As I sat down with our Living Container in my lap, I became aware very quickly that this would be a soft, maternal feel kind of top up.
At the 6 minute mark there was a definite shift in frequency, and I could feel it in all my body. Like a heaviness but that’s not accurate, more like feeling very embodied… Feeling like the Soul was deeply connected to the body level. 🙂
I started reciting the Eckasha mantra and felt a desire to open up the container and visually absorb the symbol for a couple of minutes. I then felt the rhythm of what I would be doing today (I get to find out in real time, I really aim to not think about what I’ll do that way I come into the top up fully receptive to whatever does want to happen vs what I think should).
The ‘loop’ I played with for the entire duration of the top up after that initial part involved having my right hand placed on the bottom of the container (under the Lotus of Life 12D symbol), and my right hand above the Eckasha symbol on top of our container.
I would inhale the Eckasha symbol into my left hand, up my left arm and into my Sacred Heart Space, then exhale from there, down my right arm, out of my right hand, through the bottom of the container.
This kept going and going and my breath became more and more circular (hard to notice the inhale and exhale when it gets like that) as the energy kept moving through the container.
My feeling is, as we approach the Lion’s Gate (technically it starts today and goes til about the 10th of August), there is a very important recalibration going on in terms of these 12 tribes we come from (the 12 points on the Kathara Grid correspond to 12 different races and the constellations where they are incarnated).
Sure we’re sticking to the 3-6-9 passage (Earth-Sirius-Andromeda), but we are part of this grid and as such have connections with these tribes. The movement I was doing felt like it was reminding the 12 tribes of the importance of respecting and recalibrating themselves to the Eternal Lotus of Life as the False Light Matrix continues collapsing.
At the 19 minute mark, while all this was going on, I also added a full Kathara Shield activation by reciting the mantra and visualizing the Eckasha symbol swirling in its key places when doing that activation (pineal gland, core of the earth, 1 foot under the feet, the heart space, and 3 feet above the head). Then I just visualized it all around our container, as I continued doing the breathing ‘swirl’ of left hand inhale Eckasha up into my heart, exhale it down my right arm and pass it through the bottom of the container with the 12D Lotus of Life.
Very nice, very smooth, very centering. May you receive all the benefits of the top up!
This was a very physical top up. There was no ‘mental content’ involved at all.
I went straight for a lymphatic drainage session and did magnet therapy on myself, with all of you in the Living Container with my Bolivian Salt Heart. I placed our container directly above my Core Star this time.
I felt the movement of the Living Liquid of our lymph enter a more fluid flow after about 6 minutes of having the magnets on all key areas (back of the knees, inside of the elbows, inner groin, under armpits, back sides of the skull, all these with the negative polarity side of magnets, and the big magnet directly over the thymus with the positive polarity).
There isn’t much I can say about it, other than how I feel. As I hone into my physical body and feel its Living Liquids, I’m aware that lymph flow is much more fluid than it was before.
That was a very felt top up for me. One of those that I can’t lift my hands off the container even if I tried… 🙂
The first 7 minutes was all about activating the AzurA more and more. I kept reciting the mantra and feeling mine activate more and more. To someone that doesn’t understand this kind of stuff, it would be so easy to think ‘something must be wrong with my Thymus, I feel pressure there’. Meanwhile, it’s an awesome sign that we are awakening our eternal biology!
At the 8 minute mark a definite shift in energy was felt, and I intuitively grabbed the Aqua Green Cintamani stone and put it inside our Living Container. Woohoo! I always LOVE the feel of that stone. It has an exuberant energy, like a little kid that’s all giddy and wants to run around a field playing with butterflies! 🙂
I stayed super present with all the yummy flows. I’m aware I kept repeating ‘let it go, let it flow’ and inviting all of us to really let go of whatever we’re holding onto, allowing the frequencies in the container to flow these energies in what seemed like a spiral tornado-ish structure that formed inside the container.
At the 14 minute mark I asked Ascension Particles to come play with us. The 6th Dimensional ones and the Orion ones we’re clearly felt. It’s interesting to notice that the 2 Ascension Particles that are related to the upper Evolutionary Chakras are the ones showing up the most, which lets us know where we’re at in the Ascension process. They correspond to already being firmly grounded into 4D (more and more awareness of spirit and subtle energies, not just 3D body and worldly perspectives) and reaching up into 5D.
I’m very pleased by this! The particles were very silvery with golden hues. The golden ones are related to Orion, and the silvery ones of the 6th Dimensional Particles carry that frequency because they are coming in straight from Andromeda through Sirius B (which is 6D and stands directly above us in the Kathara grid).
I often catch myself sending a reminder into our container of ‘go BEYOND the grid’. It’s great to come back onto the proper grid, but it’s even better to fully individuate ‘off’ or ‘beyond’ or ‘below’ the grid. (words can do no justice to what I’m trying to say here!)
At the 25 minute mark I felt a deepening, and from there it became very quiet and still, and I went so deep that my eyes popped open all of a sudden and I had no awareness of how much time had gone by.
Woohoo!!! I was really looking forward to this deep connection time with you all, after moving around so much in the last week. I’m back in my lair (lol, I’m such a feline!) and happy to hermit, which to me just means really enjoying my time alone, being present to the energies surrounding us.
Today is the 8/8 (Lion’s Gate) and is considered by many as one of the most potent days of the year to really feel into your life and make decisions that will change its course.
People mention ideas like ‘timeline shifts’, but let’s make it even simpler: its a time to decide which line you want to walk on. There are many to choose from. Remember in our last workshop when I mentioned flow? Which one do you want to follow? The one from your ego or the one from your Soul? Think of these flows as lines you get to choose. 😉
ENERGY TOP UPS 4-5-6
I figured it would be 90 minutes but it ended up being exactly 2 hours, which unfolded as follows:
The first 15 minutes were very still, soft, yet really strong at the same time. My feet were glued to the ground and my hands to the top of our Living Container. It felt like waves coming into and through us.
The consistency and regularity of these waves is so solid that the ‘need to know’ if another wave will come completely disappears. I’ve felt that before in deep meditation and to me, it is the Golden Waves of the Eternal Reality. It never ends…
At the 15 minute mark I felt a shift in the energies and I started activating our AzurA more and more. Very calmly, I recited the mantra 3 times, then stayed present feeling it open up more. I then did that again twice more, and kept going deeper into the AzurA.
At the 30 minute mark I knew the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone was coming in and we were switching gears. I put it in our container and let its yummy frequency spread out and surround us all in the container.
My intention was simple and clear: to deepen our Soul embodiment, and remember our Royal origins as children of God.
Something interesting to mention is that once I put the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone in the container, my hands switched from being on top of it to hugging the sides of the container. After 18 minutes, my hands repositioned themselves back on to the top.
At exactly 1 hour into the top up a big surge of energy happened and I looked at the time and saw it was exactly noon. How cool is that? It was time to put the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in.
Holy bubbly! I don’t know how else to describe what that stone does. I could feel all our liquids getting ‘giddy’ from it, after such a deep centering into our eternal non moving being during the first hour of the top up.
At 12:15 I saw the Bolivian Salt Heart and knew it wanted to come in and absorb some of the energies that were getting moved around and processed out of us. As I mentioned, this is a big day energetically to set intentions and make big decisions.
With the Bolivian Salt Heart inside the container, I took all our name tags out and placed them in my left hand. One by one I held you in my right hand, blessing you and your journey back to your True Home.
I asked for an even deeper activation of your 3-6-9 safe passage back to 12, and with your name in my palm, I used my thumb to trace the path on your Kathara Grid as I stated out loud ‘3-6-9-12’. For each number, I had my thumb over that part of the Kathara Grid, following the movement up to 12D.
Individual blessings ended at 12:39, and I decided to do the Kathara Shield process with the Eckasha symbol, following the usual sequence (pineal, earth core, 1 foot under feet, center of chest, and 3 feet above head) and reciting the mantra 3x for each position.
I visualized the Eckasha around our container and around each of you in the container. This process ended at 12:48.
I decided to keep on going and just stayed very present and continued feeling the energy pouring into my pillar, down my arms and into the container. It was like a nice long hug that feels like it lasts forever. 🙂
The last 2 minutes before arriving at the 1pm mark I just took a moment to send the intention of integration into our container. It felt very complete.

Well… I’m rarely at a loss of words – as you know by now! – but this top up was very still.
I’m aware of a big eclipse tomorrow that, with the momentum of the Lion’s Gate of the 8th, is very much in a frequency of shedding what we were, what we held onto, what was heavy (and comforting until it wasn’t), what serves no purpose anymore (other than staying in ego games)… I have a feeling there’s some big energetic moves coming, and all I know is our best route of action is to deepen our inner reality, our relationship to what is within.
That said, here is the summary of todays’ top up
ENERGY TOP UP 7
The top up started with my mind receiving, over and over again, the following sentence: ‘time to SHED, time to SHED, time to SHED’…
I knew then and there the Bolivian Salt Heart would be hanging out with us in our Living Container.
This is not just a carved piece of salt… This salt is from the Uyuni Desert, a very special place of indescribable beauty – especially when the rainy season creates a mirror effect that makes it almost impossible to tell where the earth ends and the sky begins. I’ve rarely been somewhere so expansive (180 square kms of pure salt), where anything in you that does not serve life seems to just get sucked out of you (which is what salt does!).
In the Bolivian Salt Heart went, and right away I started feeling energies being pulled from the chest. I honed in deeper and intuited the ‘level’ this was happening on, which was the emotional heart. This is the level of the heart where we hold onto wounds, that creates a dense barrier to fully entering the spiritual heart (ie Sacred Heart Space).
So much of what we have held onto now needs to be released… Expressions like ‘let go and let God’, ‘forgive and forget’ are there to remind us that we should always be aiming for that, but now it ain’t no joke! We cannot bring these clunky, dense energies into 5D.
I remember Bashar once talking about this, and I liked the way he explained it: to ascend/expand into 5D awareness is like going through the eye of a needle. You can’t bring anything heavy and dense with you through it!
There is a choice to make that no one can force upon anyone. You either hold onto your ‘stuff’ and stay safe in your old ways, or you let go and flow with the temporary fear of ‘what happens next’ and temporary grief of parting ways with what things you held dear.
So… emotional heart… old wounds and old ways of protecting them… it’s time to shed!!!
At the 5 minute mark, the Adamantine Particles came in full force! I see their effect in our Heart as Golden Waves that emanate from the Sacred Heart Space and flow through the body. These waves just kept coming and coming, and I kept saying ‘thank you’ to all of us waking up and doing this deep work.
I wondered if the Crystalline ones would come too (the Terrestrial ones are related to Atlantean times and do big work on our Pineal and Pituitary glands) but it stayed very focused on the Adamantine ones. What a great idea to redo Module 3 of Ascension Particles to deepen the work done today! (it’s all about these particles and the Golden White Waves).
I can’t repeat this enough… IT’S TIME TO SHED! Make it a (fun) priority in your life right now to declutter and declutter and declutter… simplify, reduce, let go of old journals, find old artistic projects from your past and gaze at your creations…
It’s a beautiful energy traversing our field right now, and why not have fun with it, playing the game of ‘let go and let God’ with as many things as you can! Remember that letting things go creates room for expansion. That expansion isn’t about more things, its about more Presence and Soul Embodiment!
At the 18 minute mark, I brought my attention to our Lymphatic Liquid and it’s flow. The Thymus is the master gland of your lymphatic system (and your immune system) and it is going through some major upgrades as it’s the main gland is involved in our biological transition from 3D carbon-based bodies to half carbon-half silica as we start embodying more of our Soul and stabilize into our new ‘base’ in 5D frequencies.
I just stayed present. The sentence ‘time to shed’ kept coming in, and I kept saying ‘thank you’ every time I felt another strong Golden Wave flow through the container.
I finished a bit past the 30 minute mark. Honestly I could have stayed like that for another hour… or more! I really enjoyed doing that longer top up last Saturday! 🙂
I highly recommend revisiting Module 3 of Ascension Particles and redoing that yummy meditation with the Adamantine Particles! I’m almost done recreating our Member Area and you should all have access to your programs now so accessing it should’nt be an issue.
That is a great example of what I mean by shedding the past… I’ve had issues with the plugin I was using for the Member Area for many years, and I would just manually do things so it at least somewhat worked. That shit is over. I’m DONE doing things like that! I shopped and explored many plugins and finally found the one that felt aligned with me. Of course I have a learning curve but now it’s one of building, not micromanaging issues!
There is a beautiful sun out today here in Montreal, and I’ve decided that we are sun bathing for a little while today, and the Bolivian Salt heart will stay in the Living Container until (and maybe during, don’t know yet) the next top up on Thursday. Know it is with you in the container and will absorb anything you release as the Eclipse energy comes in stronger and stronger. 🙂
It’s always interesting for me when the work is beyond linguistics. I honestly did not have a single thought or inspiration translate into a thought (discourse) in my mind. It was SUPER EMBODIED and although I would check in once in a while and ask if there was more to do, what was being done was more than enough.
Hard to describe these top ups when they’re like that because there’s no content. It’s all frequency and it’s devoid of words and even of any kind of distinction between feelings and frequencies…Â That said, let me try! lol
As soon as I locked into the container with my hands, there was nothing else to do than BE. Just BE and not ‘go’ somewhere. Just BE in, just BE the frequency. It was very strong and steady. I didn’t feel the frequency waver a single time. Is this what it’s like as these big waves continue coming in to finalize our exit process out of 10D bullshit? Â
I don’t know… but I like it! 🙂Â
The Bolivian Salt Heart was still inside the container and that’s the only instruction I got (other than ‘just BE the frequency’), to leave it in there for the full duration of the top up. Â
If there was an awareness, it was that this frequency could ‘push out’ little pockets of energies and attachments that had been shaken loose by the Lion’s Gate and yesterday’s Eclipse, but not fully released.Â
I was aware of being deep in the Sacred Heart Space and could feel the strength of the connection I’ve developed to my Core Star over the course of the last decade. Honestly, at a certain point, we start embodying so much Light that content completely recedes.Â
That idea might sound scary, but only to the ego who IS story. Letting go of stories is letting of ego, and our ego ain’t no moron. It knows where that leads, ie way beyond it!
I can honestly say, at this point, that trying to remember big events of my life is like trying to remember a movie I saw a long time ago. I remember how absorbed I was in the movie at that time, but now I’m more the spectator witnessing the ‘movie of Julie’ and finding it amusing in a very loving way.Â
Hard to describe how f’n awesome that is! I’ve even had moments where the ‘Julie character’ stopped the script for a second and looked out of the movie screen at the ‘real Julie’ sitting in the movie theater gazing back at her! Talk about trippy!!! 🙂
The top up ended at the 33 minute mark, when I opened my eyes and felt it was done. I took the Bolivian Salt Heart out and you are now sunbathing in our container with the top lid off for the next couple of hours 🙂

The best part of doing things that replenish and nourish us? Everyone connected to our field also receives the benefits, and you who are in this container with me are directly connected to my intentional field. In a way, we’re like a big Soul family! 🙂
As soon as I sat down to start the top up I could feel it was gonna be a very interesting one. I felt inclined to grab the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone and thought it would be going in pretty quickly, but it transpired a bit differently than I thought it would (which is always fun and refreshing to be reminded there is higher guidance available at all times than the guidance in the mind!!!). 😉
As usual, my hands locked onto the container at the top of the hour. Right way it felt like big swirls of energy playing around in our upper body, more specifically the upper chest area where the Thymus is (and the subtle energetic structure housed there, given various names by spiritual traditions: AzurA – Freedom teachings / Soul Seat – Barbara Ann Brennan / Philosopher Stone – Mystical Alchemy).
It was ‘contentless’. No info, just lots of swirling motion, similar to a little wind tornado. We are definitely on the verge of a big upgrade and it’s becoming more and more palpable (maybe that’s not a word in english lol, basically means ‘can touch it and feel it’). Makes me so giddy just thinking about it!
I’ve fully devoted myself to our collective Ascension process for almost 30 years now. It was a LOT slower back then and we had to work through some major ‘sludge’. I’ve heard the expression that my generation of Lightworkers were the ‘Karmic Clean Up Crew’.
I’m very happy to declare that state’ as being ‘over and done’. Yay!
I don’t know if you can feel it but there’s a major turning point that’s been reached, and certain things that might have taken multiple decades are now being infused into our collective field as more and more humans ‘step up and into’ The Great Work as they ‘step down and out of’ their little mind and all the bla bla it thinks it needs to be safe.
My God, this is so exciting!!! Ok Julie. Calm down and write the summary, already! 😉
At 11 it started with major swirls around the AzurA area. I could clearly feel there would be no mantras today or activations of symbols. The Sacred Heart Space was so vast and open and inviting us all to come back to it, to come back to our true dwelling space, our spiritual home while playing in make believe bodies…
I stayed super centered and swirled around, amplifying the work by leaning into it and holding you all in the Living Container as I went deeper and deeper.
At the 11:11 mark, a big surge happened that made me open my eyes and check the time. Funny little winks from the Universe, these numerical sequences that show up when I’m doing this work! I started seeing in my Mind’s eye the numbers 555 and saw the golden glow of the 555 Scepter.
For the next 11 minutes, the Golden 555 Scepter was beaming from the center of our container, filling up all the space in there. The shiny, almost blinding light of the White 999 Scepter came in as well after about 5 minutes, to amplify the work even more.
Then another surge happened, and before opening my eyes to check the time I was pretty sure it was 11:22… It was, and now it was time to bring the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone in. I’m always intrigued when I work with this one because everything slows down and gets ‘heavy’ (in very good way) so quickly.
Well, it sure was like that. Within less than 1 minute of putting it in, the swirly stuff happening in the upper part of the body calmed down and deep grounding came in. Talk about feeling like a tree… It activated my Core Star so much that its’ still buzzing and to be honest, it probably will be for the rest of the day! (or maybe this will just be its new state, oh my!!!)
The powerful vibration of that stone is all about ‘grounding back into our Royal origins’ – ie, our Divinity. It’s always surprising to me how embodied I feel with that stone! My feeling is that it really pulls the Soul into the body by quieting the noise inside it.
Our spiritual bodies tend to ‘float’ as there is often so much density and unresolved energetic stuckness in our 3d bodies that it’s hard for our much more expansive bodies to ‘fit’ into all that tightness… I love how Richard Rudd talks about wounds being like ‘wound up energy’. It’s tight, knotted, hard to flow lightness and joy into…
In that perpective, what is healing, really, other than relaxing into the human experience and unwinding all the tightness of taking everything so f’n seriously!!!
Anyways, I digress… lol
At the 11:33 mark another surge happened and I just grounded even deeper as the work continued. The Scepters were not in my field of awareness anymore, and I just stayed very present with the deep grounding of our Soul into our physical bodies that was taking place.
The message that kept coming in, to share with you all is ‘the more you give up and let go, the more you lighten up, and the deeper I can anchor into you and bring you up’.
There’s nothing to battle, there’s nothing to face. Look into and through whatever you ‘think’ is in the way of your freedom and flow and be willing to embrace it AS the way into it by going right ‘through it’ (ie seeing it for what it is, illusions and stall tactics the ego puts in place to keep you focused on the ‘outside’!)
In that light, I just kept going with the top up, through 2 more surges which by now I understood were every 11 minutes. Can’t tell you there was actual content other than ’embody this!’ and I just kept going deeper and deeper into myself.
I wonder if you noticed the surge at the 11 minute mark, then again at the 22 mark, then the 33, 44, and lastly 55 mark?
I soul enjoy doing these top up s and getting to write summaries and weave into them little tidbits of wisdom from my many adventures here that are slowly but surely coming to an end.
I’m definitely moving our DNA DEEP DIVE call to THIS UPCOMING SATURDAY. We will be harnessing the energetic frequency of the Master Number 22, aka the ‘Master Builder’ frequency. What a funny top up that ended up being! I was honing into the container, feeling there would be something big happening in there today. I didn’t know what but I knew something was up.Â
I thought maybe it would be an extra strong magnet therapy session now that I have my Neodynium magnets (basically they are 4x stronger than normal iron ones), but I’m smart enough at this point in my life to know that I don’t know…Â lol!!!
As I sat with our Living Container in my lap, it started off softly yet with electricity coursing through me, letting me know that softness was only to start…
At the 7 minute mark the first surge happened. From that point on, my hands were locked on the container, and my feet so grounded it feels like I could not lift them from the ground even if I tried.Â
Everything got very very still and the ‘heaviness’ of deep Soul embodiment confirmed to me I was definitely in the ‘zone’, ready for whatever was coming. I kept deepening my embodiment and patiently waited for instructions.
I could feel the 11 minute mark coming (a surge getting ready) and the visual came in for 3 Scepters, 2 of which I very very rarely use other than in 1-1 work in the Soul Landscape when ‘the big guns’ need to come out.
I knew it had to do with a MAJOR decluttering/clearing of energies that are not ours. Energies that linger and feed on our Light and weaponize our compassion and empathy. A very clear communication from my part to such energies was made:Â
CONSENT is NOT GIVEN and our participation to the False Light Matrix ENDS NOW
At first, this translated to the Shiny Black 666 Scepter (extraction of negative energies, neutralisation of dark forces and their magic/spells) on top of the Multicolored 888 Scepter (multidimensional in nature, can send almost any energy back to where it came from), their joint light beaming into our container.Â
Then the 11:11 surge happened and the Teal/Light Blue 111 Scepter (deep Body-Mind-Soul integration, key to our Authority) positioned itself under the other 2 Scepters.Â
What a trip to witness and feel what was happening!Â
It’s like all these little energies still on us were squirming from the Shiny Black 666 Scepter, and the Multicolored 888 one was sucking them right outta the container and back into their proper dimensional frequencies.Â
Adding the Teal 111 Scepter solidified a new level of Soul Authority that says ENOUGH of this dark BS. We’re coming back into Prime Reality – aka the Divine Matrix. The False Light Matrix is already collapsing and the pace is picking up as we STAND UP and say NO.
Then, I could feel it getting to a point where the intensity let me know the work was very deep. Sometimes when this kind of work gets this deep, interference shows up. Here I am pumping 3 super powerful Scepters into our container, feeling a peak coming on, and…
At the 17 minute mark, the (super loud) alarm goes off in the building where I’m staying! Â
OMG I had such a good laugh about it! I just thought to myself: ‘Do they really think I’m gonna stop the process I’m in right now?’ Silly little entities trying to hold onto us! 😉
I got even more present and ‘dug my heels’ even deeper. Laughing internally, I amplified all 3 Scepters and held my ground. The alarm stopped 3 minutes later and I found that amusing as well. I would have kept going for the entire duration of the top up and it’s always interesting to see that when you fully accept/don’t resist something, it shifts!Â
A little surge came in around 11:25 and I just stayed present with it. The last time I opened my eyes to check the time it was 11:33.
I am very much looking forward to our live call this Saturday. Big energies are moving right now and energetic structures that held us in a lower frequency are collapsing faster and faster. A DNA Deep Dive is such a beautiful theme for a day with Master Number 22!
One last thing I want to say to finish this summary, which isn’t really about the summary (lol) is this:Â
We are accelerating and will be more and more . It’s time to release from your field anything that represents the energy of ‘things I wish I would have done’. There ain’t no place for bs regrets at this point. It’s time to ‘give it up’ and ‘walk away’ from all the old boring stories we have worn as garments…  Any old papers and projects, things and objects you held onto, that don’t bring JOY to your life… need to be released NOW.
I heard an interview last year (don’t remember who exactly) and it made me laugh cause it’s like it was addressed to me directly. In a nutshell, it said: whatever karma and issues you want to work on you better hurry up cause they’re melting and will soon barely be available as a distant memory.Â
I offer the same advice to you now, but let’s go even deeper. Whatever you want to ‘work’ on, do it with lots of detachment and spiritual humour. The expression ‘thread lightly on the earth’, here becomes, ‘wear that story garment with great detachment’.Â

ENERGY TOP UP 1
As I sat down with our Living Container in my lap, I became aware very quickly that this would be a soft, maternal feel kind of top up.
At the 6 minute mark there was a definite shift in frequency, and I could feel it in all my body. Like a heaviness but that’s not accurate, more like feeling very embodied… Feeling like the Soul was deeply connected to the body level. 🙂
I started reciting the Eckasha mantra and felt a desire to open up the container and visually absorb the symbol for a couple of minutes. I then felt the rhythm of what I would be doing today (I get to find out in real time, I really aim to not think about what I’ll do that way I come into the top up fully receptive to whatever does want to happen vs what I think should).
The ‘loop’ I played with for the entire duration of the top up after that initial part involved having my right hand placed on the bottom of the container (under the Lotus of Life 12D symbol), and my right hand above the Eckasha symbol on top of our container.
I would inhale the Eckasha symbol into my left hand, up my left arm and into my Sacred Heart Space, then exhale from there, down my right arm, out of my right hand, through the bottom of the container.
This kept going and going and my breath became more and more circular (hard to notice the inhale and exhale when it gets like that) as the energy kept moving through the container.
My feeling is, as we approach the Lion’s Gate (technically it starts today and goes til about the 10th of August), there is a very important recalibration going on in terms of these 12 tribes we come from (the 12 points on the Kathara Grid correspond to 12 different races and the constellations where they are incarnated).
Sure we’re sticking to the 3-6-9 passage (Earth-Sirius-Andromeda), but we are part of this grid and as such have connections with these tribes. The movement I was doing felt like it was reminding the 12 tribes of the importance of respecting and recalibrating themselves to the Eternal Lotus of Life as the False Light Matrix continues collapsing.
At the 19 minute mark, while all this was going on, I also added a full Kathara Shield activation by reciting the mantra and visualizing the Eckasha symbol swirling in its key places when doing that activation (pineal gland, core of the earth, 1 foot under the feet, the heart space, and 3 feet above the head). Then I just visualized it all around our container, as I continued doing the breathing ‘swirl’ of left hand inhale Eckasha up into my heart, exhale it down my right arm and pass it through the bottom of the container with the 12D Lotus of Life.
Very nice, very smooth, very centering. May you receive all the benefits of the top up!

ENERGY TOP UP 2 – SHORT AND SWEET!
This was a very physical top up. There was no ‘mental content’ involved at all.
I went straight for a lymphatic drainage session and did magnet therapy on myself, with all of you in the Living Container with my Bolivian Salt Heart. I placed our container directly above my Core Star this time.
I felt the movement of the Living Liquid of our lymph enter a more fluid flow after about 6 minutes of having the magnets on all key areas (back of the knees, inside of the elbows, inner groin, under armpits, back sides of the skull, all these with the negative polarity side of magnets, and the big magnet directly over the thymus with the positive polarity).
There isn’t much I can say about it, other than how I feel. As I hone into my physical body and feel its Living Liquids, I’m aware that lymph flow is much more fluid than it was before.

ENERGY TOP UP 3
That was a very felt top up for me. One of those that I can’t lift my hands off the container even if I tried… 🙂
The first 7 minutes was all about activating the AzurA more and more. I kept reciting the mantra and feeling mine activate more and more. To someone that doesn’t understand this kind of stuff, it would be so easy to think ‘something must be wrong with my Thymus, I feel pressure there’. Meanwhile, it’s an awesome sign that we are awakening our eternal biology!
At the 8 minute mark a definite shift in energy was felt, and I intuitively grabbed the Aqua Green Cintamani stone and put it inside our Living Container. Woohoo! I always LOVE the feel of that stone. It has an exuberant energy, like a little kid that’s all giddy and wants to run around a field playing with butterflies! 🙂
I stayed super present with all the yummy flows. I’m aware I kept repeating ‘let it go, let it flow’ and inviting all of us to really let go of whatever we’re holding onto, allowing the frequencies in the container to flow these energies in what seemed like a spiral tornado-ish structure that formed inside the container.
At the 14 minute mark I asked Ascension Particles to come play with us. The 6th Dimensional ones and the Orion ones we’re clearly felt. It’s interesting to notice that the 2 Ascension Particles that are related to the upper Evolutionary Chakras are the ones showing up the most, which lets us know where we’re at in the Ascension process. They correspond to already being firmly grounded into 4D (more and more awareness of spirit and subtle energies, not just 3D body and worldly perspectives) and reaching up into 5D.
I’m very pleased by this! The particles were very silvery with golden hues. The golden ones are related to Orion, and the silvery ones of the 6th Dimensional Particles carry that frequency because they are coming in straight from Andromeda through Sirius B (which is 6D and stands directly above us in the Kathara grid).
I often catch myself sending a reminder into our container of ‘go BEYOND the grid’. It’s great to come back onto the proper grid, but it’s even better to fully individuate ‘off’ or ‘beyond’ or ‘below’ the grid. (words can do no justice to what I’m trying to say here!)
At the 25 minute mark I felt a deepening, and from there it became very quiet and still, and I went so deep that my eyes popped open all of a sudden and I had no awareness of how much time had gone by.
It was 11:33.

Woohoo!!! I was really looking forward to this deep connection time with you all, after moving around so much in the last week. I’m back in my lair (lol, I’m such a feline!) and happy to hermit, which to me just means really enjoying my time alone, being present to the energies surrounding us.
Today is the 8/8 (Lion’s Gate) and is considered by many as one of the most potent days of the year to really feel into your life and make decisions that will change its course.
People mention ideas like ‘timeline shifts’, but let’s make it even simpler: its a time to decide which line you want to walk on. There are many to choose from. Remember in our last workshop when I mentioned flow? Which one do you want to follow? The one from your ego or the one from your Soul? Think of these flows as lines you get to choose. 😉
ENERGY TOP UPS 4-5-6
I figured it would be 90 minutes but it ended up being exactly 2 hours, which unfolded as follows:
The first 15 minutes were very still, soft, yet really strong at the same time. My feet were glued to the ground and my hands to the top of our Living Container. It felt like waves coming into and through us.
The consistency and regularity of these waves is so solid that the ‘need to know’ if another wave will come completely disappears. I’ve felt that before in deep meditation and to me, it is the Golden Waves of the Eternal Reality. It never ends…
At the 15 minute mark I felt a shift in the energies and I started activating our AzurA more and more. Very calmly, I recited the mantra 3 times, then stayed present feeling it open up more. I then did that again twice more, and kept going deeper into the AzurA.
At the 30 minute mark I knew the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone was coming in and we were switching gears. I put it in our container and let its yummy frequency spread out and surround us all in the container.
My intention was simple and clear: to deepen our Soul embodiment, and remember our Royal origins as children of God.
Something interesting to mention is that once I put the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone in the container, my hands switched from being on top of it to hugging the sides of the container. After 18 minutes, my hands repositioned themselves back on to the top.
At exactly 1 hour into the top up a big surge of energy happened and I looked at the time and saw it was exactly noon. How cool is that? It was time to put the Aqua Green Cintamani stone in.
Holy bubbly! I don’t know how else to describe what that stone does. I could feel all our liquids getting ‘giddy’ from it, after such a deep centering into our eternal non moving being during the first hour of the top up.
At 12:15 I saw the Bolivian Salt Heart and knew it wanted to come in and absorb some of the energies that were getting moved around and processed out of us. As I mentioned, this is a big day energetically to set intentions and make big decisions.
With the Bolivian Salt Heart inside the container, I took all our name tags out and placed them in my left hand. One by one I held you in my right hand, blessing you and your journey back to your True Home.
I asked for an even deeper activation of your 3-6-9 safe passage back to 12, and with your name in my palm, I used my thumb to trace the path on your Kathara Grid as I stated out loud ‘3-6-9-12’. For each number, I had my thumb over that part of the Kathara Grid, following the movement up to 12D.
Individual blessings ended at 12:39, and I decided to do the Kathara Shield process with the Eckasha symbol, following the usual sequence (pineal, earth core, 1 foot under feet, center of chest, and 3 feet above head) and reciting the mantra 3x for each position.
I visualized the Eckasha around our container and around each of you in the container. This process ended at 12:48.
I decided to keep on going and just stayed very present and continued feeling the energy pouring into my pillar, down my arms and into the container. It was like a nice long hug that feels like it lasts forever. 🙂
The last 2 minutes before arriving at the 1pm mark I just took a moment to send the intention of integration into our container. It felt very complete.

Well… I’m rarely at a loss of words – as you know by now! – but this top up was very still.
I’m aware of a big eclipse tomorrow that, with the momentum of the Lion’s Gate of the 8th, is very much in a frequency of shedding what we were, what we held onto, what was heavy (and comforting until it wasn’t), what serves no purpose anymore (other than staying in ego games)… I have a feeling there’s some big energetic moves coming, and all I know is our best route of action is to deepen our inner reality, our relationship to what is within.
That said, here is the summary of todays’ top up
ENERGY TOP UP 7
The top up started with my mind receiving, over and over again, the following sentence: ‘time to SHED, time to SHED, time to SHED’…
I knew then and there the Bolivian Salt Heart would be hanging out with us in our Living Container.
This is not just a carved piece of salt… This salt is from the Uyuni Desert, a very special place of indescribable beauty – especially when the rainy season creates a mirror effect that makes it almost impossible to tell where the earth ends and the sky begins. I’ve rarely been somewhere so expansive (180 square kms of pure salt), where anything in you that does not serve life seems to just get sucked out of you (which is what salt does!).
In the Bolivian Salt Heart went, and right away I started feeling energies being pulled from the chest. I honed in deeper and intuited the ‘level’ this was happening on, which was the emotional heart. This is the level of the heart where we hold onto wounds, that creates a dense barrier to fully entering the spiritual heart (ie Sacred Heart Space).
So much of what we have held onto now needs to be released… Expressions like ‘let go and let God’, ‘forgive and forget’ are there to remind us that we should always be aiming for that, but now it ain’t no joke! We cannot bring these clunky, dense energies into 5D.
I remember Bashar once talking about this, and I liked the way he explained it: to ascend/expand into 5D awareness is like going through the eye of a needle. You can’t bring anything heavy and dense with you through it!
There is a choice to make that no one can force upon anyone. You either hold onto your ‘stuff’ and stay safe in your old ways, or you let go and flow with the temporary fear of ‘what happens next’ and temporary grief of parting ways with what things you held dear.
So… emotional heart… old wounds and old ways of protecting them… it’s time to shed!!!
At the 5 minute mark, the Adamantine Particles came in full force! I see their effect in our Heart as Golden Waves that emanate from the Sacred Heart Space and flow through the body. These waves just kept coming and coming, and I kept saying ‘thank you’ to all of us waking up and doing this deep work.
I wondered if the Crystalline ones would come too (the Terrestrial ones are related to Atlantean times and do big work on our Pineal and Pituitary glands) but it stayed very focused on the Adamantine ones. What a great idea to redo Module 3 of Ascension Particles to deepen the work done today! (it’s all about these particles and the Golden White Waves).
I can’t repeat this enough… IT’S TIME TO SHED! Make it a (fun) priority in your life right now to declutter and declutter and declutter… simplify, reduce, let go of old journals, find old artistic projects from your past and gaze at your creations…
It’s a beautiful energy traversing our field right now, and why not have fun with it, playing the game of ‘let go and let God’ with as many things as you can! Remember that letting things go creates room for expansion. That expansion isn’t about more things, its about more Presence and Soul Embodiment!
At the 18 minute mark, I brought my attention to our Lymphatic Liquid and it’s flow. The Thymus is the master gland of your lymphatic system (and your immune system) and it is going through some major upgrades as it’s the main gland is involved in our biological transition from 3D carbon-based bodies to half carbon-half silica as we start embodying more of our Soul and stabilize into our new ‘base’ in 5D frequencies.
I just stayed present. The sentence ‘time to shed’ kept coming in, and I kept saying ‘thank you’ every time I felt another strong Golden Wave flow through the container.
I finished a bit past the 30 minute mark. Honestly I could have stayed like that for another hour… or more! I really enjoyed doing that longer top up last Saturday! 🙂
I highly recommend revisiting Module 3 of Ascension Particles and redoing that yummy meditation with the Adamantine Particles! I’m almost done recreating our Member Area and you should all have access to your programs now so accessing it should’nt be an issue.
That is a great example of what I mean by shedding the past… I’ve had issues with the plugin I was using for the Member Area for many years, and I would just manually do things so it at least somewhat worked. That shit is over. I’m DONE doing things like that! I shopped and explored many plugins and finally found the one that felt aligned with me. Of course I have a learning curve but now it’s one of building, not micromanaging issues!
There is a beautiful sun out today here in Montreal, and I’ve decided that we are sun bathing for a little while today, and the Bolivian Salt heart will stay in the Living Container until (and maybe during, don’t know yet) the next top up on Thursday. Know it is with you in the container and will absorb anything you release as the Eclipse energy comes in stronger and stronger. 🙂
ENERGY TOP UP 8Â
It’s always interesting for me when the work is beyond linguistics. I honestly did not have a single thought or inspiration translate into a thought (discourse) in my mind. It was SUPER EMBODIED and although I would check in once in a while and ask if there was more to do, what was being done was more than enough.
Hard to describe these top ups when they’re like that because there’s no content. It’s all frequency and it’s devoid of words and even of any kind of distinction between feelings and frequencies…Â That said, let me try! lol
As soon as I locked into the container with my hands, there was nothing else to do than BE. Just BE and not ‘go’ somewhere. Just BE in, just BE the frequency. It was very strong and steady. I didn’t feel the frequency waver a single time. Is this what it’s like as these big waves continue coming in to finalize our exit process out of 10D bullshit? Â
I don’t know… but I like it! 🙂Â
The Bolivian Salt Heart was still inside the container and that’s the only instruction I got (other than ‘just BE the frequency’), to leave it in there for the full duration of the top up. Â
If there was an awareness, it was that this frequency could ‘push out’ little pockets of energies and attachments that had been shaken loose by the Lion’s Gate and yesterday’s Eclipse, but not fully released.Â
I was aware of being deep in the Sacred Heart Space and could feel the strength of the connection I’ve developed to my Core Star over the course of the last decade. Honestly, at a certain point, we start embodying so much Light that content completely recedes.Â
That idea might sound scary, but only to the ego who IS story. Letting go of stories is letting of ego, and our ego ain’t no moron. It knows where that leads, ie way beyond it!
I can honestly say, at this point, that trying to remember big events of my life is like trying to remember a movie I saw a long time ago. I remember how absorbed I was in the movie at that time, but now I’m more the spectator witnessing the ‘movie of Julie’ and finding it amusing in a very loving way.Â
Hard to describe how f’n awesome that is! I’ve even had moments where the ‘Julie character’ stopped the script for a second and looked out of the movie screen at the ‘real Julie’ sitting in the movie theater gazing back at her! Talk about trippy!!! 🙂
The top up ended at the 33 minute mark, when I opened my eyes and felt it was done. I took the Bolivian Salt Heart out and you are now sunbathing in our container with the top lid off for the next couple of hours 🙂

​Woohoo! Always soooo enjoyable to come back from a festival, fully expanded and nurtured by seeing good friends and soul brothers and sisters after so many years away from them!
The best part of doing things that replenish and nourish us? Everyone connected to our field also receives the benefits, and you who are in this container with me are directly connected to my intentional field. In a way, we’re like a big Soul family! 🙂
As soon as I sat down to start the top up I could feel it was gonna be a very interesting one. I felt inclined to grab the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone and thought it would be going in pretty quickly, but it transpired a bit differently than I thought it would (which is always fun and refreshing to be reminded there is higher guidance available at all times than the guidance in the mind!!!). 😉
As usual, my hands locked onto the container at the top of the hour. Right way it felt like big swirls of energy playing around in our upper body, more specifically the upper chest area where the Thymus is (and the subtle energetic structure housed there, given various names by spiritual traditions: AzurA – Freedom teachings / Soul Seat – Barbara Ann Brennan / Philosopher Stone – Mystical Alchemy).
It was ‘contentless’. No info, just lots of swirling motion, similar to a little wind tornado. We are definitely on the verge of a big upgrade and it’s becoming more and more palpable (maybe that’s not a word in english lol, basically means ‘can touch it and feel it’). Makes me so giddy just thinking about it!
I’ve fully devoted myself to our collective Ascension process for almost 30 years now. It was a LOT slower back then and we had to work through some major ‘sludge’. I’ve heard the expression that my generation of Lightworkers were the ‘Karmic Clean Up Crew’.
I’m very happy to declare that state’ as being ‘over and done’. Yay!
I don’t know if you can feel it but there’s a major turning point that’s been reached, and certain things that might have taken multiple decades are now being infused into our collective field as more and more humans ‘step up and into’ The Great Work as they ‘step down and out of’ their little mind and all the bla bla it thinks it needs to be safe.
My God, this is so exciting!!! Ok Julie. Calm down and write the summary, already! 😉
At 11 it started with major swirls around the AzurA area. I could clearly feel there would be no mantras today or activations of symbols. The Sacred Heart Space was so vast and open and inviting us all to come back to it, to come back to our true dwelling space, our spiritual home while playing in make believe bodies…
I stayed super centered and swirled around, amplifying the work by leaning into it and holding you all in the Living Container as I went deeper and deeper.
At the 11:11 mark, a big surge happened that made me open my eyes and check the time. Funny little winks from the Universe, these numerical sequences that show up when I’m doing this work! I started seeing in my Mind’s eye the numbers 555 and saw the golden glow of the 555 Scepter.
For the next 11 minutes, the Golden 555 Scepter was beaming from the center of our container, filling up all the space in there. The shiny, almost blinding light of the White 999 Scepter came in as well after about 5 minutes, to amplify the work even more.
Then another surge happened, and before opening my eyes to check the time I was pretty sure it was 11:22… It was, and now it was time to bring the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone in. I’m always intrigued when I work with this one because everything slows down and gets ‘heavy’ (in very good way) so quickly.
Well, it sure was like that. Within less than 1 minute of putting it in, the swirly stuff happening in the upper part of the body calmed down and deep grounding came in. Talk about feeling like a tree… It activated my Core Star so much that its’ still buzzing and to be honest, it probably will be for the rest of the day! (or maybe this will just be its new state, oh my!!!)
The powerful vibration of that stone is all about ‘grounding back into our Royal origins’ – ie, our Divinity. It’s always surprising to me how embodied I feel with that stone! My feeling is that it really pulls the Soul into the body by quieting the noise inside it.
Our spiritual bodies tend to ‘float’ as there is often so much density and unresolved energetic stuckness in our 3d bodies that it’s hard for our much more expansive bodies to ‘fit’ into all that tightness… I love how Richard Rudd talks about wounds being like ‘wound up energy’. It’s tight, knotted, hard to flow lightness and joy into…
In that perpective, what is healing, really, other than relaxing into the human experience and unwinding all the tightness of taking everything so f’n seriously!!!
Anyways, I digress… lol
At the 11:33 mark another surge happened and I just grounded even deeper as the work continued. The Scepters were not in my field of awareness anymore, and I just stayed very present with the deep grounding of our Soul into our physical bodies that was taking place.
The message that kept coming in, to share with you all is ‘the more you give up and let go, the more you lighten up, and the deeper I can anchor into you and bring you up’.
There’s nothing to battle, there’s nothing to face. Look into and through whatever you ‘think’ is in the way of your freedom and flow and be willing to embrace it AS the way into it by going right ‘through it’ (ie seeing it for what it is, illusions and stall tactics the ego puts in place to keep you focused on the ‘outside’!)
In that light, I just kept going with the top up, through 2 more surges which by now I understood were every 11 minutes. Can’t tell you there was actual content other than ’embody this!’ and I just kept going deeper and deeper into myself.
I wonder if you noticed the surge at the 11 minute mark, then again at the 22 mark, then the 33, 44, and lastly 55 mark?
I soul enjoy doing these top up s and getting to write summaries and weave into them little tidbits of wisdom from my many adventures here that are slowly but surely coming to an end.
I’m definitely moving our DNA DEEP DIVE call to THIS UPCOMING SATURDAY. We will be harnessing the energetic frequency of the Master Number 22, aka the ‘Master Builder’ frequency. Remember my core teaching to you about the DNA: it’s corrupted as it is, and keeps you in a very closed loop system of small fear-based thoughts based on survival programs and the emotions these generate.
I’ll tell you all about how the Mystical Alchemy tradition I apprenticed under sees this situation, and what it actually means to build the 3rd strand, ie the ‘Spiritual Strand’, and re-connect to the vaster grid we are on (and what happens once we do!)

ENERGY TOP UP 11
What a funny top up that ended up being! I was honing into the container, feeling there would be something big happening in there today. I didn’t know what but I knew something was up.Â
I thought maybe it would be an extra strong magnet therapy session now that I have my Neodynium magnets (basically they are 4x stronger than normal iron ones), but I’m smart enough at this point in my life to know that I don’t know…Â lol!!!
As I sat with our Living Container in my lap, it started off softly yet with electricity coursing through me, letting me know that softness was only to start…
At the 7 minute mark the first surge happened. From that point on, my hands were locked on the container, and my feet so grounded it feels like I could not lift them from the ground even if I tried.Â
Everything got very very still and the ‘heaviness’ of deep Soul embodiment confirmed to me I was definitely in the ‘zone’, ready for whatever was coming. I kept deepening my embodiment and patiently waited for instructions.
I could feel the 11 minute mark coming (a surge getting ready) and the visual came in for 3 Scepters, 2 of which I very very rarely use other than in 1-1 work in the Soul Landscape when ‘the big guns’ need to come out.
I knew it had to do with a MAJOR decluttering/clearing of energies that are not ours. Energies that linger and feed on our Light and weaponize our compassion and empathy. A very clear communication from my part to such energies was made:Â
CONSENT is NOT GIVEN and our participation to the False Light Matrix ENDS NOW
At first, this translated to the Shiny Black 666 Scepter (extraction of negative energies, neutralisation of dark forces and their magic/spells) on top of the Multicolored 888 Scepter (multidimensional in nature, can send almost any energy back to where it came from), their joint light beaming into our container.Â
Then the 11:11 surge happened and the Teal/Light Blue 111 Scepter (deep Body-Mind-Soul integration, key to our Authority) positioned itself under the other 2 Scepters.Â
What a trip to witness and feel what was happening!Â
It’s like all these little energies still on us were squirming from the Shiny Black 666 Scepter, and the Multicolored 888 one was sucking them right outta the container and back into their proper dimensional frequencies.Â
Adding the Teal 111 Scepter solidified a new level of Soul Authority that says ENOUGH of this dark BS. We’re coming back into Prime Reality – aka the Divine Matrix. The False Light Matrix is already collapsing and the pace is picking up as we STAND UP and say NO.
Then, I could feel it getting to a point where the intensity let me know the work was very deep. Sometimes when this kind of work gets this deep, interference shows up. Here I am pumping 3 super powerful Scepters into our container, feeling a peak coming on, and…
At the 17 minute mark, the (super loud) alarm goes off in the building where I’m staying! Â
OMG I had such a good laugh about it! I just thought to myself: ‘Do they really think I’m gonna stop the process I’m in right now?’ Silly little entities trying to hold onto us! 😉
I got even more present and ‘dug my heels’ even deeper. Laughing internally, I amplified all 3 Scepters and held my ground. The alarm stopped 3 minutes later and I found that amusing as well. I would have kept going for the entire duration of the top up and it’s always interesting to see that when you fully accept/don’t resist something, it shifts!Â
A little surge came in around 11:25 and I just stayed present with it. The last time I opened my eyes to check the time it was 11:33.
I am very much looking forward to our live call this Saturday. Big energies are moving right now and energetic structures that held us in a lower frequency are collapsing faster and faster. A DNA Deep Dive is such a beautiful theme for a day with Master Number 22!
One last thing I want to say to finish this summary, which isn’t really about the summary (lol) is this:Â

It’s time to release from your field anything that represents the energy of ‘things I wish I would have done’. There ain’t no place for bs regrets at this point. It’s time to ‘give it up’ and ‘walk away’ from all the old boring stories we have worn as garments…  Any old papers and projects, things and objects you held onto, that don’t bring JOY to your life… need to be released NOW.
I heard an interview last year (don’t remember who exactly) and it made me laugh cause it’s like it was addressed to me directly. In a nutshell, it said: whatever karma and issues you want to work on you better hurry up cause they’re melting and will soon barely be available as a distant memory.Â
I offer the same advice to you now, but let’s go even deeper. Whatever you want to ‘work’ on, do it with lots of detachment and spiritual humour. The expression ‘thread lightly on the earth’, here becomes, ‘wear that story garment with great detachment’.Â
