Sacred Heart Flow Sessions last 1 hour and are laser-focused on one single issue/theme, generally with a high emotional charge. I help you process by releasing the blocks in the emotional layer of the Heart so we can access and activate your Sacred Heart Space. After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to my online calendar (Calendly) to choose a date and time suited to your schedule for our session. Once you confirm your date and time selection you will be given the Zoom link for our session. Please use the same email for your purchase (on my web site) and your appointment (on Calendly) to simplify the payment verification process. Also if you have connection issues (low Internet bandwith) please advise and we will not use the video function.
