ENERGY TOP UP 1 (Tuesday March 24th, 1pm Eastern – Montreal Time):
I took an extra long time today doing it, a bit more than 1 hour.
I grabbed each and every one of you, individually, and held you in my hands and surrounded you with my positive intent that my Living Container and its healing frequencies be beneficial to you (and your household and/or loved one if applicable).
Holding the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani Stone (which reminds us of our deep, royal origins), I created a channel – from my left hand holding the stone, through my Sacred Heart, then down my right hand, into the little paper 12D Kathara grid with your names – to infuse each of you with the sentience of such stones.
Maybe you recognized that sensation during the remote work I did today? That same stone was inside our Living Container during most of our first live call together last Saturday, just like it was today (and will remain in there until tomorrow, you are all getting acquainted!). It’s a feeling of deep peace mixed with a longing to go home (easily mistaken for sadness, it’s more like soft sorrow).
Then, after I completed that process with each name (I was already a good 45 minutes in), I held our Living Container in my hands, asked a swirl of Ascension Particles to come play with us. I played around with the same motion we were doing on the call, top spin clockwise, bottom spin counterclockwise, they all meet in the middle and have a big party with your bodies!
Scepters came in last. First only the 333 (Rose Quartz, Unconditional Love), then the 777 made itself known (Shiny White, Amplifier). I finished with a focused intent that the volume of the remote healing work in our container go up by 2%. Starting off nice and slow. 🙂

Energy Top Up 2 (Thursday March 26th, 1pm Eastern – Montreal Time):
WOW!
That started really strong right off the bat, which confirms to me that some of you are honing into the signal when I’m sending it! The beauty of this kind of work is the more you put in, the more you receive – that’s the nature of life-focused expansive energy, it amplifies from our attention and intention!
The first thing I did was put the Aqua Blue Cintamani stone into the container. (try to notice the difference in how these 2 sentient stones feel, the dark royal blue one as you’ve already started noticing brings a DEEP PEACE… So hard to describe it’s ‘longing’ feel, like home is calling you. The Aqua Green one has a different feel. Before I describe it I wonder how it felt to you?)
I spent the first 5 minutes chanting the Eckasha Mantra, and, at the 7 minute mark something beautiful happened: A MAJOR activation of the AzurA Point kicked into full gear. I stayed super present and started chanting the AzurA activation mantra and with pure intent that you all benefit from your zero point coming back online.
I then spent time fully activating our 12D Pillars and using the Eckasha Symbol as a seal, started the work of stabilizing your Kathara Shield by working on my own and bringing that symbol (and its mantra) into my pineal gland, then down into the Heart of the 5D Earth, then up my pillar, about 1 foot under my feet, then brought it into my Heart (THAT WAS STRONG, I had to stay there for a good 5 minutes before continuing), and finally, up 3 feet above my head to ‘seal the deal’ :).
Lastly, I just peacefully stayed present as I gazed at the shield around each and every one of you 🙂
Beautiful work! Hone in as much as you can when I’m doing that. Intend to ‘copy paste’ into you what I’m doing in me as I hang out in the Living Container 🙂
Thanks for setting up this page Julie. On Tuesday I felt the circles and changes, then a white feather floated in. Definitely been feeling sadness, glad it’s sorrow though. Today, Thursday, felt off centre, but had a great day in Glastonbury. So missed the deep container and your email.

On Tuesday, I forgot to set an alarm so I was busy working. I remember feeling very peaceful and serene and then I checked the clock and saw it was 10:50 am (the top ups start at 10 for me). I felt like I was being worked on, but I was confused because it was after 10:30 ….it now makes sense! I felt very relaxed and peaceful and that peace continued through the rest of the day and through Wednesday too!
As a side bar, I wanted to mention that I’m not usually one who feels energy – which I’m working on changing as I become more and more reconnected to my bodies (all of them, not just the physical!) as I go through your body of work. I didn’t even know anything about any of this “stuff” until 2022 (32 years old then). So I’m “catching up” as quickly as I can now that I’ve found a teacher who actually teaches us what all of “this” is and how to connect with “it”, etc. I’ve got the thirst! 😆
On Thursday, I set an alarm so I remembered to connect at 10. I felt a cool, cleansing energy. I was tingling. I felt things happened in my body. The end result was the entire rest of the day I was in a good mood. My day flowed smoothly. I felt very light and bubbly. I had been feeling a little overwhelmed and lost trying to figure out my next steps. Ever since Thursday I’ve felt like I now have direction and a plan and the overwhelm and lost feeling is just *gone*! Is this the aqua blue stone or just a cool side effect? 🤔😄 The light and bubbly and calm has continued through Friday.
Awe I’m LOVING these comments!!! The stones have very different feels to them and yes the Aqua Blue one is more tingly and light. How would I try to describe it… Like bubbles of blue green soft yummy energy moving around in a vibrant liquid. Somethin’ like that! lol
A little story about a journey that stone brought me on:
I was in a deep meditative state, holding the Aqua Green/Blue Cintamani stone (you might hear them referred to as ‘Orion stones’ too, which some say is where they’re from). I start feeling a pull toward the ocean so I lean in completely and let the stone know : ‘I’m game. Let’s go!’
Next thing I know I’m diving super fast into depths of ocean… At first it’s beautiful, many shades of turquoise, eventually royal blue, then midnight blue, then starting to look a lot like pure darkness… I have a little moment of ‘oh boy’, followed by a feeling the stone winked at me, so I laughed and kept going.
Down down down into the darkness we go… and then we arrive at what looks like an old city, Atlantis style big crystals and a dome on top of the whole structure. It’s completely dark, looks abandoned. We’re coming at it straight and very fast. We pass through the dome and I realize it’s like an organic matter, a liquid firmament soft to the touch and easy to go through.
The stone knows exactly where we’re going, I don’t. Then I see a circular area with concentric circles becoming wider and wider, and in it’s center is a structure that is obviously made to house a circular object. I put the stone in it and at first nothing happens.
I hear ‘wait for it’ coming from my mind – which has learnt to be very playful with this kind of work after 30+ years of having to deal with my MultiDimensional Musings and Soul Alchemy Journeys! I gotta say, the moment your mind stops counter arguing with your much vaster reality, it becomes a major ally in the work!
And so I do, and I start hearing a ‘sound’, slowly building up, and then the ‘sound’ becomes a pulsation, which starts making light green and deep turquoise hues start pulsating and expanding more and more until the whole structure lit up. Some kind of underground city…
I didn’t sense anyone in there but whatever it is, it’s back online! The frequency of the Aqua Blue Green stone got more ‘giddy’ after that journey. That’s how you know there is sentience everywhere. These stones are alive, they have a consciousness, and a purpose.
Purpose… Man oh man do we get caught up in that! We have been fed so may lies about that, most of these to keep others in positions of power… That shit ain’t gonna last much longer, so let me land a little teaching here that hopefully will speed that up for you:
PURPOSE UNDERSTOOD AS 4 LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS :
-basic = to exist and have experiences (fully immersed, eyes closed)
-intermediary = to start pondering the nature of reality – asking ourselves important questions, feeling through the resistance and constant pull to fall back asleep (eyes trying to open)
-advanced = powerful questions arise from deeper within, about the nature of the experience and the experiencer (duality starts fragmenting more and more, eyes open and stay open longer)
-mastery = full awareness of all parts, full return to Sovereignty and Eternal Biology, this is the level of Ascended Masters, of humans that fully woke up out of the dreamstate (eyes permanently open)
Notice anything in there about what you need to ‘do’ or ‘be’ in the world? A job, a function, a role?
Your purpose is to EXIST and REMEMBER who you are, where you came from, and why.
Release whatever the world has told you about ‘having a purpose’. It’s built in and we can’t fail. Time is a big fabric in which we come to play games… and help those who forgot it was a game and got lost in negative drama, have a good belly laugh about this place once they remember the game.
The pain in our bodies, the suffering in our mind, the low frequency emotions we might feel… all that disappears when we ‘see’, just like hours of labor and birth pains vanish in a split second once you’re holding your baby in your arms.

WOW! Can I write while I’m still buzzing on so much energy? Let’s find out!
During the first 13 minutes I was laying on the ground outside (I’m in Mexico, it’s warm) with the sound of the chimes in the winds. I gently placed our Living Container on top of my chest and held it on both sides while connecting deeper and deeper into my Sacred Heart Space.
After about 5 minutes of ‘tickling the container’ with my Sacred Heart Flow, I felt an AzurA activation like last time. So cool!!! I stayed super present and still, and started feeling a swirl of energy coming from below, and the information that came in was ‘Head Heart Calibration’.
I intuitively knew to call upon 2 specific Ascension Particles, abundantly available not only in the atmosphere but deep within the Intra Earth. These are the particles we left for ourselves when we were part of civilizations that were connected to the 12D Grid (before the fall).
And so, the Adamantine Particles (Lemurian times) and the Crystalline Terrestrial Particles (Atlantean times) came to play big today! I had difficulty feeling the lower part of my body for most of the session!
The amount of work I could feel happening in our glands – all the ones in the brain cavity and the Thymus gland in our upper chest – was very palpable for me. My brain still feels ‘bigger’ than my skull cavity right now! (it will pass…)
Then I switched gears half way through. I had felt the ‘hit’ only about 5 minutes before the start of the Energy Top Up, that no stones would be involved today, just pure frequency. So when in again strong at 13 minutes (when I switched gears)., that’s all I needed as full confirmation.
I got up and sat in a chair, holding us all in the Living Container on my lap. I activated my FLFE Boosts one after the other – the 10 minute 650 boost, then right after the 2 minute 850 boost – and held the frequency in my body as stable as I could while it amplified the work being done inside our glands by the particles to calibration our Head-Heart Connection.
In the last 2 minutes, the ears started getting very activated. I held the container 2ish minutes past the 30 mark to help that integrate… FYI, you might notice your ears more than usual for a couple of days, like a pressure on them. Don’t panic, you’re just getting used to ‘hearing’ new densities. 🙂

ENERGY TOP UP 4
I wrote a description after I finished our Energy top up yesterday, and then, when I hit ‘Send’, my web site did something strange and I received an error and my message was gone!
I’m looking into what’s happening, maybe you’re not able to post either? This might be only on my side and somehow only my laptop, which is getting a bit old.
Funny funny little technology, you won’t stop me! Let’s play! Game on! Things like this can be fun, because we can gaze at what’s unfolding and follow the flow once it becomes clear. Maybe this is about changing some of my platform, but maybe not. As I said, game on, or should I say… gazing on? 😉
Here is a short and sweet version of what I had written:
Today was VERY focused on the lower part of the body, WOW!
I started by gently holding our Living Container and singing the Eckasha mantra as I activated the symbol’s swirl, then visualized it in my entire pillar and all around our Living Container. 🙂
I put the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani Stone into the Living Container and asked for our royalty to ground itself into our lower body, all the way into our feet. I was so still for a good 20 minutes, I swear I felt like my lower body had become a huge tree with deep roots in the soil.
Then the Root Chakra started receiving an activation, it was just a little tickle at first but it remained consistent. The 6th Dimensional Particles came out to play, swirling around and entering through the Root Chakra to feed and upgrade our reproductive glands (gonads) and start rewriring their hormonal output.
I find it fascinating that the ‘highest’ level particles come in through the ‘lowest’ (base) Chakra.

What else? I was still, 6 hours later than when I originally finished the Energy Top Up and wrote a message, very aware that major work done on Saturday for a Head-Heart Calibration is now coming in deeper into the Hips, legs and feet.

Are the 6th Dimensional particles like Genesis particles? Adamantine particles – gold waves? Imaginal cells? Silver energy?
6th dimensional are the ‘highest’ of the 7 particles, I’m unclear as to their color per say cause they tend to blend with the Orion Particles (which are silver ish) and its more a feel that I have about them. Maybe they’re baby powder blue, but as I said, I feel them more than see them, and baby blue and silver powder mixed together feels like that.
Adamantine Particles are golden, yes. Sometimes pink blue hues if you were looking at them through a beam of sun ray (what a beautiful image in my mind that creates!).
Oh, FYI, I forgot to mention when I rewrote my summary about the last top up after losing the original one, that I had done a super intense blast to get dark energies/densities out of our bodies and of the container. It was very strong, like an explosion, and a bunch of little ‘things’ fell out of the container. You might have noticed something happening in your life that mirrors that, maybe less of specific types of recurring thoughts, feelings, emotions or interactions that are draining /distracting, or maybe more of these that are different than the usual ones (lighter, more joy, or even just neutral where before it was reactive).
ENERGY TOP UP 5
Hmmm.. I think I see a pattern forming, in terms of the Cintamani stones, between this week and last. The Dark Royal Blue one on Tuesday, then the Aqua Blue Green one on Thursday (and let’s see if even the Saturday repeats, as in no stone, just deep Sacred Heart level work).
During the first 7 minutes, I held the container with the Aqua Blue Green Cintamani stone in it. It was soft but very constant.
At the 11 minute mark, the AzurA activated. I love how much I’m feeling it in the Living Container! Pure yummy nectar for the glands in that upper chest-lower throat area (Thymus and Thalamus).
I wasn’t sure what would come next so I remained receptive, activated the Eckasha symbol with its mantra, and gazed at it with the clear intent that we all reconnect to our star families and start remembering our vast, beautiful, multidimensional, selves.
Then, at the 22 mark, my feet got SUPER grounded (like I would not be able to lift them if I tried), the AzurA remained active, and then I started feeling a consistent steady rise of the frequency in the container. It was very still, yet clearly palpable that the frequency was going up.
The skin became very activated, which reminded me that’s our theme this month, so let’s gooooo! I started thanking the particles swirling around, imagining our cellular structure relaxing and releasing toxins it no longer needs to hang onto.
Frequencies are rising very quickly here on Earth (actually, in this entire Universe) right now, and we’re in for a ride! So cool we get to surf these Ascension Waves while being safely held in a high frequency Living Container. I am as appreciative as you to be in there!
The last 3 minutes was steady steady steady. Asking this be our new set point of the frequency we carry, I just held the container with the clear faith that IT IS SO.
ENERGY TOP UP 6
Well, that was very beautiful!
I introduced a new stone I have yet to show you into the container, it’s called a Aqua Aura Glow crystal, it is formed by putting a quartz crystal and gold powder isolate (which is gold in a white powder form) in an electrolysis box. The gold powder isolate gets electrically attracted to the crystal and melts onto its surface. It creates beautiful pieces, some are with other metals like copper, silver, and the crystal then has beautiful hues of metallic reflections (violets, lilacs, green, aqua… just beautiful, I’ll show you all in our next live group call!)
So… I put the Aqua Aura Glow crystal into our container, and felt a wave of bubbly energy come in and bring up old sadness… It was very deep sadness. It’s the one we carry from not being seen in our Essence, in our Light, in our True Intention. I held the container, processing these old emotions and gazing at the depths of our Sacred Heart, in gratitude of this vast space in us where all can be transmuted simply by holding it there.
I held the Eckasha symbol in my mind’s eye, activated my Kathara Shield, and felt myself go deeper and deeper and deeper into my Sacred Heart.
The energy flow got very strong in the last third of the 30 minutes I hone into the Living Container. So strong I kept it going 7 minutes past, until it smoothed out.

I did feel a change, but couldn’t pin point it. Quite a lot of anger came up during the week and have definitely been feeling sad, great that it’s being released. I do feel calmer and quite different but still me.
Yes… if there is one wisdom I can convey that will transform your entire life, it’s this: Holding anything in your Sacred Heart Space, with neutrality and benevolence and no pressure to want it to change, will transmute it into a higher frequency. If it’s not part of you and stayed while you honed in (most external energies leave, unless they’re at the point where they want the release), it gets ‘switched off’ and turned into neutral energy. If it’s part of you it gets healed by coming back into the vast space of the Sacred Heart and taking on a brand new ‘role’ in your life as an integrated intelligent energy.
How cool is that?

Awe Gail… Tears of JOY pour down my face as I read your words. I really really love my Soul Expression in this world. I’ve had to do some really deep work in my life to reach this level of Soul embodiment but my God was it ever worth it!
If my expression and bubbly playfulness in our Living Container can awaken your memory of your God Given Birth Right to be surrounded by Beauty and Truth and Harmony and Fun and Flow and Freedom and… OMG so much more than I can ever put into 3D words… then I’ll just be even giddy that my overflow tickled us right out of this closed 10D box and back into our vast 12D playground!!!!

Your description of the different awakenings of being present in a most authentic life has sparked more of my essence to what an amazing life truly is. Going beyond this 10D box with your teachings and the teaching of this message you shared is a confirmation of the beauty life has to offer. It is an expression of how all the work you did to embody your Soul Expression is manifesting.
Feels like my mind is so emptied out after yesterday’s 7 hour long super deep meditative process, that these 2 words repeating 3 times is all I hear in my mind. Which is GREAT news since my clear and positive intent for that whole process was to declutter any and all low frequencies held in the core of our cells, and clear out all sorts of fear-based threads of consciousness that were wrapped all around us to ensure the stability of the 10D/Dark Flower Affliction closed system.
It’s important here to not get too ‘victim-mode’. Remember in our live call when I mentioned to not get stuck on ‘the WHY’ too much, since all it ever leads to, really, is something/someone to blame and in no way resolves anything. Compared to the present moment stance of ‘WHAT can I do right now about this situation’ (in the focus of ‘as my own best friend’, not as ‘what can I do for others right now to not have to feel this’).
Think of the movie ‘Groundhog Day’ with Bill Murray. It could certainly seem like he’s a big victim of something being forced upon him, and made to suffer bla bla bla. But we all know from that movie that it’s the process through which life brought him back into the fold of being in his Heart instead of just frustrated in his head. Basically, the pain pushed him until he opened up to a larger vision of what was transpiring. It’s an awesome metaphor of what’s happening here (with a much larger time span involving millions of years and formations of galaxies…. you know, just that little difference 😉 lol).
I know it can be hard when we’re down here to remember this, but we are all bad ass warriors of Light. No one incarnates here to play an ‘easy video game’. This is where the whole f’n drama of over 350 million years of our true history is being played out, with players from every galactic races representing down here. It’s hard to wrap our little minds around it and I hope the PDF I added to our Member Area sheds some light for you. It’s such an exciting moment to be alive, here, in this Dark Flower Affliction, as we transmute it from the inside out!
Now IS the time to wake up, see and really feel the 10D Box that we’ve been put in. Regardless of the intent of those who made it happen, our intent has always been to bust out of that box and be active participants in our return back into proper alignment with the ‘Lotus of Life’ (ie the eternal life science/12D sacred geometry grid).
Sustained suffering is what makes us forget ‘the game’. We start believing in the fear and giving it truth value, instead of just playing with it as we innocently did when we were children. But it IS a game! Exploring finite playgrounds as an Eternal Being is a big game of experiencing life in different kinds of environments – this present one is about collapsing a box that kept us very tight and wound up, and we’ve made it all the way to the last level with the Big Boss that we need to battle.
That battle though, isn’t about doing battle with them directly (which they LOVE). I ‘battle’ him with tickles and laughter and a deep knowing that the more I’m grounded in my Sacred Heart Space with a full Core Star Activation, the more I can simply gaze at whatever is there, and love it into oblivion. Love really is the solution, it’s just that most people have not experienced what Love truly is. That frequency dissolves everything into pure Being. It can be a freaky experience when you really go deep into that ‘well of pure love’, because the ‘small self you’, if you go all the way into that Love frequency, will also dissolve.
(and all life forms, whether physical or mental, have a will to live and will fight to survive).
Jeez… I guess I had more to say than ‘well well well’ and ‘wow, wow, wow’! 🙂
I can’t tell you how much High Joy is generated in my field from getting to hold all of you (and me) in this beautiful Living Container. I feel Soul honored to have built for all of us, with so much love and playfulness. As I said I would, I literally had the container on my lap for the entire 7 hours. My intent never wavered that whole time – it was very solid. The first 2 hours I had some moments of really deep sadness come up as I pumped more and more Core Star Light into the core of each cell.
Lots of ancestral energies came to be healed of the suffering they carried for so long. As my intent stayed super focused, the emotional pain I could feel in our genome carried memories of deeply traumatic moments that led to big decisions and installments of limiting beliefs that created a bunch more suffering that ended up inherited by the next generation and one and one and one and on… Man it went DEEEEP!!!
Whenever it got really intense, I would sing the song I sang in our live call, whose lyrics are from a poem by Thich Nhat Hanh (‘Please call me by my true names’). Truly bow at our ancestors in deep respect for what they went through, while at the same time with clear intent that these energies and memories, programs and beliefs, traumas and bla bla blas, are now ready to come back into Love and dissolve.
Deep sadness only showed up during the first 2 hours. Then it just became more and more still. I don’t have much more to say since it was so deep, below or beyond words depending on your perspective, and I woke up this morning with absolutely nothing in my mind. No voices, no thoughts, no nothing. Wow! What a beautiful way to wake up! I swear I was already smiling before I woke up!
Man oh man, I really do wish you to receive as much as you’re willing to of the work I did yesterday. Of course all of this is always based on your choice. I don’t ‘do’ anything ‘to you’. I offer you frequencies to bathe in, and it’s up to you to decide how much of it you will take in 🙂
I finished the 7 hour deep dive into my genome with softness and grace. I put a huge bouquet of flowers right on top of our container and left it there for like 5 hours!
I’m very curious about how this feels to you. Are you noticing less voices rambling on in your head this morning? Or maybe just a much a vaster space in you where the voices seem much further?

I felt tired on and off all day yesterday. This morning, connected back in and relistened to our first call/ meditation and felt so relaxed and calm. Yesterday also, I noticed that my heart was sensing energy and where not so helpful energy was coming in. Sssooook nice and lovely.

It didn’t occur to me the changes which have taken place in me until I read your message. Today really seemed like a new day and also a new life for me. My mind seems to be empty, a real clearing took place. Also I am valuing my life, presence, home and surroundings as though my eyes are opened for the very first time. I don’t feel the need to distract myself away from being present in the life I want to live now.
I started to compose my message and wanted to take some time before I posted it. When I went back to review my draft I saw your email. It was perfect timing. After reading it again, more messages came to me. Being reminded that we are light workers was very healing to hear. Also the fact that we have been in this box for 350 million years of our true history gives me such a feeling of gratitude for where we are now. I also felt more connected to the life that my ancestors went through. This gave me a sense of sadness deep down. It also brought me a feeling of coming from strength with this knowledge of victory to be a miracle for which my soul brought me here at this time to be a warrior of Light.

After last Wednesday’s powerful 7h marathon, I ‘contracted’ the container to create that safe ‘cocoon’ feel we need after BIG WORK has happened. So much silence inside our field and our mind one shot like that – for me and I’m sure for many of you too! – can easily lead our defense structure to want to fill the space back up with more content.
Honestly though, not too sure how well that would have worked. I’m still very, very, very aware that there is a new depth of Silence in me – so much deeper and vaster than any thought can be – that it seems there is a new ‘buffer’ between thoughts and any reaction in the body to them, whether emotional/chemical reaction or physical sensation.
Loving this new buffer! I’m gonna call it the ‘Being Buffer’ LOL!!!
Also aware that it’s a very natural state of Being as you awaken: a new found Neutrality that, for the old egoic self, can easily be labeled as ‘boring’ because it doesn’t involve judgment (of good/bad, right/wrong, bla/bla).
It doesn’t either involve trying to ‘get somewhere else’, which is its favorite trick to keep us away from really being fully HERE, NOW. Ego can only handle the ‘now’ as a stepping stone to get to a ‘there’ where things will be (apply judgment here).
Stop trying to get ‘somewhere’ and become more and more aware that you’re already in the only place you can ever truly be. Only from this place can a true choice be made as to ‘where’ you wanna go play next.
As mentioned in the most recent email I sent (in the ‘PS’ section) and to finish this ‘intro’, starting Saturday I added the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone for the weekend. Think in terms of a big velvet royal blue soft blanket surrounding you with direct visceral connection to your vast, way beyond this Galaxy and this entire Universe, Divine Origins.
In the evening on Sunday before I took it out I had a very deep moment while holding our container, to the point I just held it for almost an hour, in deep Silence and Stillness.

ENERGY TOP UP 10
Well, that was a beautiful energy top up. Very visceral for me. A couple of minutes before the top up started my hands switched from ‘totally normal’ to ‘on FIRE!!!!’ lol
Thank God I’m so used to this kind of work and what could feel like overwhelming sensations and a mind going into overdrive with fearful thoughts like ‘OMG, maybe I’m starting symptoms of early onset of neuropathy!’
I’ve been at this almost 30 years now, so my energetic discernment and spiritual BS meter are very fine tuned and I know the difference between my body telling me ‘the work is starting, drop everywhere and dive into it!’ and the other kinds of sensations it talks to me with if it’s another kind of energy or frequency. An essential muscle for the deeper work involved in Mystical Alchemy, developing energetic discernment is the necessary groundwork for deeper Soul embodiment.
Ok so top up started off with me holding our Living Container and feeling my hands energetically lock onto it and a flood of warm energy flowing through my hands into the container. I connected to my Core Star and expanded its rays, brought that yummy Divine Essence energy up into the Sacred Heart Space and from there beamed it with every breath.
I thought maybe the session would be soft but I felt it getting ready to kick back into full gear so I deepened my connection and officially sent the intention ‘Ok, now we re-expand and continue the work’.
At 11 minutes in I started feeling all our AzurA and chanted it’s mantra to say hello and give it some tickles. I’m not sure how long went by while I was in it, but it was deep stuff…
Then at the 17 minutes mark I became very aware of our skin and called on Ascension Particles to come through that big doorway (the skin organ), rejuvenate it, and go into all the internal skins/linings.
At the 22 mark OMG my feet… on FIRE!!! From there I worked on our Pillar with the Eckasha Symbol, staying a good 2 minutes in the Pineal gland, then down into the Heart of Earth for another 2, then 1 foot under the feet, then in the Heart (Oh my that was strong!), and finally all the way 1 meter above the head. From there it expands and is not only above you inside the Living Container, but also all around it too.

I wanted to share an “ah-ha” moment I had while re-listening to this 1st call for the 3rd time. The first time I listened to the replay was Sunday, March 22nd (the next morning). We went very deep, and I think I fell asleep a few times. (I also drifted off the 2nd time I re-listened.)
Later that day on the 22nd, I had a pattern pop-up in my life where my actions caused another stress and pain. Later, after the conversation and I was alone, I was feeling pretty bad about it. I could feel myself about ready to go down the “self-loathing spiral”. However, instead of spiraling, my spine went very straight – like I was being pulled up from the center of my head by some cord. I hear a voice in my head “Sure, you made a mistake, but so what. Mistakes happen. You apologized. You’re fine. Learn from it and let it go.” So I did.
I had no idea where this feeling or voice came from, but I liked it and I listened!
Fast-forward to Sunday, April 12th. I decided to re-listen to the 1st call while out on my hike that morning. It was a little difficult as I was sucking air hiking up the side of the mountain, but somehow I was able to do it. LOL
Since I was moving, I was able to stay awake the entire time. Wouldn’t you know it – we did a WHOLE BUNCH of light pillar/spine work in this call! Now I know where that spine straightening came from back on March 22nd (and ever since)! I believe the voice was my higher self. Such powerful work! <3
Question – is it possible to physically see the ascension particles? I swear I can see them – when I was out on that mountain they were raining down around me. I see them as little clear spheres just floating down to the earth in a constant stream. I can see them when I soft gaze out a window sitting in my house too. I've been able to see these for about 10 months. Whatever I'm seeing, they are absolutely beautiful. Maybe it's because I live in a desert (Arizona)?
Third time is the charm AND, more importantly, you’ve just gotten direct proof for your mind and it’s doubt mechanism that for the work we’re doing to ‘stick’, ‘it’ would have to stay fully aware for the whole process, and be the one ‘doing it’! What a perfect experience for your mind to help it release the ‘control’ and ‘I have to’ bla bla bla, and realize it can just sit back and enjoy it.
Does that sound completely impossible: that our mind could learn to truly enjoy this work?
Well, welcome to my world! Oh that’s funny, writing that reminded me that used to be my ‘tag line’ 10 years ago: ‘Welcome to my world, where Funny and Integrity merge with Infinity!’. 🙂
I promise you, you can get to a new place where PLAY is the nature of all interaction with all energies in you, whether it be generated by your mind or your emotions or your sensations, etc etc etc). How? In a deeply loving way, we just let the mind know ‘we got this’ and it can relax and learn via observing what’s going on.
That is the perfect place I’d like our minds to move into: an experienced based understanding that the best thing it can do for the work to be effective, is to relax and receive. Doesn’t take that long, once the mind tastes the benefits of this kind of deeply embodied work, that it gets on board and starts letting us know when it’s spinning and needs us to slow it down, get back in the Sacred Heart Space, and send it a big cuddle from there 🙂
Can we physically see the particles? Well, you will start noticing you can see energies more than before. It will increase as well, it’s part of the work we’re doing and for me is a by-product of it. So yes, it’s more than possible you can see them physically (the whole barrier between what is physical and energetic is going to keep collapsing).
OMG and you live by a desert? Deserts (Gobi, Sahara, Atacama, Utah Salt Flats, etc) are the key areas through which the ‘Terrestrial Crystalline Particles’ get ejected and sent into the atmosphere. These specific particles work deeply in the glandular system in our brain, especially Pineal and Pituitary glands (basically they’re increasing our ability to process and understand energetic frequencies)
Also, your psychic skills will come online more and more as you work with me, because whatever ‘level’ I’ve gotten to, by us all being in a Living Container together, I freely and lovingly offer it to you with a pure positive intent and a deep trust that your innate intelligence decides how much you’re ready to take in and how to best utilize it for your spiritual awakening and ability to embody joy.
Well that was quite the Energy Top Up! I started 13 minutes earlier than planned because my body was clearly letting me know it would be deep work today. So, I spent 13 minutes just working on my 12D Pillar and activating all the points of the Kathara Shield (mentioned in the last Energy Top Up) while holding our Living Container in my hands.
It was so deep I started having difficulty feeling where my hands end and the container begins! Very similar to how it feels when you’re so grounded it gets difficult to feel where your feet end and the earth begins.
At the top of the hour (ie the ‘real’ beginning of the Energy Top Up) I put the yummy Aqua Green Cintamani Stone in the container. It took about 4 minutes and then my hands activated.
At the 8 minute mark something I wasn’t expecting happened: serious sadness came up, to the point that I started crying and was very aware it was compounded sadness that we, as a humanoid race, carry from what feels like millions of years of suffering. Wow!
As that sadness was being brought up I understood a lot of that is the sadness of betrayal. Our skin is the biggest organ of our body and it is through it that we receive affection. Any time we feel the wound of betrayal, a lot of its emotional frequency is held in the skin (and of course in the physical and emotional layers of the heart).
It’s the most natural reaction to being hurt to decide: I won’t ever let someone touch me/be that deeply connected to me ever again! The skin is where that is held, and it’s a very ‘contracted-suck-the-juice-of-life’ energy that does NOT help the skin relax and breathe!
Anyways, as that emotional energy came up, I started filling our container with the frequency of the Golden Orange Scepter (222). I felt a lot being processed and once the intensity of the emotion subsided, I felt our AzurA activating.
I stayed very silent and still (I swear I feel like a rock when I’m doing this work, like a mountain that nothing could budge!) until the skin became super activated. Then I got the cue to do a mix of Scepters, all stacked one on top of the other: 222, 333, 444, 555.
I kept pumping energy in the container and feeling our skin receiving so much healing and clearing of the energies of betrayal. I stopped at the 33 past the hour mark.
A very beautiful, last Energy Top Up, related to our first ‘round’ working on the skin!

These energy top-up are SOUL wonderful! 💖 I find it fascinating you worked with the Scepters yesterday – yesterday morning I had asked myself which mediation I wanted to do before work and I heard the Triple Digit Scepter one and then promptly ignored myself and listened to the one I had planned which was Ascension Particle Mod 2, call 2 downloads & discernments.
Then you did Scepter work in the Energy Top-up! I wasn’t able to tune in during it (work meeting), but I felt soooooo relaxed and like I needed a nap shortly after you finished! Lol
Then to further my coincidence, I happened to randomly look at the clock at 3:33, 4:44, and 5:55 later in the afternoon!! (Did not see 2:22) How cool?! It’s like they we’re saying “Hello! Next time you ask yourself a question and hear an answer, listen!!”
All in all, these top ups, especially last week’s marathon work, have been HUGE for me. It’s hard to put it into words exactly what I’m feeling. Everything feels calmer. I totally feel the “being buffer” you mentioned. As my “cycles” present themselves I’ve been able to respond instead of react. I feel deeply changed from the level I was operating on only 4 short weeks ago. All I can say is Thank You! 🩷✨

I re-did this mediation this morning and I met some interesting resistance towards the end where were work on our Thymus. A song popped in my head – Fix Me by 10 Years —
“I’m fine in the fire
I feed on the friction
I’m right where I should be
Don’t try and fix me”
Trying to figure out why these lyrics popped into my head distracted me for the next few minutes, and I didn’t end up working on my Thymus!! Once we moved on from that I was back in the mediation, no problem. I just found this odd, so I thought I’d share! I guess my Thymus is good? 🤪

ENERGY TOP UP 1 (Tuesday March 24th, 1pm Eastern – Montreal Time):
I took an extra long time today doing it, a bit more than 1 hour.
I grabbed each and every one of you, individually, and held you in my hands and surrounded you with my positive intent that my Living Container and its healing frequencies be beneficial to you (and your household and/or loved one if applicable).
Holding the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani Stone (which reminds us of our deep, royal origins), I created a channel – from my left hand holding the stone, through my Sacred Heart, then down my right hand, into the little paper 12D Kathara grid with your names – to infuse each of you with the sentience of such stones.
Maybe you recognized that sensation during the remote work I did today? That same stone was inside our Living Container during most of our first live call together last Saturday, just like it was today (and will remain in there until tomorrow, you are all getting acquainted!). It’s a feeling of deep peace mixed with a longing to go home (easily mistaken for sadness, it’s more like soft sorrow).
Then, after I completed that process with each name (I was already a good 45 minutes in), I held our Living Container in my hands, asked a swirl of Ascension Particles to come play with us. I played around with the same motion we were doing on the call, top spin clockwise, bottom spin counterclockwise, they all meet in the middle and have a big party with your bodies!
Scepters came in last. First only the 333 (Rose Quartz, Unconditional Love), then the 777 made itself known (Shiny White, Amplifier). I finished with a focused intent that the volume of the remote healing work in our container go up by 2%. Starting off nice and slow. 🙂

Energy Top Up 2 (Thursday March 26th, 1pm Eastern – Montreal Time):
WOW!
That started really strong right off the bat, which confirms to me that some of you are honing into the signal when I’m sending it! The beauty of this kind of work is the more you put in, the more you receive – that’s the nature of life-focused expansive energy, it amplifies from our attention and intention!
The first thing I did was put the Aqua Blue Cintamani stone into the container. (try to notice the difference in how these 2 sentient stones feel, the dark royal blue one as you’ve already started noticing brings a DEEP PEACE… So hard to describe it’s ‘longing’ feel, like home is calling you. The Aqua Green one has a different feel. Before I describe it I wonder how it felt to you?)
I spent the first 5 minutes chanting the Eckasha Mantra, and, at the 7 minute mark something beautiful happened: A MAJOR activation of the AzurA Point kicked into full gear. I stayed super present and started chanting the AzurA activation mantra and with pure intent that you all benefit from your zero point coming back online.
I then spent time fully activating our 12D Pillars and using the Eckasha Symbol as a seal, started the work of stabilizing your Kathara Shield by working on my own and bringing that symbol (and its mantra) into my pineal gland, then down into the Heart of the 5D Earth, then up my pillar, about 1 foot under my feet, then brought it into my Heart (THAT WAS STRONG, I had to stay there for a good 5 minutes before continuing), and finally, up 3 feet above my head to ‘seal the deal’ :).
Lastly, I just peacefully stayed present as I gazed at the shield around each and every one of you 🙂
Beautiful work! Hone in as much as you can when I’m doing that. Intend to ‘copy paste’ into you what I’m doing in me as I hang out in the Living Container 🙂

Thanks for setting up this page Julie. On Tuesday I felt the circles and changes, then a white feather floated in. Definitely been feeling sadness, glad it’s sorrow though. Today, Thursday, felt off centre, but had a great day in Glastonbury. So missed the deep container and your email.

On Tuesday, I forgot to set an alarm so I was busy working. I remember feeling very peaceful and serene and then I checked the clock and saw it was 10:50 am (the top ups start at 10 for me). I felt like I was being worked on, but I was confused because it was after 10:30 ….it now makes sense! I felt very relaxed and peaceful and that peace continued through the rest of the day and through Wednesday too!
As a side bar, I wanted to mention that I’m not usually one who feels energy – which I’m working on changing as I become more and more reconnected to my bodies (all of them, not just the physical!) as I go through your body of work. I didn’t even know anything about any of this “stuff” until 2022 (32 years old then). So I’m “catching up” as quickly as I can now that I’ve found a teacher who actually teaches us what all of “this” is and how to connect with “it”, etc. I’ve got the thirst! 😆
On Thursday, I set an alarm so I remembered to connect at 10. I felt a cool, cleansing energy. I was tingling. I felt things happened in my body. The end result was the entire rest of the day I was in a good mood. My day flowed smoothly. I felt very light and bubbly. I had been feeling a little overwhelmed and lost trying to figure out my next steps. Ever since Thursday I’ve felt like I now have direction and a plan and the overwhelm and lost feeling is just *gone*! Is this the aqua blue stone or just a cool side effect? 🤔😄 The light and bubbly and calm has continued through Friday.
Awe I’m LOVING these comments!!! The stones have very different feels to them and yes the Aqua Blue one is more tingly and light. How would I try to describe it… Like bubbles of blue green soft yummy energy moving around in a vibrant liquid. Somethin’ like that! lol
A little story about a journey that stone brought me on:
I was in a deep meditative state, holding the Aqua Green/Blue Cintamani stone (you might hear them referred to as ‘Orion stones’ too, which some say is where they’re from). I start feeling a pull toward the ocean so I lean in completely and let the stone know : ‘I’m game. Let’s go!’
Next thing I know I’m diving super fast into depths of ocean… At first it’s beautiful, many shades of turquoise, eventually royal blue, then midnight blue, then starting to look a lot like pure darkness… I have a little moment of ‘oh boy’, followed by a feeling the stone winked at me, so I laughed and kept going.
Down down down into the darkness we go… and then we arrive at what looks like an old city, Atlantis style big crystals and a dome on top of the whole structure. It’s completely dark, looks abandoned. We’re coming at it straight and very fast. We pass through the dome and I realize it’s like an organic matter, a liquid firmament soft to the touch and easy to go through.
The stone knows exactly where we’re going, I don’t. Then I see a circular area with concentric circles becoming wider and wider, and in it’s center is a structure that is obviously made to house a circular object. I put the stone in it and at first nothing happens.
I hear ‘wait for it’ coming from my mind – which has learnt to be very playful with this kind of work after 30+ years of having to deal with my MultiDimensional Musings and Soul Alchemy Journeys! I gotta say, the moment your mind stops counter arguing with your much vaster reality, it becomes a major ally in the work!
And so I do, and I start hearing a ‘sound’, slowly building up, and then the ‘sound’ becomes a pulsation, which starts making light green and deep turquoise hues start pulsating and expanding more and more until the whole structure lit up. Some kind of underground city…
I didn’t sense anyone in there but whatever it is, it’s back online! The frequency of the Aqua Blue Green stone got more ‘giddy’ after that journey. That’s how you know there is sentience everywhere. These stones are alive, they have a consciousness, and a purpose.
Purpose… Man oh man do we get caught up in that! We have been fed so may lies about that, most of these to keep others in positions of power… That shit ain’t gonna last much longer, so let me land a little teaching here that hopefully will speed that up for you:
PURPOSE UNDERSTOOD AS 4 LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS :
-basic = to exist and have experiences (fully immersed, eyes closed)
-intermediary = to start pondering the nature of reality – asking ourselves important questions, feeling through the resistance and constant pull to fall back asleep (eyes trying to open)
-advanced = powerful questions arise from deeper within, about the nature of the experience and the experiencer (duality starts fragmenting more and more, eyes open and stay open longer)
-mastery = full awareness of all parts, full return to Sovereignty and Eternal Biology, this is the level of Ascended Masters, of humans that fully woke up out of the dreamstate (eyes permanently open)
Notice anything in there about what you need to ‘do’ or ‘be’ in the world? A job, a function, a role?
Your purpose is to EXIST and REMEMBER who you are, where you came from, and why.
Release whatever the world has told you about ‘having a purpose’. It’s built in and we can’t fail. Time is a big fabric in which we come to play games… and help those who forgot it was a game and got lost in negative drama, have a good belly laugh about this place once they remember the game.
The pain in our bodies, the suffering in our mind, the low frequency emotions we might feel… all that disappears when we ‘see’, just like hours of labor and birth pains vanish in a split second once you’re holding your baby in your arms.

WOW! Can I write while I’m still buzzing on so much energy? Let’s find out!
During the first 13 minutes I was laying on the ground outside (I’m in Mexico, it’s warm) with the sound of the chimes in the winds. I gently placed our Living Container on top of my chest and held it on both sides while connecting deeper and deeper into my Sacred Heart Space.
After about 5 minutes of ‘tickling the container’ with my Sacred Heart Flow, I felt an AzurA activation like last time. So cool!!! I stayed super present and still, and started feeling a swirl of energy coming from below, and the information that came in was ‘Head Heart Calibration’.
I intuitively knew to call upon 2 specific Ascension Particles, abundantly available not only in the atmosphere but deep within the Intra Earth. These are the particles we left for ourselves when we were part of civilizations that were connected to the 12D Grid (before the fall).
And so, the Adamantine Particles (Lemurian times) and the Crystalline Terrestrial Particles (Atlantean times) came to play big today! I had difficulty feeling the lower part of my body for most of the session!
The amount of work I could feel happening in our glands – all the ones in the brain cavity and the Thymus gland in our upper chest – was very palpable for me. My brain still feels ‘bigger’ than my skull cavity right now! (it will pass…)
Then I switched gears half way through. I had felt the ‘hit’ only about 5 minutes before the start of the Energy Top Up, that no stones would be involved today, just pure frequency. So when in again strong at 13 minutes (when I switched gears)., that’s all I needed as full confirmation.
I got up and sat in a chair, holding us all in the Living Container on my lap. I activated my FLFE Boosts one after the other – the 10 minute 650 boost, then right after the 2 minute 850 boost – and held the frequency in my body as stable as I could while it amplified the work being done inside our glands by the particles to calibration our Head-Heart Connection.
In the last 2 minutes, the ears started getting very activated. I held the container 2ish minutes past the 30 mark to help that integrate… FYI, you might notice your ears more than usual for a couple of days, like a pressure on them. Don’t panic, you’re just getting used to ‘hearing’ new densities. 🙂

ENERGY TOP UP 4
I wrote a description after I finished our Energy top up yesterday, and then, when I hit ‘Send’, my web site did something strange and I received an error and my message was gone!
I’m looking into what’s happening, maybe you’re not able to post either? This might be only on my side and somehow only my laptop, which is getting a bit old.
Funny funny little technology, you won’t stop me! Let’s play! Game on! Things like this can be fun, because we can gaze at what’s unfolding and follow the flow once it becomes clear. Maybe this is about changing some of my platform, but maybe not. As I said, game on, or should I say… gazing on? 😉

Today was VERY focused on the lower part of the body, WOW!
I started by gently holding our Living Container and singing the Eckasha mantra as I activated the symbol’s swirl, then visualized it in my entire pillar and all around our Living Container. 🙂
I put the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani Stone into the Living Container and asked for our royalty to ground itself into our lower body, all the way into our feet. I was so still for a good 20 minutes, I swear I felt like my lower body had become a huge tree with deep roots in the soil.
Then the Root Chakra started receiving an activation, it was just a little tickle at first but it remained consistent. The 6th Dimensional Particles came out to play, swirling around and entering through the Root Chakra to feed and upgrade our reproductive glands (gonads) and start rewriring their hormonal output.
I find it fascinating that the ‘highest’ level particles come in through the ‘lowest’ (base) Chakra.

What else? I was still, 6 hours later than when I originally finished the Energy Top Up and wrote a message, very aware that major work done on Saturday for a Head-Heart Calibration is now coming in deeper into the Hips, legs and feet.

Are the 6th Dimensional particles like Genesis particles? Adamantine particles – gold waves? Imaginal cells? Silver energy?
6th dimensional are the ‘highest’ of the 7 particles, I’m unclear as to their color per say cause they tend to blend with the Orion Particles (which are silver ish) and its more a feel that I have about them. Maybe they’re baby powder blue, but as I said, I feel them more than see them, and baby blue and silver powder mixed together feels like that.
Adamantine Particles are golden, yes. Sometimes pink blue hues if you were looking at them through a beam of sun ray (what a beautiful image in my mind that creates!).
Oh, FYI, I forgot to mention when I rewrote my summary about the last top up after losing the original one, that I had done a super intense blast to get dark energies/densities out of our bodies and of the container. It was very strong, like an explosion, and a bunch of little ‘things’ fell out of the container. You might have noticed something happening in your life that mirrors that, maybe less of specific types of recurring thoughts, feelings, emotions or interactions that are draining /distracting, or maybe more of these that are different than the usual ones (lighter, more joy, or even just neutral where before it was reactive).
ENERGY TOP UP 5
Hmmm.. I think I see a pattern forming, in terms of the Cintamani stones, between this week and last. The Dark Royal Blue one on Tuesday, then the Aqua Blue Green one on Thursday (and let’s see if even the Saturday repeats, as in no stone, just deep Sacred Heart level work).
During the first 7 minutes, I held the container with the Aqua Blue Green Cintamani stone in it. It was soft but very constant.
At the 11 minute mark, the AzurA activated. I love how much I’m feeling it in the Living Container! Pure yummy nectar for the glands in that upper chest-lower throat area (Thymus and Thalamus).
I wasn’t sure what would come next so I remained receptive, activated the Eckasha symbol with its mantra, and gazed at it with the clear intent that we all reconnect to our star families and start remembering our vast, beautiful, multidimensional, selves.
Then, at the 22 mark, my feet got SUPER grounded (like I would not be able to lift them if I tried), the AzurA remained active, and then I started feeling a consistent steady rise of the frequency in the container. It was very still, yet clearly palpable that the frequency was going up.
The skin became very activated, which reminded me that’s our theme this month, so let’s gooooo! I started thanking the particles swirling around, imagining our cellular structure relaxing and releasing toxins it no longer needs to hang onto.
Frequencies are rising very quickly here on Earth (actually, in this entire Universe) right now, and we’re in for a ride! So cool we get to surf these Ascension Waves while being safely held in a high frequency Living Container. I am as appreciative as you to be in there!
The last 3 minutes was steady steady steady. Asking this be our new set point of the frequency we carry, I just held the container with the clear faith that IT IS SO.

Well, that was very beautiful!
I introduced a new stone I have yet to show you into the container, it’s called a Aqua Aura Glow crystal, it is formed by putting a quartz crystal and gold powder isolate (which is gold in a white powder form) in an electrolysis box. The gold powder isolate gets electrically attracted to the crystal and melts onto its surface. It creates beautiful pieces, some are with other metals like copper, silver, and the crystal then has beautiful hues of metallic reflections (violets, lilacs, green, aqua… just beautiful, I’ll show you all in our next live group call!)
So… I put the Aqua Aura Glow crystal into our container, and felt a wave of bubbly energy come in and bring up old sadness… It was very deep sadness. It’s the one we carry from not being seen in our Essence, in our Light, in our True Intention. I held the container, processing these old emotions and gazing at the depths of our Sacred Heart, in gratitude of this vast space in us where all can be transmuted simply by holding it there.
I held the Eckasha symbol in my mind’s eye, activated my Kathara Shield, and felt myself go deeper and deeper and deeper into my Sacred Heart.
The energy flow got very strong in the last third of the 30 minutes I hone into the Living Container. So strong I kept it going 7 minutes past, until it smoothed out.

I did feel a change, but couldn’t pin point it. Quite a lot of anger came up during the week and have definitely been feeling sad, great that it’s being released. I do feel calmer and quite different but still me.
Yes… if there is one wisdom I can convey that will transform your entire life, it’s this: Holding anything in your Sacred Heart Space, with neutrality and benevolence and no pressure to want it to change, will transmute it into a higher frequency. If it’s not part of you and stayed while you honed in (most external energies leave, unless they’re at the point where they want the release), it gets ‘switched off’ and turned into neutral energy. If it’s part of you it gets healed by coming back into the vast space of the Sacred Heart and taking on a brand new ‘role’ in your life as an integrated intelligent energy.
How cool is that?

Well well well… wow wow wow…
Feels like my mind is so emptied out after yesterday’s 7 hour long super deep meditative process, that these 2 words repeating 3 times is all I hear in my mind. Which is GREAT news since my clear and positive intent for that whole process was to declutter any and all low frequencies held in the core of our cells, and clear out all sorts of fear-based threads of consciousness that were wrapped all around us to ensure the stability of the 10D/Dark Flower Affliction closed system.
It’s important here to not get too ‘victim-mode’. Remember in our live call when I mentioned to not get stuck on ‘the WHY’ too much, since all it ever leads to, really, is something/someone to blame and in no way resolves anything. Compared to the present moment stance of ‘WHAT can I do right now about this situation’ (in the focus of ‘as my own best friend’, not as ‘what can I do for others right now to not have to feel this’).
Think of the movie ‘Groundhog Day’ with Bill Murray. It could certainly seem like he’s a big victim of something being forced upon him, and made to suffer bla bla bla. But we all know from that movie that it’s the process through which life brought him back into the fold of being in his Heart instead of just frustrated in his head. Basically, the pain pushed him until he opened up to a larger vision of what was transpiring. It’s an awesome metaphor of what’s happening here (with a much larger time span involving millions of years and formations of galaxies…. you know, just that little difference 😉 lol).
I know it can be hard when we’re down here to remember this, but we are all bad ass warriors of Light. No one incarnates here to play an ‘easy video game’. This is where the whole f’n drama of over 350 million years of our true history is being played out, with players from every galactic races representing down here. It’s hard to wrap our little minds around it and I hope the PDF I added to our Member Area sheds some light for you. It’s such an exciting moment to be alive, here, in this Dark Flower Affliction, as we transmute it from the inside out!
Now IS the time to wake up, see and really feel the 10D Box that we’ve been put in. Regardless of the intent of those who made it happen, our intent has always been to bust out of that box and be active participants in our return back into proper alignment with the ‘Lotus of Life’ (ie the eternal life science/12D sacred geometry grid).
Sustained suffering is what makes us forget ‘the game’. We start believing in the fear and giving it truth value, instead of just playing with it as we innocently did when we were children. But it IS a game! Exploring finite playgrounds as an Eternal Being is a big game of experiencing life in different kinds of environments – this present one is about collapsing a box that kept us very tight and wound up, and we’ve made it all the way to the last level with the Big Boss that we need to battle.
That battle though, isn’t about doing battle with them directly (which they LOVE). I ‘battle’ him with tickles and laughter and a deep knowing that the more I’m grounded in my Sacred Heart Space with a full Core Star Activation, the more I can simply gaze at whatever is there, and love it into oblivion. Love really is the solution, it’s just that most people have not experienced what Love truly is. That frequency dissolves everything into pure Being. It can be a freaky experience when you really go deep into that ‘well of pure love’, because the ‘small self you’, if you go all the way into that Love frequency, will also dissolve.
(and all life forms, whether physical or mental, have a will to live and will fight to survive).
Jeez… I guess I had more to say than ‘well well well’ and ‘wow, wow, wow’! 🙂
I can’t tell you how much High Joy is generated in my field from getting to hold all of you (and me) in this beautiful Living Container. I feel Soul honored to have built for all of us, with so much love and playfulness. As I said I would, I literally had the container on my lap for the entire 7 hours. My intent never wavered that whole time – it was very solid. The first 2 hours I had some moments of really deep sadness come up as I pumped more and more Core Star Light into the core of each cell.
Lots of ancestral energies came to be healed of the suffering they carried for so long. As my intent stayed super focused, the emotional pain I could feel in our genome carried memories of deeply traumatic moments that led to big decisions and installments of limiting beliefs that created a bunch more suffering that ended up inherited by the next generation and one and one and one and on… Man it went DEEEEP!!!
Whenever it got really intense, I would sing the song I sang in our live call, whose lyrics are from a poem by Thich Nhat Hanh (‘Please call me by my true names’). Truly bow at our ancestors in deep respect for what they went through, while at the same time with clear intent that these energies and memories, programs and beliefs, traumas and bla bla blas, are now ready to come back into Love and dissolve.
Deep sadness only showed up during the first 2 hours. Then it just became more and more still. I don’t have much more to say since it was so deep, below or beyond words depending on your perspective, and I woke up this morning with absolutely nothing in my mind. No voices, no thoughts, no nothing. Wow! What a beautiful way to wake up! I swear I was already smiling before I woke up!
Man oh man, I really do wish you to receive as much as you’re willing to of the work I did yesterday. Of course all of this is always based on your choice. I don’t ‘do’ anything ‘to you’. I offer you frequencies to bathe in, and it’s up to you to decide how much of it you will take in 🙂
I finished the 7 hour deep dive into my genome with softness and grace. I put a huge bouquet of flowers right on top of our container and left it there for like 5 hours!
I’m very curious about how this feels to you. Are you noticing less voices rambling on in your head this morning? Or maybe just a much a vaster space in you where the voices seem much further?

It didn’t occur to me the changes which have taken place in me until I read your message. Today really seemed like a new day and also a new life for me. My mind seems to be empty, a real clearing took place. Also I am valuing my life, presence, home and surroundings as though my eyes are opened for the very first time. I don’t feel the need to distract myself away from being present in the life I want to live now.
I started to compose my message and wanted to take some time before I posted it. When I went back to review my draft I saw your email. It was perfect timing. After reading it again, more messages came to me. Being reminded that we are light workers was very healing to hear. Also the fact that we have been in this box for 350 million years of our true history gives me such a feeling of gratitude for where we are now. Here we go!!!
After last Wednesday’s powerful 7h marathon, I ‘contracted’ the container to create that safe ‘cocoon’ feel we need after BIG WORK has happened. So much silence inside our field and our mind one shot like that – for me and I’m sure for many of you too! – can easily lead our defense structure to want to fill the space back up with more content.
Honestly though, not too sure how well that would have worked. I’m still very, very, very aware that there is a new depth of Silence in me – so much deeper and vaster than any thought can be – that it seems there is a new ‘buffer’ between thoughts and any reaction in the body to them, whether emotional/chemical reaction or physical sensation.
Loving this new buffer! I’m gonna call it the ‘Being Buffer’ LOL!!!
Also aware that it’s a very natural state of Being as you awaken: a new found Neutrality that, for the old egoic self, can easily be labeled as ‘boring’ because it doesn’t involve judgment (of good/bad, right/wrong, bla/bla).
It doesn’t either involve trying to ‘get somewhere else’, which is its favorite trick to keep us away from really being fully HERE, NOW. Ego can only handle the ‘now’ as a stepping stone to get to a ‘there’ where things will be (apply judgment here).
Stop trying to get ‘somewhere’ and become more and more aware that you’re already in the only place you can ever truly be. Only from this place can a true choice be made as to ‘where’ you wanna go play next.
As mentioned in the most recent email I sent (in the ‘PS’ section) and to finish this ‘intro’, starting Saturday I added the Dark Royal Blue Cintamani stone for the weekend. Think in terms of a big velvet royal blue soft blanket surrounding you with direct visceral connection to your vast, way beyond this Galaxy and this entire Universe, Divine Origins.
In the evening on Sunday before I took it out I had a very deep moment while holding our container, to the point I just held it for almost an hour, in deep Silence and Stillness.
Such beautiful work happening here.

ENERGY TOP UP 10
Well, that was a beautiful energy top up. Very visceral for me. A couple of minutes before the top up started my hands switched from ‘totally normal’ to ‘on FIRE!!!!’ lol
Thank God I’m so used to this kind of work and what could feel like overwhelming sensations and a mind going into overdrive with fearful thoughts like ‘OMG, maybe I’m starting symptoms of early onset of neuropathy!’
I’ve been at this almost 30 years now, so my energetic discernment and spiritual BS meter are very fine tuned and I know the difference between my body telling me ‘the work is starting, drop everywhere and dive into it!’ and the other kinds of sensations it talks to me with if it’s another kind of energy or frequency. An essential muscle for the deeper work involved in Mystical Alchemy, developing energetic discernment is the necessary groundwork for deeper Soul embodiment.
Ok so top up started off with me holding our Living Container and feeling my hands energetically lock onto it and a flood of warm energy flowing through my hands into the container. I connected to my Core Star and expanded its rays, brought that yummy Divine Essence energy up into the Sacred Heart Space and from there beamed it with every breath.
I thought maybe the session would be soft but I felt it getting ready to kick back into full gear so I deepened my connection and officially sent the intention ‘Ok, now we re-expand and continue the work’.
At 11 minutes in I started feeling all our AzurA and chanted it’s mantra to say hello and give it some tickles. I’m not sure how long went by while I was in it, but it was deep stuff…
Then at the 17 minutes mark I became very aware of our skin and called on Ascension Particles to come through that big doorway (the skin organ), rejuvenate it, and go into all the internal skins/linings.
At the 22 mark OMG my feet… on FIRE!!! From there I worked on our Pillar with the Eckasha Symbol, staying a good 2 minutes in the Pineal gland, then down into the Heart of Earth for another 2, then 1 foot under the feet, then in the Heart (Oh my that was strong!), and finally all the way 1 meter above the head. From there it expands and is not only above you inside the Living Container, but also all around it too.
Very nice! Look forward to hearing your shares about how that was for you (personally via email or in our Sacred Space in the web site).
I wanted to share an “ah-ha” moment I had while re-listening to this 1st call for the 3rd time. The first time I listened to the replay was Sunday, March 22nd (the next morning). We went very deep, and I think I fell asleep a few times. (I also drifted off the 2nd time I re-listened.)
Later that day on the 22nd, I had a pattern pop-up in my life where my actions caused another stress and pain. Later, after the conversation and I was alone, I was feeling pretty bad about it. I could feel myself about ready to go down the “self-loathing spiral”. However, instead of spiraling, my spine went very straight – like I was being pulled up from the center of my head by some cord. I hear a voice in my head “Sure, you made a mistake, but so what. Mistakes happen. You apologized. You’re fine. Learn from it and let it go.” So I did.
I had no idea where this feeling or voice came from, but I liked it and I listened!
Fast-forward to Sunday, April 12th. I decided to re-listen to the 1st call while out on my hike that morning. It was a little difficult as I was sucking air hiking up the side of the mountain, but somehow I was able to do it. LOL
Since I was moving, I was able to stay awake the entire time. Wouldn’t you know it – we did a WHOLE BUNCH of light pillar/spine work in this call! Now I know where that spine straightening came from back on March 22nd (and ever since)! I believe the voice was my higher self. Such powerful work! <3
Question – is it possible to physically see the ascension particles? I swear I can see them – when I was out on that mountain they were raining down around me. I see them as little clear spheres just floating down to the earth in a constant stream. I can see them when I soft gaze out a window sitting in my house too. I've been able to see these for about 10 months. Whatever I'm seeing, they are absolutely beautiful. Maybe it's because I live in a desert (Arizona)?

Third time is the charm AND, more importantly, you’ve just gotten direct proof for your mind and it’s doubt mechanism that for the work we’re doing to ‘stick’, ‘it’ would have to stay fully aware for the whole process, and be the one ‘doing it’! What a perfect experience for your mind to help it release the ‘control’ and ‘I have to’ bla bla bla, and realize it can just sit back and enjoy it.
Does that sound completely impossible: that our mind could learn to truly enjoy this work?
Well, welcome to my world! Oh that’s funny, writing that reminded me that used to be my ‘tag line’ 10 years ago: ‘Welcome to my world, where Funny and Integrity merge with Infinity!’. 🙂
I promise you, you can get to a new place where PLAY is the nature of all interaction with all energies in you, whether it be generated by your mind or your emotions or your sensations, etc etc etc). How? In a deeply loving way, we just let the mind know ‘we got this’ and it can relax and learn via observing what’s going on.
That is the perfect place I’d like our minds to move into: an experienced based understanding that the best thing it can do for the work to be effective, is to relax and receive. Doesn’t take that long, once the mind tastes the benefits of this kind of deeply embodied work, that it gets on board and starts letting us know when it’s spinning and needs us to slow it down, get back in the Sacred Heart Space, and send it a big cuddle from there 🙂
Can we physically see the particles? Well, you will start noticing you can see energies more than before. It will increase as well, it’s part of the work we’re doing and for me is a by-product of it. So yes, it’s more than possible you can see them physically (the whole barrier between what is physical and energetic is going to keep collapsing).
OMG and you live by a desert? Deserts (Gobi, Sahara, Atacama, Utah Salt Flats, etc) are the key areas through which the ‘Terrestrial Crystalline Particles’ get ejected and sent into the atmosphere. These specific particles work deeply in the glandular system in our brain, especially Pineal and Pituitary glands (basically they’re increasing our ability to process and understand energetic frequencies)
Also, your psychic skills will come online more and more as you work with me, because whatever ‘level’ I’ve gotten to, by us all being in a Living Container together, I freely and lovingly offer it to you with a pure positive intent and a deep trust that your innate intelligence decides how much you’re ready to take in and how to best utilize it for your spiritual awakening and ability to embody joy.
ENERGY TOP UP 11
Well that was quite the Energy Top Up! I started 13 minutes earlier than planned because my body was clearly letting me know it would be deep work today. So, I spent 13 minutes just working on my 12D Pillar and activating all the points of the Kathara Shield (mentioned in the last Energy Top Up) while holding our Living Container in my hands.
It was so deep I started having difficulty feeling where my hands end and the container begins! Very similar to how it feels when you’re so grounded it gets difficult to feel where your feet end and the earth begins.
At the top of the hour (ie the ‘real’ beginning of the Energy Top Up) I put the yummy Aqua Green Cintamani Stone in the container. It took about 4 minutes and then my hands activated.
At the 8 minute mark something I wasn’t expecting happened: serious sadness came up, to the point that I started crying and was very aware it was compounded sadness that we, as a humanoid race, carry from what feels like millions of years of suffering. Wow!
As that sadness was being brought up I understood a lot of that is the sadness of betrayal. Our skin is the biggest organ of our body and it is through it that we receive affection. Any time we feel the wound of betrayal, a lot of its emotional frequency is held in the skin (and of course in the physical and emotional layers of the heart).
It’s the most natural reaction to being hurt to decide: I won’t ever let someone touch me/be that deeply connected to me ever again! The skin is where that is held, and it’s a very ‘contracted-suck-the-juice-of-life’ energy that does NOT help the skin relax and breathe!
Anyways, as that emotional energy came up, I started filling our container with the frequency of the Golden Orange Scepter (222). I felt a lot being processed and once the intensity of the emotion subsided, I felt our AzurA activating.
I stayed very silent and still (I swear I feel like a rock when I’m doing this work, like a mountain that nothing could budge!) until the skin became super activated. Then I got the cue to do a mix of Scepters, all stacked one on top of the other: 222, 333, 444, 555.
I kept pumping energy in the container and feeling our skin receiving so much healing and clearing of the energies of betrayal. I stopped at the 33 past the hour mark.
A very beautiful, last Energy Top Up, related to our first ‘round’ working on the skin!

These energy top-up are SOUL wonderful! 💖 I find it fascinating you worked with the Scepters yesterday – yesterday morning I had asked myself which mediation I wanted to do before work and I heard the Triple Digit Scepter one and then promptly ignored myself and listened to the one I had planned which was Ascension Particle Mod 2, call 2 downloads & discernments.
Then you did Scepter work in the Energy Top-up! I wasn’t able to tune in during it (work meeting), but I felt soooooo relaxed and like I needed a nap shortly after you finished! Lol
Then to further my coincidence, I happened to randomly look at the clock at 3:33, 4:44, and 5:55 later in the afternoon!! (Did not see 2:22) How cool?! It’s like they we’re saying “Hello! Next time you ask yourself a question and hear an answer, listen!!”
All in all, these top ups, especially last week’s marathon work, have been HUGE for me. It’s hard to put it into words exactly what I’m feeling. Everything feels calmer. I totally feel the “being buffer” you mentioned. As my “cycles” present themselves I’ve been able to respond instead of react. I feel deeply changed from the level I was operating on only 4 short weeks ago. All I can say is Thank You! 🩷✨

I re-did this mediation this morning and I met some interesting resistance towards the end where were work on our Thymus. A song popped in my head – Fix Me by 10 Years —
“I’m fine in the fire
I feed on the friction
I’m right where I should be
Don’t try and fix me”
Trying to figure out why these lyrics popped into my head distracted me for the next few minutes, and I didn’t end up working on my Thymus!! Once we moved on from that I was back in the mediation, no problem. I just found this odd, so I thought I’d share! I guess my Thymus is good? 🤪
