a piece of paper… ooohhhh yeeahhhhhhh 😉
To answer your question (in a simpler fashion than everything above): SEE, FEEL, TOUCH, KNOW the New World is coming. What does it look like for you? How does it feel to be in a world where all sentient beings are free? What kind of buildings will we create that celebrate this return to our true Prime Reality? Seriously, have fun with this!
I had a huge cry yesterday and it was soul beautiful. Feeling the birth of a world where all sentient beings are loved, are safe to explore, are happy to play, are curious of the new relationships we will develop… Whenever I have a little moment of ‘forgetting’ how beautiful the process we’re in is, I go watch a video from the cutie guy from France who plays guitar and sings and animals come to enjoy it. Makes me cry every single time, of such joy and release of my own grief of never having felt safe as a child. I love it! I love seeing the animals come to him, intuitively knowing they’re safe with him. ♥
ENERGY TOP UP 1
I wasn’t quite sure how this top up would unfold. Considering how deep I’ve been going into stillness, sometimes I’m surprised when content pops up into my mind. Maybe even a bit startled, like: ‘wtf is that?’Â
That said, it did start very deep and still. As soon as I laid my hands on our container, my hands and feet got super tingly, and the energy flow locked into place. I love how that happens, cause as soon as the feet really get grounded, the Soul comes in more.
I feel there is definitely more Soul embodiment in the lower part of the body for everyone here. I feel it strong when I hone into the container as a whole (ie all of us!).Â
That is SOOOOOOOOUUUUUUL cool!!!!
I’ve been enjoying reading Gene Keys, which I do on and off on a regular basis and have been for over a decade, and the depth of wisdom in there brings tears to my eyes almost every time.Â
These tears are not of sadness, but of recognition (re-cognition). Tears of knowing, when reading, that what is being communicated not only sounds true. It IS Truth. And, the Truth in me recognizes the Truth in that.Â
All the cells in my body and my brain start singing, and my fun mind translates that into a cartoon-like Angel Choir with a big White Light shining down… Oh boy! 😉
Why am I saying this? Because at the 14 minute mark, I had a tiny moment of considering how, for me, Richard Rudd (founder of the Gene Keys), as well as Geoffrey Hoppe (who channels Adamus St-Germain) are the healthy loving father figures I never had in my life.Â
That created a flood of sadness and tears streaming down my face that was way beyond the scope of that thought (ie how it applied to ‘me’). There was sooooo much of it too, to the point that my shirt is still wet now as I write this summary…Â Â
This is the sadness we carry in relation to the Authority Figures in our world that have mostly served the dark agenda of power, masquerading as decent people…Â
This is the sadness of how our innocence and heart-openness has been manipulated so that we would allow a lot of life destructive bullshit to transpire…
This is the sadness of a child that comes to terms with the harsh reality that it is essential to adapt to the wants of egos instead of the true longings of their Soul…
My GOD how can I ever express how happy I am to see this fake world finally becoming exposed more and more. Not only do we have to wake up from the dream we’re trying to make real (A Course in Miracles), but on top of that, we need to first wake up from the freaking nightmare overlay that got put over the dream…Â Â
I’ve been aware of this reality since I was a teenager (blame it on being Aquarius or taking a lot of acid, you choose lol). Now it’s becoming a lot more obvious to everyone else that this is BS! That makes me want to have a huge party that lasts for eternity!!!
Oh I digress…Â Â
Ok so at the 14 minute mark, the sadness we all carry came through.Â
At the 17 minute mark, the ‘water release’ had calmed down and I knew I was bringing in our wonderful Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone inside the container for the rest of the top up. To feel and release so much sadness leaves all this room to then remember the Divine.
I was just enjoying the flow of that yummy stone with no concept of time when all of a sudden a surge started. I barely had time to click on the phone to see the time (cause my hand was not meant to stop holding the container at that time).
At the 25 minute mark the surge started, the energy got super intense and remained so until I felt it calm down. I looked at the time, it was 11:33.
I love doing these top ups and writing to you about them right after. It’s so fun!!!
I am in awe at how fast some shifts are happening in the ethers…Â wow!
All I can say is ‘Hold on!’ and keep ‘digging your heels’ into a deeper Soul embodiment. You’re in a container that has been created for this, so lean in all the way!

ENERGY TOP UP 2
I’m a bit under the weather right now so am staying very calm (soul hard for me to do as I’m exploding with High joy most of the time lol). Rest rest rest and, to my delight, resting also means lots of time to do deep meditation and contemplation.
I woke up this morning aware it was TODAY that our Golden Bodies get drawn on our Golden Kathara Grid. How interesting this came in so strong, on the same day that there’s an Eclipse in Pisces, all about letting go of the past and, as far as I’m concerned, fully entering the Aquarius Age.
I do wonder how much stuff will come to Light in the collective… all the s*** people need to SEE to stop keeping their heads buried in the sand of their little comfortable lives and refusal to step up and courageously take the leap required to embody a higher frequency.
At the same time, I’m soul detached from the human drama… There’s such an awesome world being birthed right now, and more and more of us can feel that somewhere deep in our Sacred Hearts. Like a longing sure, but more importantly, a Knowing that it’s coming…
As soon as I put the container on my lap my feet, once again, grounded soooooooul deeply! I would describe it as a ‘hold on!’ energy, like a tree digging its roots deep in the earth and standing in its embodied Presence as a shit storm hits the fan lol
I’m not necessarily saying shit storm in the world… But man oh man, in the invisible world there is so much happening right not, it IS a shit storm lol. How can we really truly wrap our little heads around the scope of what’s involved as the Dark Flower Affliction ends?
The top up was very ‘neutral’. No big surges, just constance, The Aqua Green Cintamani stone was in there from the start, and will remain in there until I finish tracing the Alchemical Bodies on our papers. I’m with all of you for the rest of the day doing this.
ENERGY TOP UP 3 (Container Upgrade Part 1)
Hello my dear Joyful Soul Expansion Companions!
I have had the most interesting experience as the energies rev up and this eclipse in Pisces energy of ‘let everything go that doesn’t align with your full expression’ reaches its peak energy.
Just want to share with you what transpired, as it’s such a good example of where we’re going and how fast the relay between thought and physical manifestation will become as we embody higher and higher frequencies.
In a nutshell, yesterday after the top up, I left us with the Aqua Green Cintamani stone out in the sun for a good sunbath of all the yummy particles in the atmosphere. I left for a short period of time to get GoldenSeal tincture to help my body with a little cold I have.
I left my son’s apartment for an hour. The sky was blue with no signs of rain coming. Then it’s like time sped up and next thing I know I’m in a full blow storm almost looking like a mini hurricane! I had a blast walking in the rain, completely soaked by the time I got home.
I’ve been having a little nudge for about 2 weeks now, that it’s time to move on from the Eckasha symbol in the ceiling of our Living Container. I was wondering what would replace it… A Lotus of Life on top as below? A big Core Star? Or maybe the Silver Star (also known as ‘The Hierophant’) that has been how I do my Kathara Shield for many years.
Little ideas were coming here and there but nothing decisive. I could clearly feel though that there was something shifting. The Ascension Path was becoming clearer, stronger, with less clutter and interfering energies.
Thing is, when things aren’t clear, we tend to stick to what we have, even if we feel that it needs to change/shift. I’ll tell you something very important I discovered yesterday: the translation from inner hunch to physical manifestation is gonne speed up more and more.
This speeding up can be felt like ‘things not going your way’ (ie the ego’s way), or that even if you have a good intention shit happens (ie ego’s bs juice of ‘you’re being punished’ so you hold onto guilt).
I’m sure our ingenious egos have a bunch of other stories they spin that we could get a really good laugh sharing all the variations our egos have come up with, using specific details of our lives and acting like what it thinks is true because it can be felt.
Ok so here I go, to the point now: I get home from my walk, soaking wet, and my son tells me I forgot to close the window in my room (which I had no plan to close in the first place anyways, the sky was blue when I left!).
I enter the room and see the top lid of our container beside the open window. The Eckasha symbol is soaked (yet the container is perfectly fine) and most of the symbols on it are now all distorted from the water drops that fell on them.
Side note: I’m also working on sanding down 2 wood chairs I kept from my old furniture (that I gave away when I left Canada 6 years ago – these are the only 2 ‘things’ I kept). They had been stored at a friend’s house that lives out in the country, and she left them outside in a covered area, but being outside 6 years damaged some of the water-based varnish I had put on them when I restored them a decade ago. I’ve been sanding down the varnish so I can start over. There was one piece of the chair I decided I would keep as is as there wasn’t too much damage to it. I get home from the big storm and the piece of the chair in question is soaked and all the water-based varnish is lifting off of it. SOOOO FUNNNYYY!!!! here I was about to get stingy on the whole process of sanding down the chairs completely, and the 1 piece I was going to keep as is clearly lets me know ‘we’re not doing that – its allllll gonna be a new job).
And so… I get home to discover Life’s answer to the 2 things I was considering leaving as is – even though the hunch was there to go all the way and follow the intuition to change them from their present state. WOW!!!
I sat outside for a while contemplating all this situation, having a really good belly laugh about it, and moving forward. I sanded down the part of the chair I was gonna leave ‘as is’. All the water-based varnish is now completely gone, and the chairs are ready for a good old oil based toxic varnish that can handle water and seals wood properly.
Then I went into deep meditation about the top of our Living Container. The words ‘Ascension Mechanics’ kept coming in, and I know what that means… We have a vehicle by which we travel and move around in the time space continuum. It’s a LIGHT VEHICLE and you might have heard its name before: MER KA BA.
Well, most people’s Merkaba has been distorted by the Dark Flower Affliction that’s now falling apart, and what a great idea to put the Mer Ka Ba symbol above us in the container! I was like: ‘ok, but how do I 100% ensure it’s not the distorted one?’
(remember that everything in the closed 10D system we’ve been in for a long time looks 90% like the ‘real deal’, so the distortion is just a little 10% thing, not always easy to see through!)
The answer came through body movement. I’ve been having that happen more and more, it’s very interesting. The first time it was super strong is when I left Costa Rica in March 2025: my body started packing my things before my mind caught up to the fact that we were leaving! lol
So there I am, sitting in meditation. I grab my laptop (not usual during meditation lol) and go straight into a folder in which I have all the ‘Freedom Teachings’ and click on this one document I have in there that shows many symbols Ashayana received and drew (including the Kathara Grid).
I start scrolling the document and boom!, all of a sudden, even though my finger is still pressing on the down arrow, the screen stops moving and I’m ‘stuck’ on page 27 (2+7=9) and receive the full activation of the symbol on that page.
Guess what it is! Of course it’s the Mer Ka Ba structure, but which one? The 12D one!!!
It’s got quite the name (as does everything in the Freedom Teachings):
PCM Universe Single Bi-Veca D-12 Christiac/Kristos Merkaba Field
It’s a 3 dimensional 6 pointed star (tetra star) with the top 3 sided triangle spinning clockwise and the bottom one counter-clockwise (you already know this movement, it’s the same as the Scepters). Our Kathara Grid fits perfectly in its center.
I just LOVE how life does that!!! So that was a second huge belly laugh yesterday.
And so, I’m fully focused on drawing our Golden Bodies AND instating the new ‘ceiling’ in our Living Container in the next 24 hours, riding the eclipse energy and inviting you all to shed all the f’n shit off you that you don’t want to bring into your future!
I’ll let you know when I officially put in the new ceiling. My goal is to do it during the top up tomorrow. Stay tuned and stay aware inside your field. There might be a ‘jump’ or a ‘jolt’ as the 12D Kristiac Merkaba structure joins the party in our Living Container!

ENERGY TOP UP 4 (Container Upgrade Part 2)
Wow!!! I’m deeeeeep into this upgrading our container process…
As new energies are coming into – and up and out and through (lo) – this matrix we are presently incarnated on, these little ‘body suits’ we’re wearing are undergoing major re-calibrations.
These new calibrations are phasing into our fields more and more, to sustain our progressive realignment with our true Eternal Biology, our Multidimensional Anatomy, our full reinstatement inside our Kathara Grid and its Zero Point Field (the center of it, the AzurA).
This is soooooouuuuull exciting for me. I’ve been on the cusp of this process for over 30 years now, having received my first full on activation back in the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 (about 1 year before I did that piece of work I showed you on our last call).
SO…. the reason I’m writing today is to let you know I am going to dive even deeper into this process and will not be doing a 30 minute top up tomorrow so I can stay very focused on the process I’m in.
Adding the 12D Merkaba to our Living Container is literally inserting into it the memory of our Light Vehicle – ie our Vessel for Multidimensional Travel. Interestingly enough, as I hone into it I automatically feel the bottom part of the container also requires a rebuild.
There’s a very strong pull towards Silver, Gold and Magenta, so I will redraw the 12D Lotus of Life, while also energetically holding the 12D Merkaba image that is now going to be the new ceiling. So we’ll have a new floor and a new ceiling! lol
There’s a LOT happening when I draw, more than I’m even consciously aware of. I draw, I dance, I draw, I meditate, I draw some more. I sleep with it in the bed, receptive to instructions from my Higher Self. I get an a-ha and then I follow its flow…
I can feel I’ll go very deep into this in the next trimester of the 2026 edition of my 12D Biology Activation Container. The most important element we need to restore our natural multidimensionality and ability to be where we choose to be, is our Plasma Body.

Hello dear Joyful Soul Expansion Companions!
My God it’s been a tumultuous week over here for me. Wow!
Between tech issues, no internet out in the woods, my laptop refusing to start… and that was just the tech stuff!
As most of you know, I left Canada 6 years ago and other than a short visit in 2021, I had not set foot on my natal land since 2020. My son invited me to come spend the summer with him, and for us to go visit people, places, friends and family that have not seen us in a long time.
I’ve been here for 3 months now, and only in this last week did some of the major visits take place, all in a row. To see friends and family that miss you, that want you to come back, that feel ‘left behind’, that don’t understand why I did what I did… and darker forms of these types of emotions, like unadmitted resentment, lurking envy and jealousy.
What an energetic ride it’s been! Now I understand why it felt so pressing that I upgrade our container. I was able to surf through the waves and remain neutral, sending love and compassion and deep Presence through many situations that could easily have been ‘heavier’.
One of the members of our container (an advanced student that’s been doing Alchemy work for many years) sent me a message saying he’s noticed it’s feeling more and more stable energetically, regardless of what’s happening around him and in the world at large.
I wonder if you are also aware of this ‘little’ shift in energies? Of course it’s not just the container, it’s all connected. My inspiration and feeling of urgency to upgrade the container is synchronistic with the large energies and frequencies shifting around us now.
I am SUPER DUPER looking forward to the BIG TOP UP TOMORROW (SATURDAY).
Although we are already all in the new container (tomorrow), I will do a deeper process tomorrow that will involve holding each of you, one at a time, as I position your Kathara Grid directly on the Kathara Grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Field.
My goal is to ensure we all transition gracefully and effortlessly into the unfolding expansion of energies underway as the False Light Matrix collapses and we deepen our full re-connection to our Core Star and the Eternal Lotus of Life.
I was not able to do a full proper top up on Thursday but you might have felt some tickles 😉

Now THAT was a freaking top up! OMG I went from 11:03am all the way to 1:33pm. I thought it would be about 90 minutes, but it ended up going another full hour after the 90 minute mark!
I LOVE this work Soul much that it’s not ‘work’ as much as it’s ‘play’. And if I can wish something valuable for all, it’s that all ‘work’ in your life become ‘play’. Hopefully my Joy and playfulness is just too contagious for you to not let it course through you! 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP POST CONTAINER UPGRADE
We have not had our habitual 3x/week top ups for the last 2 weeks as I was deep into a process of bringing our Living Container ‘up’ to the new frequency levels being embodied on earth right now.
The upgrade is done. We are now working with more and more Silver and Gold energies. Our 12D Lotus of Life on the bottom of the container is now drawn in shiny Silver and Gold inks, and the top of the container has transitioned from the Eckasha symbol to Sacred Geometry of the PCM 12D Merkaba Field (PCM stands for ‘particum’, meaning ‘matter’, ie the physical universe we are exploring ourselves in right now, our finite playground).
My objective with this bigger than usual top up is to help all of us – softly, gently and fully – transition into our true/uncorrupted Spiritual Anatomy. The reinstatement of our 12D Kathara Grid is a central and important ‘piece’ of the ‘ascension puzzle’.
Our 12D Kathara Grids, when fully operational, ARE what generates the Merkaba Field, which is a vehicle/vessel to travel inside the vast multidimensional universe we are in. The Merkaba Field does not exist outside of you. It is generated by you via your intent and proper alignment and full embodiment of your Kathara Grid.
That said, what I did during the top was position each one of you into the center of the Kathara grid that is inside the 12D Merkaba Structure I drew.
Like little Baboushka dolls nestled one into the other, with all your Alchemical Bodies drawn, and a beautiful alignment of your grid with the grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Field, I held my right hand over your Kathara Grid, sending a double positive intention:
1-May your 12D Kathara Grid be fully re-instated
2-May your ability to generate your 12D Merkaba Field be felt and fully remembered
It’s interesting the way the intentions came out. I just flowed with what came and it makes sense that feeling our ability to do it is first, and then all the memory of how to do it can just come back. This is soooo powerful to contemplate. We tend to think along the lines of: once I remember X, then I’ll be able to feel it’. What if it’s the opposite?
I held my right hand over your Kathara Grid aligned with the Kathara grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Field, and stayed present and kept it there as long as I felt a strong energy pull. The process for each of you lasted about 7 minutes.
Once the ‘pull’ subsided, I inhaled the 12D Lotus of Life at the bottom of the container, into my left palm and up my left arm all the way into my heart, and exhaled it down my right arm and out of my right palm directly over you, imagining it activating you even more.
By the time I completed this individual process for each of us, I was already at almost 2 hours, but there was no way I was gonna leave it at that!!! Little hunches and intuitions would come in as I sat with each of you, so I knew by then what I would do next: magnets!
Not only magnets, but my new ones… the Neodynium ones that have a magnetic force of 12000 gauss, which is incredibly strong. So strong that I have difficulty pulling them apart! Man oh man I am soooooo excited about learning to work with these more and more!
So, what I did was stack all of us together, smack dab in the middle of the 12D Lotus of Life at the bottom of the container, and position a negative polarity magnet on top of us, and the positive polarity below the container.
The magnets are so strong they held all of us together. With our name tags all stacked together we’re talking a full inch of super thick paper + the cardboard base of the container, between the magnets. And yet, I could hold the open container upside down and nothing budged!
The way magnets work is you position them in pairs. The black side of the magnets (negative polarity) is like an ‘anchor point’ and once you position the red side of the magnet somewhere else, it pulls from the anchor points toward itself.
For example, if I want to help my gallbladder empty out the bile it’s storing, I would position the black side on the gallbladder, and the red side on top of the liver. Then whatever is at the black position starts being pulled magnetically toward the red position.
That’s my crash course in magnet therapy lol…
So, with the black on top of us, and the red below the container, we were all being ‘pulled into’ the 12D Lotus of Life. What a beautiful feeling that was! It’s like we were being reminded, magnetically, to come back to our Eternal Source and flowing from there as we go out and come back in, over and over again.
I held the magnets in that position from 1:15 until 1:25, and then got the ‘go’ to put the top of the container back on and let the magnetic pull in the container help bring us into an even deeper alignment with our Kathara grid and our ability to generate our 12D Merkaba.
The work with the magnets was short but very strong and I was clearly instructed to not leave them in there. We now have the Bolivian Salt Heart in the container with us, ready to gently absorb any little energies in us that can’t embody the work we’re doing.
That was Soul Awesome!!! Wow I would love to hear from you how that felt. one person reached out during the top up noticing soft waves lifting them up. We are not being asked to do some super hard grueling work.
It’s so important to remember that! The grueling work is the shit we’ve been in for thousands and thousands of years, trying to remain aware and awake in a super low density False Light Matrix full of beings that don’t want you to wake up to what was happening.
Compared to that, Ascension is easy!
All suffering comes from resistance, and letting go is the opposite of resisting. Imagine you’re holding something in your hand really tightly, wondering ‘how the f am I supposed to be able to let go of this’? The strength holding the hand closed into a fist is all our attachments, desires, wants, cravings, egoic needs, etc etc etc.
When we start relaxing our grip on what we’re overly focused on, there is a natural buoyancy we are all blessed to have. Spirit knows where it’s from, and your natural state is one of joy and playfulness. It literally knows what to do, if you relax your grip it starts naturally happening.
I had a Network Chiropractor that used to make me practice this. She’d ask me to make a fist, and then she’d say: letting go is easy, just open your hand. It sounds so easy and we all know how much the mind wants to complicate the process with shit like: yeah but, you don’t understand what I’ve been through etc etc.
Whatever each of us has been through individually, it doesn’t change the basic truth that letting go is the same for all. Unclench your fist and open your hand. Unclench the grip of Ego on you, and discover that you’re always guided in real time when you’re open.
I feel mountains of LOVE today, and such deep GRATITUDE for our time together! The next 2 weeks will involve our usual tops ups at our usual time. I am slowly but surely preparing our next adventure into a deeper level of our Soul Structure, the Plasma Body.

Not fully certain yet but I’m getting the feeling I’ll do the same thing I did at the end of the first trimester, and offer a free Saturday workshop on ‘How Healing Happens’ and my ‘MultiDimensional Harmonization Methodology’ before we start Trimester 3. We are a GO for the third and final trimester of the 2026 edition of my 12D Biology Activation Container. Yay!!!
I cannot imagine a better theme for our final trimester of the year than to introduce you to the next level of teachings on our Multidimensional Anatomy, that connect to and complete the vast body of work that came through Ashayana Deane (Freedom Teachings).
This is cutting edge material, and I’m telling you right now it’s still very specialized and mostly only known of by those who have been working with her for multiple decades.
The Plasma Body knowledge she was given to share is really beautiful, and the colors and textures involved in activating its layers was, for me, such a beautiful journey into a whole other realm of working with frequencies.
I was in these classes with her when she introduced this new level of knowledge about our spiritual anatomy. I experienced my first Plasma Body Activation back in 2020 when I first found her materials online and joined the KDDL-3 live course.
To me she remains a powerful living example of someone that is fully incarnating their Golden Body work, and like me has a need for artistic expression intermingled with deep spiritual work.
She is also a reminder for me that being full-on aligned with our bigger Soul level mission doesn’t mean our lives will be easy and effortless. She was a premature baby and has suffered from health issues her whole life.
We tend to think that someone in their deep spiritual work would be super healthy and have super awesome lives bla bla bla. That’s a very ego based perspective and is far from the reality of what many mystics have been through as they expanded and awakened.
Not only is it rarely the case that there is a direct relation between the state of your awakening process and your 3D living conditions (in your body, in your environment). Often these 3D conditions are perfect for the Soul’s mission, so who the f are we to judge? 😉
I spent 13 years in University and it’s what made it much easier for me to work with A Course in Miracles and be able to absorb vast amounts of spiritual knowledge and organize it into easy to digest chunks (as easy as possible anyways lol). She dealt with low energy and weak lungs from being a premature baby her whole life, which gave her the perfect conditions to spend decades transcribing information and drawing all the intricaties of 12D Sacred Geometry and Ascension Mechanics.
So…. My dear joyful Soul Expansion Companions, we are getting ready in the Living Container to deepen our re-alignment with our 12D Biology (aka our Multidimensional Anatomy), and start learning to work with our 12D Merkaba Field Light Vehicle. And…. restoring our Plasma Body is a major KEY in facilitating this process.

ENERGY TOP UP 7 (post container upgrade)
Hello my dear Joyful Soul Expansion Companions!
I spent the entire top up with my hands over all of our name tags, stacked one on top of the other, positioned with precision over the Kathara Grid at the center of the 12D Merkaba Structure in our Living Container.
My goal right now is ‘entrainment’, ie getting us all used to what it feels like to:
1-Be nestled into our Kathara grid, fully restored in its 12D symmetry
2-Be in proper vertical alignment (not with the tilt our Earth is positioned in)
3-Feel the top and bottom pyramids of your Merkaba Vessel (which require 1 and 2)
4-Feel the spinning of the top and bottom pyramids, in their proper speed ratios.
I’m going about this slowly and progressively, just getting your field used to the feeling of:
A-being nestled into 2 pyramids going in opposite spins (top one goes clockwise, bottom one counter-clockwise) and
B-the feeling of the 2 different spin ratios that are concurrently happening (top pyramid spins at a 33 1/3 ratio, bottom one at a 11 2/3, and once that gets solidly anchored in placfe there’s another spin ration that comes into play, but one thing at a time!)
It’s a VERY SHORT summary today!!!

ENERGY TOP UP 9+10
WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow… that was VERY deep. I find it sooooo interesting there’s a definite shift in energy going on, especially in the last 2-3 weeks. The ‘content’ is more and more ‘contentless’, yet sooooooo FULL. It’s like any mental bla bla just doesn’t make sense and is felt like static.
Can you imagine an inner state of being so fully Soul Embodied, that any and all low frequency (fear-based) thoughts just sound like some distant background static somewhere in your field? Talk about an awesome way to stop taking them all so f’n personally and letting them take us for rollercoaster rides… that totally suck! lol
The top up started at 11:03. It had already been amping up since 10am, but that’s when it kicked into higher gear. As I said, the first part was all about STABILIZATION, and I switched to EXPANSION at exactly 11:33 (once again, my body sends me a hunch to look at the time and then I just laugh…Â lol)
So…Â Part 1 (first 30 minutes) was a deep grounding process with the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone. My hands we’re glued to the top of the container, beaming energy into it (and with the lid closed, it means I’m beaming the energy right through the 12D Merkaba on our ‘ceiling’, bringing its energetic ‘imprint’ into the container.
This is a very powerful way to increase your ability to feel the flow of a Merkaba field. Such a field has a clockwise and counter clockwise spinning motion PLUS both of these spinning motions are at different speeds. Â
It’s like embodied learning that completely bypasses the mind’s need to grab it and analyze it and all that mental focusing that prevents things from flowing.
Did you know that? When you’re hyper focused in the mind, trying to grasp at things that are way beyond the mind, all it does is create a ‘freeze’, like a ‘still life’. You can’t feel energy with your mind and what a liberation when that becomes embodied truth for you!
As I said at the beginning of the top up: WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!
So… the first 30 minutes went something like this :Â
-First 10 minutes I worked on fully activating my Mahara Shield, using the same silverish 6 pointed star (tetrahedron star) as the Merkaba one. In our program during the first and part of the second semester we were working with the Eckasha symbol, and now we will be gearing toward the ‘6-Pointed Silver Star’ to activate this Mahara Shield (also fully silver in color).
I have a text from Ashayana explaining step by step how to activate your Mahara Shield. I’m happy to share that text in the 3rd trimester since we will use it often as we do the Plasma Body Activation work.Â

-Second 10 minutes I got very intentional about our Kathara Grids, asking Source for full restoration of all its points and currents that connect the lines. I kept feeling mine and following all its lines, and feeling the spots in the body that related to each of the 12 points (Kathara healing sequence, you have access to that PDF in the Member Area).
*You can’t generate a Merkaba Field without a ‘healthy’ Kathara Grid, which is literally at the center and point of origine of your Merkaba Field.Â
-Third 10 minutes I embodied the effect of a fully active Merkaba Field, by playing with spinning my own. As I said, it’s like an embodied teaching without using the mind, just pure feeling. So I’d spin the top part, then the bottom, then both together, then add the spin ratios…Â Then stop, and start again. I did that about 3 times, and each time when it hits its ‘perfect spin’, then I’d ‘push’ that feeling into our container (via my hands on top of it.)Â
I had a little nudge to look at the time but I was having too much fun hanging out in my Merkaba… another one came and I was like: ok fine! I looked at the time. It was 11:33 🙂
The next 30 minutes of the top up were about EXPANSION. As soon as I put the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in I know it was gonna get very yummy in there! I grounded even more than I had before and started expanding my field and amplifying the waves of Ascension Energies coming in (Ascension Particles).
At first it was a bit ‘overwhelming’ (not for me but I could tell it could be felt as overwhelming in the container cause it all rebounds in there and ping pongs around lol…Â Pin Ball metaphor! lol). I asked Source to make it more flowy and breezy, less like waves and more like shimmering cascades.Â
Funny enough, a person in our container reached out about 5 minutes after I ‘softened’ the expansion with a comment about feeling a soft cascading energy… What can I say to that, other than….. did you guess? WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! 🙂
I stayed very present, letting my body absorb and emit the ‘cascading softer waves’ into the container, via my hands on it AND via my presence in the container (my name tag). Yummy yummy yummy!!!Â
Kind of funny how much content I can write about a full hour that felt contentless! 😉
But… translating energetic feeling into words leads to this. I hope you all enjoy reading these summaries. Even if they’re long it’s just info to read and receive. Other than taking time to read it, nothing else is needed. There’s no ‘homework’ or bla bla bs to analyze, just receive.
These soft cascading waves were sooooouuuullll yummy. I don’t really have anything else to say at this point. It was so stable and constant. I could not have taken my hands off the container, even if I wanted to. So locked in… Â
May we receive all the healing and expansive energies coming at us, in us, through us.Â

PS. We have officially past a ‘point of no return’, and collective Ascension (a very rare event) will happen. This is a process that normally takes millions of years of unfolding of spirit in dense matter. Humanity has had 3 major seedings here on earth to accomplish this, the first 2 failed. We are part of the 3rd seeding (of the Angelic Human Blueprint, also sometimes called the ‘Divine Human Blueprint’) and had our Kathara Grids distorted to prevent proper awakening. Now this is all changing… fast!Â
