I am a Spiritual Guide, Teacher and Energy Healer fully committed to the great work of our times: the decluttering and re-structuring of our energy bodies in preparation for our spiritual awakening and collective ascension into higher dimensions. For the last 20 years I have been on a mission to radically transform what is far too often a life of limitations – what I call ‘ego contraction’ – into an awesome adventure of Joyful Soul Expansion. I am fueled by a Spiritual Passion that is very contagious, so be warned!!! MY LIFE STORY IN 9 ACTS

I grew up in a family where outer appearances were more important than internal well-being. I experienced sexual abuse from family members, had abandonment issues from my father leaving when I was 2, and felt emotionally unsafe with my mother, who herself had been raised in a dysfunctional family where love was conditional to proving you were worthy and deserving of it.
1974-1988A Childhood of Dysfunction
By the time I turned 15, I was brewing in a mix of anger, self-loathing and suicidal tendencies. In bed one night I had a powerful vision that came as a warning that my drive to live was fading. I was pissed off at God but deep down I knew I wanted to live. After being expelled from high school for dealing drugs, I left my home town and became a stripper to fund my 'do or die' phase.
1989-1994A Very Dark Adolescence
Done with partying and fueled by a drive to prove my worth and make everyone that said I had ruined my life wrong, I moved back to my home town, got my high school diploma and enrolled into University. These were intense years of seeking worth through grades and scholarships, that eventually led me straight into a burn out that became a massive Dark Night of the Soul.
1995-2000Entering the Ivory Tower
Falling out of the Ivory Tower, in which I never did find the Truth I was seeking, I was introduced to a Master Alchemist who took me under his wing for a 2 year apprenticeship into the Healing Arts. This was the beginning of a whole new reality for me, one of deep core healing, by learning to go within and feel the energies of trauma and abuse I had refused to fully feel until then.
2000-2002Seeking Spiritual Truth
Releasing old sexual traumas had such a profound healing effect on me that, after years of hating my body, being infertile and having the beginnings of ovarian cancer, I became pregnant! As soon as conception happened, the intuitive connection with the Soul incarnating through me was so strong that he told me his name and asked to be raised in nature until he was 4.
2002-2005Becoming Mother
Once my son was 4, we left the house in the woods and embarked on an adventure: a 6 month backpacking trip through 5 countries in South America. Halfway through our trip - as we were leaving Bolivia and entering Peru - I broke my foot! And so, during the 2nd half of our trip, we ended up living with and becoming part of a Peruvian family who introduced me to jungle medecine.
2006-2007Travelling and Exploring
Although I had been introduced to jungle medecine in Peru, it was only upon my return to Canada that I started a 2 year Ayahuasca apprenticeship with a Shipibo shaman. My introduction into plant-based shamanism involved participating to more than 35 ceremonies in a 2 year period. This loving plant brought me back into my body and deeply connected me to the Heart of my Soul.
2008-2010Embodying my Soul
I love converging forms of knowledge and the desire to bring spiritual understanding into the Ivory Tower led me once again into that space. I started a PhD in Sociology and half way through the process, the pendulum swing came to a full stop. I realized at a deep level that I could no longer participate to intellectual pursuits devoid of intuition and spiritual understanding.
2011-2015Stopping the Pendulum
There is nothing that brings me more joy that devoting myself to bridging the gap between intellect and intuition by offering mentorships and apprenticeships that transcend dualities and harmoniously re-unite our ways of knowing. My daily activities are all related to assisting our process of expanding out of limited mind and awakening the beautiful, limitless Souls we Truly Are.
2016-NOWEmbracing my Passion

And finally the third video offers a living example of my using an energy healing method on myself as I process repressed emotions after getting triggered.
