This was the first thing Jacques ever taught me, back in 2000! He considered it a very simple tool to progressively expand the Subtle Bodies by working on each individual Chakras contained in them. As far as he was concerned, doing this or other highly inspiring practices that expand the bodies were a requirement to be able to go into more advanced practices to build the 3 Shiny Phases of the Alchemical Bodies (which, once completed, just means you’re not asleep anymore and can actually start your real work here on Earth!). Most people are walking around with an aura that is very dense and close to the body and there isn’t much room in there to ‘take in the immensity of the Light’ as he would put it.
I have come back to this meditation at different times in my life in the course of the last 20 years, and have always enjoyed its effects. I feel more space inside my self and inside my aura when I do it on a regular basic. When I have not done it for a while I feel its effects much more, just goes to show how much compression our aura experiences when we are mostly living in the material world! My experience has been that the more I do it, the calmer I am and the less I feel other people’s energies as intensely. My perception of why this is so is that we are much less ‘compressed’ in our defense structures when we consciously do meditations that expand our energetic structure. It’s like there is more room to ‘buffer’ the energies coming from others into us, and less reactivity of the fear structures as there is more room to maneuver them.
Some people who see energies will notice the effects that the meditation is generating on you, so don’t be surprised if your clairvoyant friends mention to you that your energy field is getting bigger and clearer! New energy systems are emerging and a big upgrade is coming, but I still find that this meditation is a good practice to build up the space and frequency in the Chakras before doing the actual upgrade, which involves a complete overhaul of the existing structure of our aura. So don’t be in a rush and take your time building up to the next phase of evolution! 😉
Here is what Jacques wrote, in his training manual for his advanced students that were his apprentices, about the specific mantras we use foe this meditation :
BANE BANE ZYRIABA BINDO ANDIKA WAKI : self-healing and creation (as in creativity)
ALAMAS ALAMAS ALAMAS : to expand the consciousness of a Chakra (expand its awareness)
KASHMAR BANDAKA YAROUM KOUNA BASHROUK YALHOUM : to open up the Third Eye (including the 3 other chakras associated to psychic skills)

Talking about the ‘Psychic Chakras’, this was also the first time I had encountered a meditation that put specific focus on other chakras I was less acquainted with, such as the one at the base of the neck, in front of the mouth and on top of the forehead. These are all related to developing and refining psychic skills, and are actually all DOUBLE CHAKRAS. I am curious for you to share how you feel those and how you perceive them to be placed. For me it feels like the mouth ones are right at the center of the top and bottom lips, the base of skull are on both sides, and third eye and top of forehead also on both sides. Have you also noticed that your Third Eye Chakras are closer to the bridge of your nose than the middle of your forehead?

We do this meditation in a progressive manner: going up to the 24th for a while, then bringing the energies down from the 24th back to the root (and grounding even deeper by also bringing it into the knees and the feet), then up a certain amount of times to the 37th, then 52nd, and finally all the way u to the 70th, and do some descending a couple of times before ‘moving on up’. Honestly, I LOVE doing the descending and sometimes only do that one for a while. I am curious as to your experience as much with ascending as descending. For me ascending feels like I’m ‘pulling up’ my field more and more, and when I do the descending, it’s like I’m bringing the higher frequency into the ‘heaviness’ of the lower bodies (and do I ever feel it!). Also I’ve noticed for the descending, I feel it more when I focus on a Chakra, do the mantra in it, and then ‘pull’ the energy while it’s expanding from the mantra into the Chakra underneath. So yummy!!! When I notice the effect isn’t as strong anymore, I go back to the ascending for a while. I tend to alternate something like 10x ascending (every couple of days) and then 3-5x descending. I’ve been going up to 70 for a while and will be doing the ‘upgrade’ soon, but honestly, I will miss this meditation after I do that… 20 years of doin gsomethng is a long time! 🙂
Tell me all about your experience with this meditation!!! I can’t wait to read you! If you have a question do ask, I will answer! ♥
So i am at 70 now and happy I read this post so I can descend now.
As said in the other blogs, feel like a new person.
Very clear and uncluttered.
Feel very much in my strength, peaceful and happy.
The descending meditations always feel like bringing very high frequency down into the body so its amazing.
Its so powerful.
There is this strange remembrance feeling in it.
happy to be where i am.
I notice that every time that I do the ascending meditation in the evening, I have dreams that I remember that night. Just discovered that meditations for beyond 24 were on here, so it’ll be a while before I can get up to 70. Doing the descending meditation the first time I felt the pins & needles feeling like my body was waking up for it’s first time!
