The courses, programs, sessions, meditations and writings of Joyful Soul Expansion are spiritual and energetic education. They support your own journey of Awakening and Soul Embodiment.
They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. Please keep seeing your doctor, therapist or other health professionals for your health needs, and never stop a treatment or medication without their advice.
Deep inner work can bring up strong emotions and old memories. Please take part at your own pace, rest when you need to, and reach out to a qualified professional if you feel overwhelmed. If you are going through a mental health crisis, please seek professional support before joining a program.
