Terms and Conditions

Welcome! By using joyfulsoulexpansion.com or buying a course, program or session, you agree to these terms. They are here to keep our shared space clear, safe and joyful.

Who I am

Joyful Soul Expansion is the work of Julie Claire, an independent spiritual teacher and energy healer based in Mexico. You can reach me at awaken@joyfulsoulexpansion.com.

Courses and programs

• When you buy a course, you receive a personal member account with access to its videos, audios and transcripts.
• Your access lasts for as long as the course is offered on this website. If I ever retire a course, I will give members notice and a way to download what they purchased.
• Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each sales page before you buy.
• Live group programs and private mentorship follow the schedule and terms shared with you when you join.

Your personal license

Everything on this site (videos, audios, meditations, transcripts, texts, drawings and images) is created by me and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use it for your own growth.

Please do not share your login, copy, resell, record, publish or teach this material as your own. If you would like to share it with a friend, invite them to join! This keeps the energy of the work clean and supports its continuation.

Group calls and community

Our group spaces are sacred. I ask everyone to:

• keep what others share confidential;
• speak with kindness and respect;
• take responsibility for their own process.

I may remove anyone whose behavior harms the group, without refund.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Because courses give immediate access to all their content, all sales are final once access is given. Please see the Refund Policy for details and for the support I offer.

Your wellbeing

My work is spiritual and energetic education. It does not replace medical, psychological or other professional care. Please read the Disclaimer before taking part.

Limits of responsibility

I share this work with care and integrity, but I cannot promise specific results. You are responsible for how you use the teachings and practices. To the extent allowed by law, my responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions? Write to me at awaken@joyfulsoulexpansion.com.
