I wanted us to get a little Aqua Green Cintamani stone boost in our Living Container, since her frequency is so similar to playing with these yummy quantum energies that fizzle and sparkle and a bunch of other funky things. And so, I held the container for the first 4 minutes, with the Cintamani stone beside me.
At the 4 minute mark I put the Aqua Green Cintamani stone inside our container, put its lid back on to seal it, and placed my hands above it. A solid 4 minutes of deep feeling ensued.
At the 9 minute mark I started doing the Plasma Body Activation process, following each of the steps and taking my time.
At the 25 minute mark I had completed the going up into EFFI Home Star with the Plasma Body to expand our Heart of EFFIMA and then bring it back into the physical body to feel that heart in both your physical and plasmic bodies. It was time to start the last part of the activation: ‘Cracking the Shell of Contention’.
From the 25 minute mark until the 30 minute mark: process to bring the Rainbow spark sent from the Heart of EFFIMA up into the little quantum unit in the AzurA, and from there down into the etheric tailbone duct of the Plasma Body.
At the 30 minute mark the ‘Rainbow Shroud’ (of the Rainbow Spark we sent down) was coating the tailbone. I patiently waited for the key moment where it hits it ‘critical mass quantum point’: the key moment in the process when the Rainbow Shroud, now at its ‘still point’, emits a ‘resonant infrasound burst’.
That ‘sound’ (more a frequency than an audible soundwave) temporarily desolidifies the hard shell of the black seed (seed of contention).
Once inside the seed, I watched the quantum of the Rainbow Shroud intensify until it sent a starburst that cracks the shell of the seed, which fly off in little fragments and are vaporized instantaneously. This part ended at the 34 minute mark.
NOTE: The more you get good at this the more you’ll be able to time it perfectly and do a strong inhale to ‘suck the rainbow energy’ right into the core of the seed. I’ve noticed when I time it perfectly that this happens very quickly. I patiently wait for the Rainbow Shroud around the seed in the tailbone to flicker faster and faster and reach its critical quantum point, and I can time the inhaling the Rainbow Shroud into the seed, and holding my breath at the top of the inhale as the charge builds, and then forcefully exhale the ‘starburst’ from it that cracks the shell of the seed. Other times I need to do it slower, let the charge build up again inside the seed before doing a forceful exhale to crack its shell.
From the 34 minute mark it was deep very stillness and I could feel the need to go super deep into it. I stayed still, feeling and amplifying both:
1-the waves of the mini EFFI Home Star (the ‘EFFI spark’) in the tailbone duct, emanating a broadcast of ‘Rainbow Plasm Vapor Light’ into our bodies (physical and plasmic),
2-the waves of the ‘Pale Intra Violet Vapor of Transfiguration’ emanating a cyclical broadcast (that starts up once 1 above is happening) from inside the little Quantum Unit in the AzurA, to dissolve the shell of contention covering the atoms of the Plasma Body Structure.
At the 47 minute mark it felt complete and I took out the Cintamani stone.
Familiarize yourself with the full sequence of steps (posted below this comment). All the Plasma Body Activation work we’re going to do in this trimester all involves these kinds of instructions… The learning curve is now though, cause once you familiarize yourself with the terms and the way we work with quantum energy, you’ll have a good base to work from.
So, same process on Thursday for 45 minutes, and then on Saturday you try it all on your own, either only from memory, or using Saturday’s call to which you add the very minimal amount of steps I did not mention during the call (to avoid the ‘too much info’ effect).
Here is the full sequence with all the steps for the Plasma Body activation process we did on the call. You will notice a couple of little things that are additions to what we did. I did not want to add too much instructions as we did it together for the first time on Saturday.
Now that you’ve done it once, let’s bring in all the steps and enjoy practicing this sequence on your own AND during the top ups. I’ll be doing all the steps in sequence, exactly as presented below.
A little trick if you notice a little ‘overwhelm’ wanting to come out because there are many steps: Take your time reading the document, and re-write the steps and play around with each of them, just for fun. The cure to overwhelm is simple: 1 step at a time! 🙂

KDDL-3 TECHNIQUE 1 : HEART OF EFFI FIRE & ICE QUANTUM AMPLIFICATION
START BY TAKING A DEEP INHALE, HOLD AT TOP OF THE BREATH, FEEL ANY TENSION WITHIN YOU, AND EXHALE IT OUT SLOWLY AND GENTLY. (I LIKE TO DO THIS SEQUENCE TO CALM MY WHOLE SYSTEM DOWN AND READY MYSELF FOR A PROCESS: 2 SECOND INHALE, 4 SECOND HOLD, AND 8 SECOND EXHALE. VERY POWERFUL AND USE WHENEVER YOU NEED IT! 😊
Step 1 – Visualize a bright Star (Core Star, Heart of God, Heart of Source… she calls it the EFFI HOME STAR (EFFI: Eternal First Field Intelligence) several feet out in front of you, as if it is ‘up in the sky’ in front of you. Breathe the LIGHT OF THE HOME STAR toward you and feel its gentle warmth cascading over your physical body.
Use the mental affirmation command : I see the Home Light of EFFI Now as you breathe the Light of the Home Star toward you.
Step 2 – Continue breathing the LIGHT OF EFFI/HOME STAR toward you and sense that it begins to SINK THROUGH YOUR SKIN and INTO YOUR PLASMA BODY (TRU-A BODY) within your physical body.
Notice, as the Home Light of EFFI begins to enter your Plasma body that a PALE WHITE VORTEX BEGINS TO EMANATE FROM THE HOME STAR, its singular tip stationed within the Home Star center-point and its vortex extending downwards toward your body UNTIL THE ‘WIDE END’ SURROUNDS YOUR PHYSICAL BODY
As if looking upward from within the base of this vortex, observe the Home Light of EFFI at the vortex tip growing brighter and intensifying.
Use the mental affirmation command: I am embraced by the Home Light of EFFI Now as you continue to gently breathe the Home Light of EFFI toward you and into your Plasma Body.
Step 3 – As you rest within the base of the Home Star Vortex, begin BREATHING A CURRENT OF PALE AQUA ETHER-VAPOR LIGHT FROM THE CENTER POINT OF EFFI HOME START DIRECTLY ABOVE YOU DIRECTLY INTO YOUR AZURA.
Notice, as the Pale Aqua Ether-Vapor Light fills your AzurA that a SMALL CONCENTRATED QUANTUM UNIT BEGINS TO FORM, PULSE, EXPAND AND ‘POP’ AS ITS QUANTUM CHARGE AMPLIFIES THROUGH the Home Light of EFFI INFUSION
As you sense/imagine this QUANTUM-FILL POP POINT in the AZURA, EXPAND YOUR BREATHING of the Pale Aqua Ether-Vapor Current from the EFFI Home Star above you, DRAWING THE PALE AQUA CURRENT INTO YOUR ENTIRE PHYSICAL AND PLASMA BODIES, filling both these bodies with the Pale Aqua Home Light of EFFI current.
Use the mental affirmation command : The Home Light of EFFI fully fills me Now.. I am full-filled in the Home Light of EFFI as you continue to gently breathe the Pale Aqua Current of the Home Light of EFFI toward you and into and through your physical and Plasma Bodies
Step 4 – Keeping awareness of the Pale White Vortex connecting you to the EFFI Home Star, CONTINUE BREATHING IN THE PALE AQUA ETHER-VAPOR LIGHT FROM THE CENTER POINT OF THE EFFI HOME STAR ABOVE YOU.
As you breathe, begin to notice that within your physical body, your Plasma Body seems to be growing lighter and lighter in weight and substance. USE EACH INHALE BREATH TO BRING IN MORE AQUA CURRENT, THEN BEGIN USING YOUR EXHALE BREATHS TO GENTLY PUSH YOUR PLASMA BODY UPWARDS AND IN THE PALE LIGHT VORTEX OF THE HOME START EFFI.
Breathe gently as you float your Plasma Body upward with the exhales until it passes through the vortex tip and directly into the EFFI Home Star.
Use the mental affirmation command: I am ONE with the Home Light of EFFI Now and continue breathing gently.
Step 5 – With your focus of attention centered on your Plasma Body within the EFFI Home Star, breathe gently and START NOTICING THAT YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY A PEARLESCENT WHITE LIGHT WITH AQUA SPARKLES FLICKERING THROUGH IT.
From this eternal place of great peace, wisdom and power within the Heart of the EFFI Home Star, CALL UPON THE FREQUENCIES OF THE PINK FIRE AND THE BLUE ICE TO ACTIVATE, QUANTUM AMPLIFY AND EXPAND YOUR HEART OF EFFIMA POINT WITHIN YOUR PLASMA AND PHYSICAL BODIES. (The Heart of EFFIMA point is very similar to your Core Star but it’s a bit higher, right under the base of the sternum, between the plexus and heart chakras of the auric body)
Use the mental affirmation command: I am filled with the HOME FIRES of EFFI Now and continue breathing gently.
Step 6 – Once you’ve given the mental command to the home fires of EFFI, start noticing A CURRENT OF BLUE ICE FREQUENCY EMERGES AND BEGINS TO STREAM DOWN from the center point of the EFFI Star into your Plasma Body THROUGH THE CROWN CHAKRA AND MOVES FURTHER DOWNWARD INTO YOUR HEART OF EFFIMA POINT, filling it up with the Blue Ice Quantum. Sense the pleasantly cool sensation of the Blue Ice filling your Heart of EFFIMA point.
Notice now that A CURRENT OF PINK FIRE FREQUENCY starts to stream from the center point of the EFFI Home star, ENTERING AND MOVING UPWARD INTO YOUR PLASMA BODY VIA THE ROOT CHAKRA then moves further upward to JOIN THE BLUE ICE CURRENT in the HEART of EFFIMA POINT.
Sense the gently warm presence of the Pink Fire Current as it mixes in with the cool Blue Ice Current, and continue breathing gently.
Step 7 – Focus your attention on your Plasma Body’s Heart of EFFIMA point within the center point of EFFI Home Star and notice that as the Blue Ice and Pink Fire interface, THEY PROGRESSIVELY TRANSFIGURE INTO A PALE INTRA VIOLET SINGING VAPOR WAVE.
Breathe gently as your Heart of EFFIMA fills with Intra Violet Vapor Wave Quantum, and notice that as this quantum increases, your Heart of EFFIMA point POPS TO BECOME A SPHERE OF EFFI HOME STAR LIGHT FILLED WITH VIOLET VAPOR QUANTUM and CONTAINING A MINUTE RAINBOW CRYSTAL AT ITS CORE (HELIOCRELIC, PASTEL SHINY TRANSLUCENT COLORS).
At first, your Heart of EFFIMA will have a sphere around it, about the size of a tennis ball.
Step 8 – Sense the presence of your HEART OF EFFIMA SPHERE, noticing that it’s the size of tennis ball centered in your central line at the center point between your Plexus and Heart Chakra.
Inhale deeply into your EFFIMA Heart, drawing in more Pale Aqua Ether Vapor Light from the EFFI Home Start around you into your EFFIMA heart and then MERGE the Aqua Light with the Pale Violet Vapor. HOLD AT THE TOP OF THE INHALE TO INCREASE THE CURRENT FLOW OF QUANTUM (QUANTUM THRUST), THEN USING THE EXHALE BREATH TO EXPAND THE HEART OF EFFIMA OUTWARD, PUSHING FROM THE INSIDE AND BLOWING IT UP TO THE SIZE OF A SMALL MELON/CANTAPOLE.
Sense the presence of your expanded Heart of EFFIMA in your Plasma Body as if it is expanding your rib cage and your lungs
Step 9 – Once you can sense the EXPANSION of your EFFIMA Heart within the EFFI Home Star, return your attention to the pale white vortex that your plasma body traveled up through to enter the center point/tip point of the vortex of the EFFI Home Star.
Sense that you are currently positioned at the top side tip of the vortex at the center of the EFFI Home Star and will now being your Plasma Body descent back down through the Pale White Vortex into your physical body.
Inhale gently into your Heart of EFFIMA, hold at the top of the inhale to build Quantum Thrust and in one firm exhale breath push your Plasma Body firmly but gently downward through the pale white vortex back into your physical body.
Align your EFFIMA Heart of your Plasma Body with your EFFIMA Heart of your physical body.
READY NOW TO GO INTO TECHNIQUE 2…
KDDL-3 TECHNIQUE 2 : CRACKING THE SHELL OF CONTENTION (Video 2 : 23:10 in, 0:19 end)
Step 1 – Following Technique 1, once your plasma body has descended back into your physical body, sense the presence of your now activated and expanded Heart of EFFIMA EFFI Home Star Sphere in both your Plasma and Physical body EFFIMA Heart Points. Breathe gently, feeling the presence of your expanded EFFIMA Heart as a space of expanded opening the size of a cantaloupe, feeling the expansion in your rib cage and lungs.
Step 2 – Recall to mind the minute Rainbow Crystal that formed in your EFFIMA Heart and move your focus of attention to your Rainbow Cristal now. Notice that your EFFIMA Heart is currently filled with the Pale Intra Violet Singing Vapor Wave Quantum from the convergence of the Ice Blue and Pink Fire Frequencies activated in Technique 1
Step 3 – Inhale gently from the inside of the Rainbow Cristal, using the inhale breath to draw in a Pale Violet Vapor Light from your EFFIMA Heart into the center of the Rainbow Crystal. HOLD BREATH.
Step 4 – Exhale slowly and gently using the exhale breath to release the Pale Violet Vapor Light Quantum into the Rainbow Crystal AND the Rainbow Crystal expands outwards the White Pearlescent Light into the EFFIMA Sphere.
Step 5 –Take several gentle inhales, hold, exhale breaths, to continue drawing the Pale Violet Vapor into the Rainbow Crystal (inhale) and expand the White Pearlescent Light from the Rainbow Crystal into the EFFIMA Heart Sphere (exhale).
Continue this gentle breathing until you sense/observe that the Rainbow Crystal is glowing Pale Violet and the EFFIMA Heart Sphere is filled with the Pearlescent White Light and no longer carries a violet hue. THIS IS CALLED THE ‘TRANSFER POINT OF QUANTUM CONTENT’.
Step 6 – When you observe that the transfer point is complete, gently but firmly inhale a spark of Pale Violet Vapor Quantum upward from the Rainbow Crystal into the little quantum unit in the AzurA (Thymus) and HOLD AT TOP OF INHALE
Step 7 – Gently but firmly EXHALE THE PALE VIOLET VAPOR SPARK into the little quantum unit in the AZURA and HOLD BRIEFLY at the bottom of the exhale to ENGAGE A VACUUM DRAW WITHIN THE AZURA. Inhale deeply into the AZURA
Step 8 – Continue breathing gently through the AZURA and observe/sense that as the vacuum draw occurred within the AZURA, the Rainbow Crystal at the center of the EFFIMA Heart had rapidly contracted then expanded and released a Plasma Vapor Rainbow Spark upward into the unit in the AZURA.
Observe as the Rainbow Spark sent from your Heart of EFFIMA enters into the little quantum unit in your AZURA and begins to PULSE, RAPIDLY CONTRACT AND EXPAND, AND START TO FIZZ IN IT.
Step 9 – When you observe the RAINBOW SPARK FIZZ POINT in the AZURA, inhale deeply into the Rainbow Spark to GRAB HOLD OF IT, hold at top of the inhale to build Quantum Thrust and then EXHALE FIRMLY downward using the exhale breath TO PUSH THE FIZZING RAINBOW SPARK INSIDE THE QUANTUM UNIT IN YOUR AZURA, down the central line/vertical column and into the Seed of Contention in the tailbone duct of the Plasma Body
Step 10 – Breathe normally, observe as the Rainbow Spark intercepts with the thick black crusty outer layer of the seed of contention, upon interception with the outer crust, the Rainbow Spark quickly expands, pops and forms a pulsing Rainbow shroud completely covering the surface of the seed of contention in the tailbone.
Sense the pulsing in the tailbone duct of the Rainbow Shroud, both in the Plasma Body and the Physical Body.
Step 11 – Continue breathing normally with your focus of attention on observing the Rainbow Shrouded Seed of Contention in your tailbone duct. After a few moments of pulsing, the Rainbow Shroud stops pulsing and grows completely still, reaching its critical mass quantum still point.
At the still point the Rainbow Shroud emits a deep resonant infrasound burst into the seed of contention which momentarily de-densifies the crusty shell of the seed of contention. As this happens the Rainbow Shroud rapidly contracts and pulls itself into the core of the Seed of Contention. At this point the seed of contention shell re-densifies around it.
Notice, while observing the seed of contention, when the Rainbow Shroud still point occurs (outside the crusty shell) and its infrasound burst emits, attempt to synchronize an inhale breath with the point of the Rainbow Shroud contracting into the core of the Seed of Contention. (IF YOU CAN)
Step 12 – When you sense contraction into the seed, INHALE FIRMLY into the Seed of Contention Core, HOLD
Step 13 – AT TOP OF INHALE HOLD TO BUILD QUANTUM THRUST, feel the Rainbow Shroud buzzing within the core of the Seed of Contention as it gets ready to STARBURST OUTWARD FROM WITHIN THE SEED. EXHALE FIRMLY from within the seed, using EXHALE TO ADD QUANTUM THRUST AND MOMENTUM to burst out of the Seed of Contention and CRACK THE SHELL around it.
Step 14 – The crusty shell rapidly CRACKS INTO MANY PIECES from the Starburst of the Rainbow Shroud. Breathe gently through the tailbone duct as the shell progressively cracks and explode off in pieces that vaporize as they fly off.
Step 15 – Breathe normally and observe the area in the tailbone duct is now GLOWING with PALE BLUE WHITE LIGHT and now there is a minute EFFI HOME STAR SPARK in its place.
Step 16 – The EFFI spark in the tail bone duct starts to gently and slowly pulse, with each expanding and contracting pulse, releasing a gentle broadcast burst of Rainbow Plasm Vapor Light into the Plasma and Physical Bodies. Feel the gentle comforting pulse of the EFFI Spark and feel the gentle rippling of waves coursing through your bodies.
Step 17 – As the EFFI Home Spark releases its Rainbow broadcast waves from the tailbone, the little quantum unit in the AZURA starts transmitting its cyclic broadcasts of Pale Intra Violet Vapor Waves of Transfiguration into the Shell of Contention that surrounds all the atoms within the Plasma Body Structure.
Well… that was a very embodied experience! The only reason I have any conception of time to write about is because I would open my eyes to read the next step… That said here is what I can remember:
ENERGY TOP UP 2
I held the container with my hands over it, locked in energetically, for a good 8 minutes before starting to do any active work.
Our container is soooo yummy! OMG! I don’t know if there are more of you honing in energetically during the top ups or if the recent upgrades I’ve done to it are upping the bar – or both 😉 – but ‘yummy’ is going to be my word for it!
I started the steps at the 8 minute mark, and stayed a good 4 minutes just breathing the light of our ‘EFFI Home Star’ (aka the Core Star we emanate and extend from, as an Individuated God Essence).
What else can I say? I saw the time at 12:12, then 12:16, then 12:36. So… That 20 minute section went so (soul) deep that I don’t have a lucid thing to write about it. It was so embodied, so (soul) felt, so strong… beyond (or below?) the level of words (mind).
From 12:36 to 12:41 I stayed super focused on feeling the emanations of the 2 locations sending out broadcasts into the Plasma Body and all its atoms (tailbone and quantum unit in AzurA).
From 12:41 to 12:44 I invited Ascension Particles to come play with us and tickle our Plasma Bodies 🙂
I opened my eyes at the exact time 12:44 became 12:45.

(I LIKE TO DO THIS SEQUENCE TO CALM MY WHOLE SYSTEM DOWN AND READY MYSELF FOR A PROCESS: 2 SECOND INHALE, 4 SECOND HOLD, AND 8 SECOND EXHALE. VERY POWERFUL AND USE WHENEVER YOU NEED IT! 😊
Step 1 – Visualize a bright Star (Core Star, Heart of God, Heart of Source… she calls it the EFFI HOME STAR (EFFI: Eternal First Field Intelligence) several feet out in front of you, as if it is ‘up in the sky’ in front of you. Breathe the LIGHT OF THE HOME STAR toward you and feel its gentle warmth cascading over your physical body.
Use the mental affirmation command : I see the Home Light of EFFI Now as you breathe the Light of the Home Star toward you.
Step 2 – Continue breathing the LIGHT OF EFFI/HOME STAR toward you and sense that it begins to SINK THROUGH YOUR SKIN and INTO YOUR PLASMA BODY (TRU-A BODY) within your physical body.
Notice, as the Home Light of EFFI begins to enter your Plasma body that a PALE WHITE VORTEX BEGINS TO EMANATE FROM THE HOME STAR, its singular tip stationed within the Home Star center-point and its vortex extending downwards toward your body UNTIL THE ‘WIDE END’ SURROUNDS YOUR PHYSICAL BODY
As if looking upward from within the base of this vortex, observe the Home Light of EFFI at the vortex tip growing brighter and intensifying.
Use the mental affirmation command: I am embraced by the Home Light of EFFI Now as you continue to gently breathe the Home Light of EFFI toward you and into your Plasma Body.
Step 3 – As you rest within the base of the Home Star Vortex, begin BREATHING A CURRENT OF PALE AQUA ETHER-VAPOR LIGHT FROM THE CENTER POINT OF EFFI HOME START DIRECTLY ABOVE YOU DIRECTLY INTO YOUR AZURA.
Notice, as the Pale Aqua Ether-Vapor Light fills your AzurA that a SMALL CONCENTRATED QUANTUM UNIT BEGINS TO FORM, PULSE, EXPAND AND ‘POP’ AS ITS QUANTUM CHARGE AMPLIFIES THROUGH the Home Light of EFFI INFUSION
As you sense/imagine this QUANTUM-FILL POP POINT in the AZURA, EXPAND YOUR BREATHING of the Pale Aqua Ether-Vapor Current from the EFFI Home Star above you, DRAWING THE PALE AQUA CURRENT INTO YOUR ENTIRE PHYSICAL AND PLASMA BODIES, filling both these bodies with the Pale Aqua Home Light of EFFI current.
Use the mental affirmation command : The Home Light of EFFI fully fills me Now.. I am full-filled in the Home Light of EFFI as you continue to gently breathe the Pale Aqua Current of the Home Light of EFFI toward you and into and through your physical and Plasma Bodies
Step 4 – Keeping awareness of the Pale White Vortex connecting you to the EFFI Home Star, CONTINUE BREATHING IN THE PALE AQUA ETHER-VAPOR LIGHT FROM THE CENTER POINT OF THE EFFI HOME STAR ABOVE YOU.
As you breathe, begin to notice that within your physical body, your Plasma Body seems to be growing lighter and lighter in weight and substance. USE EACH INHALE BREATH TO BRING IN MORE AQUA CURRENT, THEN BEGIN USING YOUR EXHALE BREATHS TO GENTLY PUSH YOUR PLASMA BODY UPWARDS AND IN THE PALE LIGHT VORTEX OF THE HOME START EFFI.
Breathe gently as you float your Plasma Body upward with the exhales until it passes through the vortex tip and directly into the EFFI Home Star.
Use the mental affirmation command: I am ONE with the Home Light of EFFI Now and continue breathing gently.
Step 5 – With your focus of attention centered on your Plasma Body within the EFFI Home Star, breathe gently and START NOTICING THAT YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY A PEARLESCENT WHITE LIGHT WITH AQUA SPARKLES FLICKERING THROUGH IT.
From this eternal place of great peace, wisdom and power within the Heart of the EFFI Home Star, CALL UPON THE FREQUENCIES OF THE PINK FIRE AND THE BLUE ICE TO ACTIVATE, QUANTUM AMPLIFY AND EXPAND YOUR HEART OF EFFIMA POINT WITHIN YOUR PLASMA AND PHYSICAL BODIES. (The Heart of EFFIMA point is very similar to your Core Star but it’s a bit higher, right under the base of the sternum, between the plexus and heart chakras of the auric body)
Use the mental affirmation command: I am filled with the HOME FIRES of EFFI Now and continue breathing gently.
Step 6 – Once you’ve given the mental command to the home fires of EFFI, start noticing A CURRENT OF BLUE ICE FREQUENCY EMERGES AND BEGINS TO STREAM DOWN from the center point of the EFFI Star into your Plasma Body THROUGH THE CROWN CHAKRA AND MOVES FURTHER DOWNWARD INTO YOUR HEART OF EFFIMA POINT, filling it up with the Blue Ice Quantum. Sense the pleasantly cool sensation of the Blue Ice filling your Heart of EFFIMA point.
Notice now that A CURRENT OF PINK FIRE FREQUENCY starts to stream from the center point of the EFFI Home star, ENTERING AND MOVING UPWARD INTO YOUR PLASMA BODY VIA THE ROOT CHAKRA then moves further upward to JOIN THE BLUE ICE CURRENT in the HEART of EFFIMA POINT.
Sense the gently warm presence of the Pink Fire Current as it mixes in with the cool Blue Ice Current, and continue breathing gently.
Step 7 – Focus your attention on your Plasma Body’s Heart of EFFIMA point within the center point of EFFI Home Star and notice that as the Blue Ice and Pink Fire interface, THEY PROGRESSIVELY TRANSFIGURE INTO A PALE INTRA VIOLET SINGING VAPOR WAVE.
Breathe gently as your Heart of EFFIMA fills with Intra Violet Vapor Wave Quantum, and notice that as this quantum increases, your Heart of EFFIMA point POPS TO BECOME A SPHERE OF EFFI HOME STAR LIGHT FILLED WITH VIOLET VAPOR QUANTUM and CONTAINING A MINUTE RAINBOW CRYSTAL AT ITS CORE (HELIOCRELIC, PASTEL SHINY TRANSLUCENT COLORS).
At first, your Heart of EFFIMA will have a sphere around it, about the size of a tennis ball.
Step 8 – Sense the presence of your HEART OF EFFIMA SPHERE, noticing that it’s the size of tennis ball centered in your central line at the center point between your Plexus and Heart Chakra.
Inhale deeply into your EFFIMA Heart, drawing in more Pale Aqua Ether Vapor Light from the EFFI Home Start around you into your EFFIMA heart and then MERGE the Aqua Light with the Pale Violet Vapor. HOLD AT THE TOP OF THE INHALE TO INCREASE THE CURRENT FLOW OF QUANTUM (QUANTUM THRUST), THEN USING THE EXHALE BREATH TO EXPAND THE HEART OF EFFIMA OUTWARD, PUSHING FROM THE INSIDE AND BLOWING IT UP TO THE SIZE OF A SMALL MELON/CANTAPOLE.
Sense the presence of your expanded Heart of EFFIMA in your Plasma Body as if it is expanding your rib cage and your lungs
Step 9 – Once you can sense the EXPANSION of your EFFIMA Heart within the EFFI Home Star, return your attention to the pale white vortex that your plasma body traveled up through to enter the center point/tip point of the vortex of the EFFI Home Star.
Sense that you are currently positioned at the top side tip of the vortex at the center of the EFFI Home Star and will now being your Plasma Body descent back down through the Pale White Vortex into your physical body.
Inhale gently into your Heart of EFFIMA, hold at the top of the inhale to build Quantum Thrust and in one firm exhale breath push your Plasma Body firmly but gently downward through the pale white vortex back into your physical body.
Align your EFFIMA Heart of your Plasma Body with your EFFIMA Heart of your physical body.
READY NOW TO GO INTO TECHNIQUE 2…
KDDL-3 TECHNIQUE 2 : CRACKING THE SHELL OF CONTENTION (Video 2 : 23:10 in, 0:19 end)
Step 1 – Following Technique 1, once your plasma body has descended back into your physical body, sense the presence of your now activated and expanded Heart of EFFIMA EFFI Home Star Sphere in both your Plasma and Physical body EFFIMA Heart Points. Breathe gently, feeling the presence of your expanded EFFIMA Heart as a space of expanded opening the size of a cantaloupe, feeling the expansion in your rib cage and lungs.
Step 2 – Recall to mind the minute Rainbow Crystal that formed in your EFFIMA Heart and move your focus of attention to your Rainbow Cristal now. Notice that your EFFIMA Heart is currently filled with the Pale Intra Violet Singing Vapor Wave Quantum from the convergence of the Ice Blue and Pink Fire Frequencies activated in Technique 1
Step 3 – Inhale gently from the inside of the Rainbow Cristal, using the inhale breath to draw in a Pale Violet Vapor Light from your EFFIMA Heart into the center of the Rainbow Crystal. HOLD BREATH.
Step 4 – Exhale slowly and gently using the exhale breath to release the Pale Violet Vapor Light Quantum into the Rainbow Crystal AND the Rainbow Crystal expands outwards the White Pearlescent Light into the EFFIMA Sphere.
Step 5 –Take several gentle inhales, hold, exhale breaths, to continue drawing the Pale Violet Vapor into the Rainbow Crystal (inhale) and expand the White Pearlescent Light from the Rainbow Crystal into the EFFIMA Heart Sphere (exhale).
Continue this gentle breathing until you sense/observe that the Rainbow Crystal is glowing Pale Violet and the EFFIMA Heart Sphere is filled with the Pearlescent White Light and no longer carries a violet hue. THIS IS CALLED THE ‘TRANSFER POINT OF QUANTUM CONTENT’.
Step 6 – When you observe that the transfer point is complete, gently but firmly inhale a spark of Pale Violet Vapor Quantum upward from the Rainbow Crystal into the little quantum unit in the AzurA (Thymus) and HOLD AT TOP OF INHALE
Step 7 – Gently but firmly EXHALE THE PALE VIOLET VAPOR SPARK into the little quantum unit in the AZURA and HOLD BRIEFLY at the bottom of the exhale to ENGAGE A VACUUM DRAW WITHIN THE AZURA. Inhale deeply into the AZURA
Step 8 – Continue breathing gently through the AZURA and observe/sense that as the vacuum draw occurred within the AZURA, the Rainbow Crystal at the center of the EFFIMA Heart had rapidly contracted then expanded and released a Plasma Vapor Rainbow Spark upward into the unit in the AZURA.
Observe as the Rainbow Spark sent from your Heart of EFFIMA enters into the little quantum unit in your AZURA and begins to PULSE, RAPIDLY CONTRACT AND EXPAND, AND START TO FIZZ IN IT.
Step 9 – When you observe the RAINBOW SPARK FIZZ POINT in the AZURA, inhale deeply into the Rainbow Spark to GRAB HOLD OF IT, hold at top of the inhale to build Quantum Thrust and then EXHALE FIRMLY downward using the exhale breath TO PUSH THE FIZZING RAINBOW SPARK INSIDE THE QUANTUM UNIT IN YOUR AZURA, down the central line/vertical column and into the Seed of Contention in the tailbone duct of the Plasma Body
Step 10 – Breathe normally, observe as the Rainbow Spark intercepts with the thick black crusty outer layer of the seed of contention, upon interception with the outer crust, the Rainbow Spark quickly expands, pops and forms a pulsing Rainbow shroud completely covering the surface of the seed of contention in the tailbone.
Sense the pulsing in the tailbone duct of the Rainbow Shroud, both in the Plasma Body and the Physical Body.
Step 11 – Continue breathing normally with your focus of attention on observing the Rainbow Shrouded Seed of Contention in your tailbone duct. After a few moments of pulsing, the Rainbow Shroud stops pulsing and grows completely still, reaching its critical mass quantum still point.
At the still point the Rainbow Shroud emits a deep resonant infrasound burst into the seed of contention which momentarily de-densifies the crusty shell of the seed of contention. As this happens the Rainbow Shroud rapidly contracts and pulls itself into the core of the Seed of Contention. At this point the seed of contention shell re-densifies around it.
Notice, while observing the seed of contention, when the Rainbow Shroud still point occurs (outside the crusty shell) and its infrasound burst emits, attempt to synchronize an inhale breath with the point of the Rainbow Shroud contracting into the core of the Seed of Contention. (IF YOU CAN)
Step 12 – When you sense contraction into the seed, INHALE FIRMLY into the Seed of Contention Core, HOLD
Step 13 – AT TOP OF INHALE HOLD TO BUILD QUANTUM THRUST, feel the Rainbow Shroud buzzing within the core of the Seed of Contention as it gets ready to STARBURST OUTWARD FROM WITHIN THE SEED. EXHALE FIRMLY from within the seed, using EXHALE TO ADD QUANTUM THRUST AND MOMENTUM to burst out of the Seed of Contention and CRACK THE SHELL around it.
Step 14 – The crusty shell rapidly CRACKS INTO MANY PIECES from the Starburst of the Rainbow Shroud. Breathe gently through the tailbone duct as the shell progressively cracks and explode off in pieces that vaporize as they fly off.
Step 15 – Breathe normally and observe the area in the tailbone duct is now GLOWING with PALE BLUE WHITE LIGHT and now there is a minute EFFI HOME STAR SPARK in its place.
Step 16 – The EFFI spark in the tail bone duct starts to gently and slowly pulse, with each expanding and contracting pulse, releasing a gentle broadcast burst of Rainbow Plasm Vapor Light into the Plasma and Physical Bodies. Feel the gentle comforting pulse of the EFFI Spark and feel the gentle rippling of waves coursing through your bodies.
Step 17 – As the EFFI Home Spark releases its Rainbow broadcast waves from the tailbone, the little quantum unit in the AZURA starts transmitting its cyclic broadcasts of Pale Intra Violet Vapor Waves of Transfiguration into the Shell of Contention that surrounds all the atoms within the Plasma Body Structure.
Well… that was a very embodied experience! The only reason I have any conception of time to write about is because I would open my eyes to read the next step… That said here is what I can remember:
ENERGY TOP UP 2
I held the container with my hands over it, locked in energetically, for a good 8 minutes before starting to do any active work.
Our container is soooo yummy! OMG! I don’t know if there are more of you honing in energetically during the top ups or if the recent upgrades I’ve done to it are upping the bar – or both 😉 – but ‘yummy’ is going to be my word for it!
I started the steps at the 8 minute mark, and stayed a good 4 minutes just breathing the light of our ‘EFFI Home Star’ (aka the Core Star we emanate and extend from, as an Individuated God Essence).
What else can I say? I saw the time at 12:12, then 12:16, then 12:36. So… That 20 minute section went so (soul) deep that I don’t have a lucid thing to write about it. It was so embodied, so (soul) felt, so strong… beyond (or below?) the level of words (mind).
From 12:36 to 12:41 I stayed super focused on feeling the emanations of the 2 locations sending out broadcasts into the Plasma Body and all its atoms (tailbone and quantum unit in AzurA).
From 12:41 to 12:44 I invited Ascension Particles to come play with us and tickle our Plasma Bodies 🙂
I opened my eyes at the exact time 12:44 became 12:45.
